Staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are good and neat. Bathroom is clean and with geyser. Room service is good but there is no in house restaurant. Lift facilities are good.
Had booked a room for me and my mom during our holiday trip here. Rooms were not very good, the bed sheets were like burnt with cigarettes and it had bedbugs. They should have checked this before. Room's TV was not working as setup box was not Recharged! Even after complaining the tv again got disconnected due to low recharge. Room service was decent but the person below Mr Moinuddin (who doesn't wear your Vista Suites t shirt) who sits on reception really needs to learn how to treat and address his customers. He seems too lazy, always has his earphones on and shows negligence in his work. Not at all recommended for a good stay. Hotel needs to correct their location on maps also.
The best hotel under budget. The location is incredible with variety of foods and restaurants. My stay here was exceptional. The staff were remarkably good in serving. Book without hesitation you won't regret
A nice place to stay. Decently priced property. It's amidst of food outlets which has a spectrum of street food to international outlets like kfc, subway etc. If u are a foodie, then it's the place. The hotel staff are very cordial and helpful. They try to accommodate the requirements at their best effort. Parking space bit limited but in bengaluru parking cars in pavements is a normal thing. It's very near to major places. Ola or uber available in below 5 minutes in this area. So commuting is a breeze. I would rate this as one of my best experience places. The room service is prompt. The service people are honest to the core. The rooms are neat, has decent wifi connection. Bangalore east station is the nearest railway station. For perfume lovers, there's a large number of perfume outlets in this locality. Bengaluru's one of the biggest mosques is 700 metres away. Overall a good experience place. The manager is very helpful person in need. 100% recommended place to stay.
This hotel is not a full fledged hotel as. They have 12 rooms and is situated on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. This place will not give you a experience of hotel. Important thing is that this is a hotel for a person having low budget. People having low budget can completely choose this hotel. Room is clean and tidy Staff is good and helpful. Perfect for middle class people. Problem is that they do not serve food and any eatable item is brought from outside. They only serve you water and tea. If u r comming with tight budget or u r comming to visit banglore and will be mostly outside the hotel then u must go with it. But if u want all facilities of 3 or 5 star then u have to search some other hotel. Conclusion- U can choose this hotel.
I stayed here for 1 month at the start of 2020. The staff are all outstanding. They're very helpful, hard-working and kind. I loved staying here. The rooms are cleaned well, and there's lots of hot water and the electric and Wi-Fi work consistently well. I can't recommend this place enough!
I have booked and stay in the suite in the month of Feb and the Rooms are excellent and the service is awesome and i would like stay once again here and The staff is also friendly.over all my experience in staying here is Excellent ️
It sucks. They don't clean the room. When you go to give the room keys to clean the room then They say we don't take keys sir. Sorry. They don't give you tea and breakfast on time. They all are very lazy. And the food they give is below below average.
