Kindly do not go to this place as it is really bad rooms are really bad not in a 1 min I was able to be there as I did partial payment 1600 was also not refunded
Stinky rooms with many stains on bedsheets and pillows. The whole building stinks like cigarettes and bathroom odor. We came late from the airport, checked into the room at 4am but immediately left and found another hotel because it was unbearable.
If you don't want to get scammed or stay in a bad place, please book other hotels. We had such a terrible experience, the reality does not match the pictures, there is no one at the reception, the caretakers are the "managers", they have electricty issues, the rooms smell mouldy and the corridors are so dark and dingy. When we addressed this issue with customer care, we immediately cancelled the booking when we checked in and we were promised we would get back have the amount we spent on the room after we wrote an email and attached pictures/videos. Its been over a month now and after atleast 10 calls from our end, we do not receive any call-backs, follow-ups or anything. They sent us 1 email which said they won't refund the 50%. The customer care executive we spoke to last time hung up on us while we were explaining our situation.
Would not reccomend this place or any of its franchises to anyone. Please do yourself a favour and scroll down the review section, all the bad ones are there.
We have stayed here 2 years ago, and it was good. But right now the service was bad and the AC, tap, exhaust was not working, the toilet seat is broken. We reached at 3.00pm for a 12.00pm check- in and the room was still not ready. Overall a bit disappointed with this experience.
Best location, decent rooms and good service. I have stayed in this place every month for the past 9 months. No major complaints, easy accessibility, car parking - covered and secure.
Good for a short stay. But breakfast is bought from outside. They could just provide bread toast, club sandwiches & omelettes. No complaints on room size. Well daylighted & openable windows in the room. I have never seen a hot water tap & shower with that speed of flow equal to cold water.
Very bad place. Unhygienic and worst experience I have had. The rooms are very dusty, filled with mosquitoes and badly maintained. Simply waste of money.
My stay was peaceful. The locations of the hotel is good but found it pretty EXPENSIVE compared to the facilities provided. There is no food /beverage options available at the hotel. No tv and no hot water also …
This hotel was very conveniently located next to the venue of the event I came for. Stayed here for 4 nights. And every single night I had to go down and ask to turn on the hot water. Hot water comes only in the mornings. And in the evenings one has to make special request. Couple of times they told me hot water is on, bit it is still was not there. And again I had to go down and tell them. Well, I definitely won't come back here, even though they were kind enough to provide me with non wheat breakfast and room itself was OK, no smell, bedsheets and towel were old but clean
Fantastic location.cute rooms with a view in a relatively quiet neighbourhood, yet just a quick walk away from the buzzing indiranagar shops, fantastic restaurants, and night life.nice room service breakfast too.
The maintenance was bad. The property as it looked in the pictures was not how it actually was. Bathrooms weren’t clean. Water stains everywhere. The staff wasn’t trained. It was more like a make do set up.
If you’re not a big fan of corporate hotel stays, highly recommend this place. I’ve stayed here one before and would make it my stay whenever I visit Bangalore. The ceilings are high and the rooms is well layer out. The property is very well located between 100 and 80 feet road.
Horrible Experience. Very bad customer service. Showing them the booking confirmation and they are saying there is no booking. To make things worse, I had also paid 3600 to confirm the booking. Staff is clueless and has no idea what is happening. One of the worst experiences in all my years of travel. Would probably give it a negative rating if possible.

I was promised 100% refund by the fabhotels team by 3 different people on 3 different calls. I received 50% refund after multiple follow up calls. After receiving the refund I was told the remaining 50% refund would be credited in 2 days. After 1 week I did a follow up call for the same and was told that I will not be receiving the rest of the refund by a very rude Manish from the fabhotels team. Very unethical behaviour from the fabhotels team. There is nothing fab about the hotel or the team!
Location and breakfast is good. Parking available. But rooms with bad smell and bed sheets are no hygiene always. No daily cleaning unless you ask them to. Sometime at night you hear fighting noise from drunken guys at road side.
Scam property! We had booked stay on Aug 23rd for two nights and the rooms were in horrible condition. There was no one at the reception to speak to also. The Fabhotel support team guaranteed 100% refund and now it’s been more than a month and only 50% has come. They are denying to pay us the rest

Let's start with the Pros: 1) LOCATION! You CANNOT do any better considering that the service apartments are located in the heart of Indiranagar. 2) The ROOM! We'd secured a room meant for dual occupancy and it was spacious. SERIOUSLY spacious. And well planned. The rooms are equipped with superb wooden furniture and loads of natural light that filters into the room through the supersized windows. 3) The STAFF! The facility is managed by super helpful staff who will provide you with basic amenities if they're available at the hotel (iron, warm water for coffee etc). If I could, I'd give 5 stars for the staff.
Ok, here are the Cons: 1) the warm water in the shower kicks in only after you WASTE two large buckets of water. You don't have to be an environmentalist to know that this is a CRIMINAL practice. Ironically, this isn't the first Fabhotel with this issue (I've stayed at others and this is pervasive). I wish the owner of this specific hotel takes measures to mitigate this pronto. 2) the service apartment does not have a kitchen. They outsource their breakfast and by the time it reaches you, it is cold. You can't order in although, in this day and age, one can use an application to order food. Even so, a service apartment has to have a working kitchen. 3) They do not have electric kettles or tea/coffee kits provided in their rooms. I had to contact the staff everyday, multiple times a day, to secure warm water that I could drink. 4) Dirty linen. I kid you not and nuff said (this IS a pervasive issue with the Fabhotel franchise). I had the staff change our sheets (we stayed for 9 days) and provide us new towels everyday (I had to remind the staff to give us new towels since this is NOT a practice). 5) The locals don't know WHERE the hotel is located. For NINE days, I had to guide frustrated Zomato and Swiggy execs who went batty trying to locate the hotel. There are no lights to illuminate the NAME of the hotel which is one puny plaque rivetted to a wall that isn't illuminated. The property and ground floor are shrouded in darkness, and it's VERY EASY to drive/ride past the building. I hope the owner mitigates this.
Synopsis? I would stay here again, despite the cons and especially because I can work my way around these. Would i recommend the hotel? I would, but to a select few who I know wouldn't mind the cons.
