The bedsheets are not washed, they are all so dusty. TV is not working. Had a very bad experience in the hotel. The smell in the room is not good.

Not so good.if you are staying with your family than it's not good at all.rooms are not that clean.it's more like a transit hotel. Washroom is stinky and no hot water is provided. The place is more like a bus stand crowd.

Room service is good. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is mostly south Indian food. You can find almost anything of daily needs within walking distance from here.

My self, my wife and my daughter stayed from 27to30 with breakfast. But breakfast is very limited that too they are giving token for only 2 members. Udupi people told masala dosa not included in this. Please look into it. If you can provide some kind of unlimited breakfast I would be nice.

Beds and all neat and clean.
Location is the big boost to Pick this one.
Falls in Bangalore IT corridor. Prime area Marathahalli.
Surrounded by all kinds of eateries.
I liked it very much am gonna stay here once again soon.
Mainly it is couple friendly.

Response of staff r prompt.even after online payment of the amount as specified I have to pay some amt at counter.although the person in the counter contacted the person to resolve the issue the same coulnot be resolve till my check out.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions. They offer early check-in (it is chargable), the rooms are huge and have centralized ac. There are 2 restaurant in the same building and a grocery store right next to the hotel. The hotel is wheelchair accessable and is located on the ground floor.

Room service not good. No generator facility.
No hot water facility. Overall service is bad

The experience of stay was extremely comfortable. With ease to get a room, no waiting time at reception, complimentary breakfast with prime location of Bengaluru, the experience was very smooth and soothing. The quick room services at any time along with decent helper was prime. Thank you for this experience.

Absolutely horrible experience.
Stayed here for 4 days, unfortunately because it was close to my office.

1. Rooms are dirty, unclean and neglected.
2. They won't clean your room during daytime if you won't leave your keys with them.
3. Had to request 3 times for the bedsheet to be changed, they refused to change blanket/bedding.
4. There is almost no network in the rooms, so you have to rely on their internet which just stopped working for 3 days.

Charged the room for 3 and didn't provide extra bed. This hotel doesn't have bed, toiletries and anything that a hotel should provide. Stinky rooms and rude staffs. Not worth a penny. Anything you ask the staff wi answer "its not there, what do you want me to do? "

The hotel doesn't provide basic amenities, hotel staff is very rude and doesn't pay heed to guest's concern. They charge extra money to a visitor, so even though you book an entire room visitor will be charged. When I asked them the visitor policy, nowhere is it written that visitors will be charged extra.

Very Rude service and harsh handling. It would be better if improved. The rooms are nice but bedsheet and blankets needs some more wash and would be nice if it was even more cleaner. Ober all okay-ish experience.

The rooms are good. A few basic services are missing. No facilities are there for laundry, they charge RS 30 per cloth (irrespective of how small it is). Also you have to buy drinking water every time. These two basic facilities should be there at all hotels.

1. Don's have any inhouse laundry and if you give you any cloth for laundry may take 72 hours to deliver.
2. The hotel ran our of bath towels for 2 days, given hand towels and told to adjust.
3. Half the time TV didn't worked, and only FTA channels were available.
4. The hotel is a non smoking 1, GOOD, but it was not informed during check in, only 1 No Smoking tag kept in reception, as assumed this could be for public place, I smoked inside my room and the way I have told this is a no smoking hotel was pathetic, on top of it I had been told I will be thrown of out of the hotel if found smoking again.
Rest was good.

As of the rate, it was a rather mini hotel. The services were rather less. It was our first day of our Kerala to Kashmir trip and we were not familiar to the places.i would say the location was not very good. We were trying to check into another hotel but because of the rooms being occupied. We had to choose this hotel.
The morning complimentary breakfast was not good at all and we were not satisfied at all. Hygienic. Not much.what surprised me was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom.it was closed but it did make us uncomfortable

While the receptionist and the support staff were very helpful, the rooms were not at all having proper hygiene. Basic cleanliness was missing. It's certainly not a 100% safe hotel to stay.

Very rude receptionist. Booked room for 3 and they don't provide bedsheet/blanket for third person. Scammed. They said they won't give extras and asked me to leave if I want. Wifi gives 500-600 KBps on a good day, which is absolute worse than my 2G on my BSNL.
I asked them for a soap and waited for an hour drenched in rainwater, room service calls getting ignored, they come finally after good 4-5 hours with the soap. Clogged shower head. 0/5.

Please stay away from this Hotel if you want to stay with peace of and want a comfortable sleep. Room size was good, good furnitures and decorations. The AC doesn't work. There is no fan in the room. Neither the AC blowers doesn't work properly nor the air conditioner. Totally very difficult to stay in Room. The Room rates are on higher side. We got the room changed once, but still the AC was not working in Second room. When informed this to the receptionist, they were least bothered to rectify the issue. Bedsheets were not that clean and even the room floor was slippery. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Not sure about the Parking place. The price of food in room service is too high. Better avoid ordering food from them. There are good restaurants nearby.

The only pro is that the location. But it's not good if you are looking for a pleasant stay. There is a restaurant in 1st floor which is noisy and annoying till midnight. It's very difficult to get a peaceful sleep. Disappointed!

This hotel is absolutely bad. The room smelled moldy. The bathroom, the pictures and the curtains are moldy. In the other room, the AC was not working. We were allowed to change it, but in this room the card lock did not work. It was very loud in the night.
On booking it said that there is a fridge, but there was none. The bedsheets were dirty (blood, hair, dirt).
They tried to cheat us with the breakfast and tried to charge the whole amount at arrival, before we saw the rooms.
However, it is next to a supermarket and an ATM.

Really a very good property to stay in marthahalli. It has good interiors too and the qualityof rooms are really good. It's has lot of restaurants and shops nearby and accessible to multiple locations if we prefer local transport. We can easily get taxis and cab services like Ola & uber on the door step.

Merits: Connectivity
Demerits: Noisy room. Under construction area cause noise inside room even till mid night.
Poor hygiene of room, bed covers were not new and room smells as dampen. No ventilation.
At the same price you can get better hotel which I have stayed before in the same area.
Breakfast is managed my adjacent hotel, which mostly serves fixes south Indian menu. No option to choose.
No gym in so called 3 start hotel. Glasses kept to drink water were dirty.
I would say its a high end lodge rather a hotel.

A good stay. Earlier i had rated them low for the reason being my laundries were lost and later after a week of investigation with their staffs and footage, they refunded a equivalent money to the lost laundry.

Waste of money, there are other hotels nearby that's better value for money. Have no kitchen and very limited items arranged from outside at high prices.

Goo experience overall. Management was helpful in addressing any issues right away. They do not have their own restaurant but have a tie up with a decent restaurant just beside the hotel and provides room delivery as well. Rooms were clean and hygienic. It was maintained on a daily basis by room service staffs.

Room furnishings are ok but most rooms are smelly with varnish smell.go and check before you take any room. Reception just interested in extracting money from customers. Does not qualify as 3 star hotel.

Very nice and clean place to stay and also not so expensive along with very good breakfast which they offer in pure veg udipy resturant which is next to hotel.

Reasonably priced and hygenic.provides complimentary snacks in the restaurant next door. Sometimes you can hear the telephone ring from the next room.

Best place to stay at an affordable price. And the location is in the heart of the IT hub, which is quite accessible for quick stays and bites.

Overall a great experience. The complementary breakfast could have been better. I'd like to mention that the food was really delicious. I'm a North Indian and I looked the food here a lot. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

The room size is good. Decent rooms. However there was too much noise of the construction happening one floor above. It felt as if someone is banging it on your head. The noise from other rooms used to come very easily, the telephone of the room beside felt as if your telephone is ringing. The entire floor of the room was sticky and felt damp. The staff behaviour was not up to the mark in handling the situation. Overall a bad experience. The staff tried taking 500 rupees for early check in. I had confirmed online that no extra charge is there for early check in from 10-12. They did not charge me but definitely tried taking the extra cash out. Pros: Rooms size. Sofa attached. Cons: Outside construction noise. Sticky floors. Behavior of staff. Attitude of staff especially the Manager.
