Budget hotel with very clean rooms … Rooms are a bit small but cosy and clean … 24 hours Hot water … All equipment in good condition

Tv was not working in my room so i got it changed. I another room also tv remote was not working.
They don't have everything written on the menu.

The management of this hotel, in collaboration with FabHotels, has engaged in unethical practices. I made a reservation for a 5-night, 4-day stay with breakfast included. The breakfast service was supposed to be available from 8 AM to 10 AM. However, the hotel staff failed to provide breakfast until 8: 30 AM. Due to my work commitments, I had to leave by 8: 30AM so I request the cancellation of my breakfast and a refund for the corresponding amount.

Initially, both the receptionist and FabHotels agreed to this request. However, after nearly 20 days have passed, they are now claiming that a refund is not possible because I requested breakfast before the specified time. This is utterly unacceptable.

FabHotels, BY ADHERING TO SUCH WORNG POLICIES/BEHAVIOUR, YOU MAY HAVE SAVED A FEW HUNDREADS, BUT YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER WHO COULD HAVE GENERATED THOUSANDS IN FUTURE BUSINESS.

Rooms and location is okay.
Costly as only 1 hotel near by bagmane tech park.
Food is wrost, even tea is not available between 2100 to 0800 hrs.
Brunch is not providing in rooms, you need to collect from kitchen by yourself. No taste in any food items and quality was completely waste.

Amazing staff, the guy at the reception helped us with everything. Forgot his name but humble and ready to help.

Rooms are clean and tidy for the cost. Beds are bit on the softer side for my liking. Have not tried their breakfast. For early chekin I was charged 500rs which I felt was bit expensive. Location is close to Bagmane Tech park

Hotel Policy is 12pm Checkin & 11am Checkout.

But myself I checkin at evening 5.45pm, So I request Fab Hotels to change/introduce flexible checkin & checkout timings at their hotels. Thanks

I'm really disappointed with this FAB hotels name called imran he has cheated me taking 7450 rupees I'm waiting for my money I'll never gone no liv if i ask the reception he is telling i don no it's not fare it's my harden money

Room and service good. Food and facility need to be improved. Front atmosphere to be improved to attract.

Excellent property to stay, the usp of the place is clean room, polite staffs and their services. The rooms were cleaned every single day, with all the toiletries gets replaced with the new once.

Room door & bath room door noice wakes up every one. Grand daughter could not sleep because of that.

Good hotel at a reasonable price.
Decently sized clean rooms and bathroom.
Hot water available.
Good lighting.
They keep one can of drinking water also outside if you run out of allocated water bottle.

Cons: -
Poor breakfast.less options
Only idli, Vada and bread omlette/jam/butter
So can opt for outside options as well

Helpful staff, clean surroundings good wifi speed, cheap pricing and faster room service.

What else would you want if you're in here for a business stay.

Sourcing of commodities is a bit of a hiccup, there are no valueable shops within 1km range so you have to use Dunzo or request the staff to get it and they do deliver all kinda day to day personal solutions, cab availability is also a bit doubtful.

I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR. Not as per the pics at all and the customer support was rude. The booking amount you pay wont be refunded if you don't like the place! "EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED " with the way they treat there customers.

Dirty room, dirty washroom, room was used for smoking 5 minutes before I went. The whole room smelled of cigarettes for 2 days. Cramped room. Dirty walls. Bed linen also very dirty where food had dropped. Chair had hardened white liquid on it. Balcony had a cigarette pack, and washroom wasn't flushed clean.

Located at great place. Rooms was neat & clean followed by a super balcony. Breakfast was OK where you can get the North & South Indian food options. Overall a recommended property.

The rooms are very neat and well maintained. It is not very easy to spot the location. The bathrooms are very spacious and very neat. The complimentary breakfast was really tasty. The front desk guy was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is in a residential area

I have stayed at Oakwood Serai from 19th to 23rd. The rooms are clean and decent. The washroom is hygienic and excellent water pressure is also there. The breakfast is very average and paying around INR 2000 per day the expectations was higher. They do not even serve eggs for breakfast. The hotel looks very rigid on check out timings & the response from the Manager (Balu) & Staff was pretty ordinary. The location is not crowded and Ola/Uber freely available.

Decent hotel. Suitable for families with kids too.

Cons: towels n other items have seen it's fair share of usage. Deluxe room is actually a 3 bhk apartment with 1 room allotted to you - so privacy is a concern.i did not see this explicitly mentioned anywhere, else I would ve taken a suite.

Very good for budget stay and food. Rooms can booked online. Situated in the industrial area but in a calm and quite lane. Services are very cordial. Restaurant is small, but they concentrate on room service. Rooms are neat and comfortable. The overall ambiance provides homely experience. Booking can be made online. This Hotel is near to HAL. A hotel with premium facilities. Superior cleanliness. The rooms are in a service appartment model. A drawing hall and kitchen available common. Each such appartment hold three separate rooms which could used as three separate rooms. Excellent rooms. A best place to rent for family. A restaurent available in sixth floor. Excellent behaviour of staff. Parking structure available in ground floor.

This is a apartment type accommodation. Three bed room with one common dining area. Nice clean rooms. Nice staff. Breakfast also very nice with north and south Indian dishes. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Pros: Very quiet, surrounded by suburban green, helpful staff, without being fussy. Quick check in and checkout. These are one-bedroom apartments, converted into a hotel. Because of this, each room (apartment) gets great sunlight, is very airy, ample wardrobes, has a balcony (sit-out), a kitchenette, a sitting room, and of course a bath. Breakfast (hot, acceptable, though limited menu) is served on the terrace.

Cons: away from city centre, maintenance a bit spotty, pillow covers don’t seem to fresh.

Overall: great value for money

After finding myself unexpectedly without a place to stay at 11: 30pm, I began calling and searching the web for a place to stay. FabHotel's lines were busy and their online portal wouldn't accept my valid Indian phone number. I saw rooms available and so I left for the hotel. I arrived at midnight on the dot and was told that rooms were available but not to me because I was one minute late. I stood there crying and begging for a bed since I know that rooms were available. I'm a single female traveller and was laughed at. I asked them if they could recommend a bus stop or train station I could sleep at for the night. They kept telling me I was one minute late. I guess if my body winds up on the news tomorrow, it will be your conscience on the line.
