Utterly disappointing! It's beyond doubt the worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. Where do I even begin? The beds were like sleeping on concrete slabs, providing absolutely zero comfort. As if that wasn't bad enough, the incessant construction work starting at 7 in the morning shattered any hope of peaceful rest, despite being assured it wouldn't commence until 11, after persistently asking about it twice.
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. We asked for a new towel and got one with stains and dirt on it.
When we arrived they said they cancelled our room and we would need to pay 5.000 more for a better room.
In conclusion, this hotel embodies everything one should avoid in accommodation – uncomfortable beds, disruptive noise, lack of cleanliness, unhelpful staff, and false promises. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this dismal excuse for hospitality.
Good part of this hotel is very close to Airport. Also, the place i wanted to visit Bangalore.those were really close. Overall it was greaat experince for me.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was truly unpleasant. From the moment I entered the lobby, I could immediately sense a lack of cleanliness throughout the entire establishment. I feel compelled to share my dreadful encounter with potential future guests in order to spare them from making the same mistake.
Let's begin with the most fundamental aspect of any accommodation: hygiene. The entire place reeked of neglect and poor sanitation. The floors were grimy, and it wouldn't surprise me if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The corridors were visibly dirty and stained, giving the overall impression that the hotel had long given up its battle against filth.
Now, let's discuss the towels. Oh, where do I even begin? The towels provided in my room were shockingly unwashed. They emitted a repugnant odor and felt damp, as if someone had used them and carelessly tossed them back into the cupboard without a second thought. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. I simply cannot comprehend how a hotel can overlook such a basic aspect of guest comfort and hygiene. I have attached a picture as evidence.
Furthermore, the room itself was in dire need of a thorough cleaning. The sheets had stains and hairs on them, and the surfaces were covered in a thick layer of dust. The state of the bathroom was no better.
To add to my dissatisfaction, the hotel staff approached me at 4 AM, demanding that I present the Aadhaar card of my female partner and even inquiring about her nationality. This was despite the fact that I had already provided her passport during the check-in process. Such behavior is highly inappropriate and unprofessional.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless you have a strong desire to subject yourself to unhygienic surroundings and unwashed towels. Save yourself the trouble and seek accommodation elsewhere. There are far better options available that prioritize cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
I made a booking online but once I reached there they said no room was available, all are occupied. I mean seriously? Why would you take bookings if rooms are not available. Had to struggle a lot with customer service and in the end I got frustrated and left.
I guess they haven't managed the Hygiene as per the Decent Range. One who fall's of budget can stay @ this place. AC, staff behaviour, Bed & Bedsheets, bathroom, buckets, floor hygiene is not at all maintained, like you save very much avarage! 3/5 Given only for the location where it comes in (Food stations are Near & high class environmental conditions outside) and if you are spending upto 2k I guess they would have managed the basis amenities properly.
Location and staff is excellent and what is keeping the place going otherwise the property is not maintained, ceiling leaking in the corridor, wall paint gone, bed sheets are dirty, really needs a lot of work done. Luckily bathroom was clean.
Booked this place for 3 days. One of the best decision i took on my trip to Bangalore. I went there with my friends and the staff of the hotel was co-operative. They were very helpful and service was really fast. I would surely recommend everyone to visit this place.
Service staff is what keeping this old infrastructure up and running, no lifts for ground+ two floors, maintanence is badly needed, rooms could use much better cleaning, vaccum, some good painting, as well as deep cleaning in bath+toilets.
Service staff, specifically Mr Ganesh aka Mr Mondal from West Bengal, he is a machine running across floors to help his guest. He also cleans the rooms, one man show mostly. Delivers breakfast to the room, and continues to be courteous all the time.
Front desk is also very helpful, and has the doors open for the most part of day and night, there are no security, but all floors are under surveillance with cameras.
There is a park next to this property, which is a great place in such a crowded and concrete structure filled Indiranagar. Go to this park for a relaxing or workout walking, there are some free equipments installed for public use.
Overall the property needs significant overhaul in the look, feel, ambience, and yes - deep cleaning. Service is great!
Worst booking system, prepayment doesn't work for international cards. They never answer your messages and then cancel the booking without responding. Phone customer service take over an hour to answer, are rude and then just hang up on you after passing you from person to person without resolving the issue.
Speciality about the hotel is, it will never make you feel discomfort throughout the stay. Whenever we approach the reception, they respect the guests whole heartedly. No negatives to say. 1. Good for both friends and family stay 2. Safe 3. Double cot Room is quite spacious for 3 pax 4. Service was excellent. Asks are met within 1 min. Quite impressed with the service 5. Beware! Had a horrible experience! We did online booking 3 weeks back for 30 days stay for our daughter. Paid 25% advance ; Received confirmation from Fab Hotels. We had to check in on 10th July. 8th July we visited the and we were told that our booking is NOT CONFIRMED since they have increased the prices! This is totally unacceptable in HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY! Unethical and totally unprofessional behaviour by the hotel. The best word that comes to my mind for this group is that “ THEY ARE CHEATERS & OPPORTUNISTS “. As parents we couldn’t sleep the whole night because we dint know where to go last minute!
Terrible service. We booked this place through Booking.com. They cancelled it without any information. Once i reached the hotel with my family around 10PM, they said my booking for cancelled and I was forced to book through them for a higher price and they asked me to send payment to a different number and failed to provide me bill also. Would never visit not recommend.
Worst experience here. The management forces us to book and pay to them. They dint provide bill as our payment was made to one of the employee and not to the hotel.
Good hotel.clean and spacious rooms.courteous staff especially shekar at the front desk as he helped me extending my stay for one more night even though the hotel was overbooked.
I always have my own set of apprehensions regarding the images posted by some hotels as I had major disappointments in the past. I saw the images online which were wonderful, but when I landed at the hotel, it was a sad saga. Somehow, I had my own reservations for this hotel as well as the images were looking so very great that they deemed to be somewhat fabricated.
Anyway, I reached the hotel and check-in process got completed within five minutes. I checked-in and my room was on second floor. It was very quiet and as soon as the staff member opened the door to my room, I just loved it. It was better than how it appeared in the image.
It was truly clean, highly organized with every bit in place. It was readied well in every respect. The room was quite spacious, adequately well-lit and had a nice bathroom which I simply liked. The airconditioner, television and electric kettle; all were fully operational.
The staff members were quite courteous and polite. Moreover, they were quite prompt as well. The hotel has not got its in-house kitchen, but they provide complimentary breakfast which was filling and healthy. They serve aloo paranthas/bread butter/bread jam/bread omelette/dosa and coffee.
They may arrange for lunch and dinner from Aaha Andhra or else you may order via Swiggy/Zomato. The staff ensures that the stay for everyone is highly comfortable.

It was okay. I found this on trivago. The hotel room was for 1000rs and we were on a budget but the reviews were good. So booked it, reach the hotel me and my friend were travelling and the room inselected saidndeluxe room. Then he said you're having a second person then pay 500rs extra. So were like okay he will give us a bigger room. Reach the room, tiny little space, smells of cockroach medicine, no water, room didnt look as clean. Killed a cockroach another few in the room how am I supposed to even rest for a few hours. Bed feels dirty and super worried if cockroaches rolling about.
Localites are not allowed! They didn't even bother to tell this important point while we enquired! After we go there, they didn't allow us to check in! Hotel being in Bangalore and the name was in Kannada too, they are not allowing local customers! We should not allow such hotels in Bangalore first of all! And they didn't even give us the refund! We should have read the pages long terms and conditions itseems! Terrible hotel with terrible rules! They spoilt our anniversary! Will not recommend it to anyone!

This hotel in Indira Nagar Bangalore has comfortable stay, friendly and helping staff. WiFi facility is satisfactory, if not outstanding. They don't have kitchen or dining area, but the if you have breakfast included in plan, they serve in the room. You don't get luxury of buffet breakfast, but their menu makes sure that you are well fed for the start of the day.
