I WAS STAYING IN ROOM 307!
-room was okey but full of tiny cockroaches
-not worth the money paid
-service not good
-very arrogant attenders
-no power backup
-no fan
-sticky floors
-leaking toilet
-they themselves are not sure of the pricing
-never going back there again.
Everything else was fine super satisfied.

Had booked a a/c deluxe room, got a non a/c normal room with no geyser, no working tv, no room service and weird smell in the room. Worst experience at a hotel. I need my refund back!

To flee! Dirty and torn sheets and towels, room not clean, broken lights and remote controls, no hot water! Disgusting deodorant smell.

Third bedroom more cockroaches and lots of trash under the bed…
Noise in the corridors and in the other rooms! Don't go there, that's my advice.

The room was full of tiny cockroaches, AC stopped working after one day of stay and it started leaking during night and made it difficult for us to sleep in peace!
Otherwise, the hotel is in a good location!

Highly courteous and professional staff, I was struggling to find space to park my car, then the security guard suggested me of a parking space little ahead. Room service is quick and prompt, a rare gesture.
I was completely mesmerised by the decor and facilities provided in the room. The space has been used in sophisticated way, keeping the comfort of the guests in mind.

Staff is very friendly and the rooms are good for price. Hotel is with the new maamgement and they are maintaining and bringing in much offer.

Not satisfied, bcz the TV was not working and we dint get the AC remote even after informing, the water was coming in the morning.
Other than this i room was clean and fresh, good interiors.
