We had a family stay.rooms available in our budget with complimentary breakfast with car parking in centric place.over all verry gud stay.

Had visited to this hotel many times, they offer a very good service in very affordable price.

This is the best hotel for individuals or maybe for two, with a budget price range also with car parking availability.

Worst staff behavior I don't recommend at all I would have given 0 stars if the option available.
The front office guys are not at all friendly and they don't care about customers they will be busy with their phones and arrogance on their face is worst thing. I will never go to this place.

It was a good experience overall.
They were super helpful.
And even the breakfast was really good over there

We stayed just for a day. Here are the positives and negatives I observed.

1. Rooms are clean.
2. Bathrooms are clean.
3. Bedsheets bedspreads and towels were clean.
4. Car parking is available. You can park outside as well or inside as well.
5. Location is very good.
6. Reception was also very smooth.
7. Unlimited breakfast in the morning from 8 to 10am.

Negatives:
1. TV TataSky was deactivated. Though they activated after asking, no kannada channels were working. They did not activate the channels requested even after asking multiple times.
2. Room could have been little bigger but it's fine.

Works fine for both families and friends. No smoking or any other smells observed. I totally liked it.

Just to give an idea, we paid INR 1764 for a day for two people.

A clear 0 start for the hotel management. I had called their land line number and had booked an early check-in specifically without breakfast. Then when I came early in the morning at 05: 00 AM, the manager refused to give a room telling that all rooms are filled and they did not receive any telephone booking from my end even after the showing them the call log history. Very poor and pathetic service. When you commit an early check-in booking make sure that you be very specific and responsible.

The hotel does not function as they say. Check in and check out was not easier. The pre payments made were not updated and we were asked to pay the entire amount again. Location is not well maintained and stinks. Fab hotels should look on the issue to guard the image. Customer care was irresponsive.

Good accomodation fir single person, food is also good with limited working hours, if you looking for budget hotel in bglr in single occupancy so it is good. For double occupancy rooms are small.

The stay is excellent and all food items in restaurant of hotel were price reasonable and food was average and staff were bit lazy to serve the food items but overall we can stay a peaceful stay with good climate in bangalore Happy staying!

Rooms and beds are small, but good for budget solo travelers. Indoor parking available for 4 wheelers. Elevator is available.
They provide Early check-in without extra cost if room is available. Also they provide complimentary mineral water bottle. Toilets are clean. Geysers are installed in bathrooms.
Staff is courteous and room service is quick.
Overall hotel is good as per tariff. Fabhotel Can do better and improve room interiors.

Not a 3 start hotel but a third class hotel. Don’t trust the fake reviews and the fancy website. Property is infested with cockroaches and well unhygienic and disgusting. Avoid at all cost.

I came here with my family to make a holiday, it was good experience to stay here and wonderful stay, nice breakfast and good staffs, my room was clean.

Friendly reception. Well maintained rooms. But the rooms lights wasn't sufficient making it look dull all the time. Food was not bad but needs improvement. Overall good and recommended for a short stay.

Was liking the exp until my mobile phone was stolen by one their housekeeping staff and now instead of checking the cc tv and filtering the real culprit all they say is our staff dose not even steal 1 rs but what they dont understand is that my phone is worth 20,000 rs and not 1 rs so i really didn't understand this immature impractical response i was 4 hrs away and had realised only then my phone was not with me.so instead of really supporting they said we looking in the staff and they dont have it. A zero support and nightmare exp i would have given them 5 star if they wouldn't have messed up here.anyways good day to them! Hope they dont repeat this with anyone else.very bad not appreciated!

Very good hotel and very good staff. We enjoyed a lot with our family. A must to stay in Bangalore mathikere area.

The service was great and the people are nice and helpful. But the rooms way too small for the prices. Better rooms can be availed in multiple parts of Bangalore at the same rate. Extremely limited choice for breakfast.

We stayed at the Fab Hotel in Bengaluru and we had different expectation of the hotel. Even Though the Rooms were clean, it was very basic.

For Travellers who like to crash-in for a Night, this will do. 4 wheeler parking is Limited. Restaurent is on the Roof Top & one must not have high hopes on this Restaurant, as Food is "OK". Rooms are small, but we'll maintained.

Booking gets confirmed from any merchant portal but this hotel is literally unreachable either over the phone or email.

If you have any requests for the hotel before you check-in, please feel free to keep them to yourselves because you would never be able to talk to the hotel staff.

The number mentioned here takes you to the fabhotels customer care, or should I say indefinite waitlist.

Great place for the price.the place was clean, WI-FI was good and nothing much to complain.the room was tiny but was big enough for one person. I wouldn't chose their smallest room to save a couple of hundred bucks though.that looked like a 5-by-5 prison cell with TV, AC and bed. 1200/night wasn't very expensive for what you get.

The hotel as such is well maintained but the staff are far from courteous to down right acting like thugs, they asked me to pay by cash during check in, when I asked why he cannot accept card payment the person at the welcome desk literally threw me and family out, saying if u don't like u can get lost.we were almost stranded that too at early hours of the day. A pathetic service by the reception.

Extremely poor experience, I was a frequent guest in this but have to take another hotel in vicinity next time

Housekeeping staff were good
I felt slight arrogance on the faces of Reception
Online booking I was charges Rs. 1300 with fabcredits and coupons (TIS30)
Offline they were telleing Rs. 1800 gor 2
Wifi was ok normal speed
Breakfast was free and sumptuous and (
unlimited. Even the cooking staff were really good.
Reception staff did help with 1 hour early checkin.

Everything good.from room to service to neatness.for food I complained in my first visit and next time onwards it has been worked upon.definitely 5 star eyes closed

Good hotel. Reasonable pricing. Some amenities and facilities are way above what one would expect at that pricing. Good service.

Lovely place to stay. I stayed here for around 6 days, they have inhouse restaurant, morning breakfast. The breakfast was really good quality and variety. Staff is really good, at your service immediately.

Budget hotel - rooms are decent. A/c worked well. Wi-Fi should improve.

No parking.

Basic breakfast served - other meals need to be ordered in advance.

PS - I had arrived at 8am and my booking was only from noon - but on request they permitted me to use a room to change up. This isn't a regular facility - they were kind enough to make an exception.

This is a cozy but clean hotel. Breakfast is charged extra which is not so delicious except fresh juce. However there are many small food joints nearby (eg.ootada mane) for a quick visit. Overall value for money. One thing. If you want to extend your stay, you need to book online in advance otherwise you may not get the room.

Good accommodation with low in bills. Complimentary breakfast, Wifi and lot more. And above all the benevolence staff. And serene environment. Traffic is light in the vicinity of the area and the hotel is near IISc.

Staffs are gundas (cheap people's), especially who sits in reception.

PLEASE DONT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL.
