Kurta collections are not impressive and costly. Not worth it. Their pickles and spreads are good though.

Love the stuff, good staff (very familiar with them now), people say prices are high but they last very long and exhibits class

Good options available for Indian traditional clothing and there is something for everyone in family.

Large store with multiple categories of products. The stock needs to be kept high and variety of men's clothing needs to improve.

Has good products. Has a wide range of curtains, lamp shades and other household decor items.
This particular showroom has space to park three to four cars.

It is definitely an experience centre. The showroom is neatly organized. They have wide range of collections. Parking is very limited, hardly 5 cars can be parked.

Don't get confused with the address shown in gmaps, this showroom is not inside pheonix market city. It's a standalone building located on the Whitefield main road.

AC works in the front part of the store near entrance but not the back part. Feels very convenient because if the AC doesn’t work near the entrance then no one would enter I assume. Other than that products are great, price is very high. Staff is nice. I don’t mind paying the price but please take care of store experience. That matters as well

No staff was present to assist while shopping, Staffs seems to very careless and many customers who were present felt the same. Really bad experience

Got not much to say but it's a wonderful branch based in Phoenix city mall, Whitefield, Bengaluru. Staff are excellent and helpful to the customers, some exciting and interesting products available for sale! Candles, soap and other furniture products are maintained as high quality! Just furniture items can be pricey so beware if planning to purchase when not in Sale! Apparel are affordable and of high quality! Crockery and cutlery are also of fine quality! Overall do visit this store at least once for some home purchase!

Of all the FabIndia stores I've visited throughout the country this one stands out to be my favorite. The staff is very well trained and helpful. They are not too intrusive and is available when you need them. Has almost everything Fabindia has to offer on display.

Well stocked ethnic clothes, interior deco items and cottage industrisque lotion, creams and furniture. Prices are on higher side but the quality makes up for it.

This place doesn't provide any exchange and staff doesn't have the courtesy to let people know.

On the back of the bill they write an exchange policy in small letters and it covers almost everything in the store.

And the shop is over priced and would suggest a no go.

The store is a big one with enough collection of kurtas, crockery set, organic and healthy snacks etc. There also used to be a cafe but it's shut down post COVID.

Don’t get them to do your interiors or curtains, completely useless vendors they put you up with, substandard work and incomplete after a month. No one will take responsibility. It’s a terrible terrible experience.

Awesome collection. We bought a dhuri.they have very good collection and well-behaved staff. We were in search for rug and thought of this place.if u r looking for Indian heritage or ethic style interior decor items or for daily use quality and simple stuff it's a must visit store.

This is a mega store which has not only eco friendly clothes but a body care range and organic tea and grocery. I love Organic Tulsi Green Tea of Organic India, a brand of Fab India.

The collection was moderate for kurta's but some of their kurta's were obnoxiously overpriced. There was a problem with their scan code that took a long time to process the payment. In all a decent place to shop, if you have the budget.

The overall variety for kids have decreased. The store is bigger than previous but looks too congested and cluttered now

Authentic Indian clothes. The quality of the material is really high and the designs are a nice tone

Good collection. Great staff they helped me get the discount which I was not aware off. Parking is available and location is good. Not accessible for the people with need. No lift and i am not sure why they are still lacking these basic things.

Good quality stuff is available though prices are on the higher side. Limited parking space is available.

Off late i had the worst experience with Fab India. It was very disheartening for me. I have been a  regular customer for fab India since when i dont know. But now no more. This is the reason i am writing the review. I got 3 kurtis from fabindia phoenix. One of the kurti had fitting issue, it was little loose for me. In Phoenix store they said that they dont have altertaion option here so i need to visit this place. I tried reaching them many times. But they did not repond to calls. So it got delayed. One fine day i was able to reach them.   I expalined the situtaion. Now the person on call is telling that you have alteration option only for 15 days.   I requested him if it can be considered as i have been purchasing from Fab India since long long time. He said he will check and call me back. But no response.   Those 15 days they were not reachable for me. They are not ready to do it now as its been a month  Its like looting the money. Beacuse in Fab inda you dnt get any nice kurti which is below 2000. Now i feel cheated. Whats the point buying from Fabindia when they cant even support the customer. Its like looting the money. There are many better options than Fabindia.   And hence forth will consider them. No more Fabindia.   Thank you for this experience

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED FOR CHARGING ₹200 FOR PAPER BAGS WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW, usually all stores ask whether we need a carry bag, we had cloth bags.

Had a terrible experience in this store yesterday. They never asked me if I need a carry bag, they simply put my few items in multiple carry bags and billed inr 200 for the same which is an absurd amount just for the bags. We did not check the bill immediately as we trusted the cashier. They also made us do 2 separate bills saying we will get few free tea bags, we do not know how true is this making 2 separate bills.

Store layout and decor is very chic. Ideal for window shopping perhaps it’s hard to resist not to buy anything.
The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.
The stock is updated and there is something for everyone in this store.

Upgraded store. Genuinely hand crafted items. Excellent ambience. Not crowded. Taste of India! Furniture, toiletries and packets of soups and natural hair dyes etc also available. Worth spending an hour or two!

Experience center with decent collection. Price on a higher side (that's more on FabIndia than this particular shop). Parking might be a challenge incase 3 cars are already parked.

Very nice, very helpful staff specially Ms Suguna.she always picks up my choice at one go since last few years.hats off to her quality.

Ever worst experience. This fabindia doesn't know how to treat the customer. I am from Gurgaon and been a regular customer in sector 15 Fabindia. These ppl should learn from them. How to behave and increase the profit! From them.

Looked impressive when i was driving past, but just about ok.
I was looking for window curtains. They had about 20 pieces total. Some designswere the same as curtains that I discarded 10 years ago, in the exact same colours. Some they didn't have 2 pieces for a set of 2.
I'm not going back in a hurry
