Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi

Attended a wedding here. Would not recommend this hotdl for a wedding hotel. It's a functional hotel for business travelers and even for them few points are a miss.

Cons:
- Poor room service
- Unhygienic practices like no room services such as cleaning, replacing towels etc due to shortage of staff. THIS FOR 3N. One person handles multiple floors at any given time.
- They shut off AC in corridors to save money.
- They shut off blowers of ACs in rooms
- If you need an exhaust in your washroom, you need to call them to activate it which I find bizarre.
- providing only one access key per room which in a wedding is a nightmare.
- safety box didn't work

We stayed night of 10th fab. Otherwise also we are regular visitor to belgaum marriot.
This time it was totally transformed.staff was very responsive and helpful, breakfast was excellent.keep it up marriot team.my only concern about this property is rooms are bit small, layout is convenient as we are used to in india

Hey, everyone! I just came back from a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences of my life. The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, with a stunning view of the hills. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, and they made me feel very welcome. The best part of the hotel is the pool and gym facility. The pool is large, clean, and refreshing, and the gym is well-equipped and modern. I had a great time relaxing and working out there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a perfect getaway. It's worth every penny!

Very beautiful property and layout. Service is extraordinary and staff is extremely polite. Will certainly recommend everyone to visit if in Belgaum or travelling on Mumbai Bangalore Highway and looking for the perfect stay. Shirish Garden is a beautiful venue for functions as well. Please check out Irish House and Spice Blends which offer the liquor and cuisines. They have electric vehicle charging station as well for the latest EV vehicles.

Got the best service as well as in affordable rates. The food also was very tasty. It shows 4star property but I would surely rate it 5star. Loved my stay here a lot.

The food is very bad! The starters are cold in buffet system. Briyani was taste less. I want to give 1star for food. But for Ambience I have given 3.

Best place for a pit stop during a long drive, just off the highway. Super clean rooms and polite and efficient service. Food is ok.

This place is right by the highway.its a best place for a quick pit stop or over night stay.rooms are little smaller.
Drawback of the place are the staffs in the resturent.u keep ordering things and they keep forgeting infact they never get it for you.i think the staffs should be trained here to not ignore the castomers.

Loved loved loved this hotel. We stopped here on out way to Goa and spent 2 nights. We upgraded to the suite room and Nilofer made the entire shift and stay super smooth. What a gem of a person!

We enjoyed the meals at the restaurant too (special thanks to Subashish) - pretty regular/typical fare, but for us it was delightful after nearly 2 years of not having stepped out much!

We had gone for the dinner buffet. We were very disappointed with the quality and taste of food. Salads and veg cuisine tasted good. But non veg was not at all upto the mark.

The Hotel located outside the city and you will difficult to access anything from the hotel location. If you are planning try the food taste of Belgaum, then you have to drop that plan as it is far from city. Other than that I enjoyed the service. To the hote staff: please try to keep some grooming kit in the room

It seems to be filled mostly with business crowd.
We did check out late but it wasn't made an issue and was co-ordinated well by the resort.

Check-in process was quick, staff was welcoming and friendly. Rooms are a tad too small and feel cramped.

Loved the breakfast spread but service was horribly slow at the restaurant where breakfast was served. Waited for over 30 minutes for a couple of slices of toast and a cup of black tea which never arrived. Other than that, the experience was decent. Enjoyed the omelette and the tea cake, both were light, fluffy and delicious.

Nice place for stay. 20 min away from the main city as well as Belgaum Airport. On the NH8 (Bengaluru-Mumbai highway). Good place for arranging the events like wedding or other parties.

An Oasis in the outskirts (12 kms) from Belagavi, where you can expect Fairfield Marriott standards. Access from Highway is a bit of a cumbersome effort with broken roads.

Stayed here just for one night while traveling between Pune and gokarna. Though our intention was to just have a low key stopover for the night, the courteous nature of the staff made us feel like we got more than we asked for.they gave us a room upgrade with a nice view and the type of room we wanted. We had a lovely stay and it goes to show how the staff truly made this experience premium. Thank you!

We stayed overnight after driving from Ooty and on our way to Pune. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The staff are extremely courteous and highly professional. We enjoyed both the buffet dinner and breakfast. It truly maintains the high standard of the Marriott brand. The view from our room was stunning as you can see from the short clip. We will surely consider coming back again.

Great ambience for a restaurant and a good place for events but food doesn't taste so well.okay-ish for a visit just don't ever eat biriyani.

This is a five star property bang on the Bangalore - Mumbai highway.

I stayed with family on 2/8/2021. Rooms are huge in size, restroom is decent too. View from the rooms are excellent as the hotel is on hilltop.

Staff is very courteous. Check-in and check-out was fast.

Food is excellent and have wide spread, i had both dinner and breakfast buffet and was happy with the taste.

Ample parking space but do not have vallet service.

The approach road to the hotel is very bad, its via industrial area which has potholes and water login.

The place is really great and the food is amazing but I had a worst experience when I found some stones in my Chinese food. I have been here quite some time and overall, it's good. Leaving out that one bad experience.

After a disappointing service by the restaurant last week I was again invited by hotel management to experience the service and try all cuisine at the kava restaurant. And I m happy and satisfied after trying the food special thank to restaurant manager

Delicious Buffet. They ensured to include a lot of cusines in the buffet. Everything tasted good. Momo and Thai cuisine was excellent. Must visit for their brunch and dinner buffet.

A decent hotel with decent rooms. Rooms are a tad bit smaller than what one would have expected. The staff here is extremely well mannered and courteous. Their courtesy makes up for the minor shortcomings. Five stars to the staff and the kitchen chefs. Always cheerful and wearing genuine smiles. They make you feel at home away from home. As the saying goes, it's the people not the place that makes it memorable.

Breakfast is average. Rubbery dosas, hard vada, cut fruits kept on ice cubes are spoils the whole day.cut fruits on ice cubes is good in Jaipur or chennai but in rainy cold morning it’s a bad idea. Plus point is if you request they will provide fruits in room temperature

I stayed here on my way from Bengaluru to Pune. Though it was still unlock period, place was full on Saturday.

Place is located right on NH48, but entry is from the backside. Staff was well masked, and place was being sanitized regularly.

I was with family, I got connected rooms. Views from rooms was really good.

Housekeeping staff was good and helpful. They re-did the room when my kid made a mess.

In-room dining was just OK.

Being marriott I expected the interiors to be plush but they were pretty standard hence short by one star. But i must mention the staff and service awesomely warm to the occasion. Extremely polite. Extremely accommodating. Right from the front desk to the last person in the restaurant superb service. I'd say a 5 star service by the staff.

In times of floods with highways closed and stranded people requesting you to make an alteration to such a policy for a day also seemed too much to ask.
Disappointing!

We did not intend to stay at the Fairfield. It was a transit point between Mumbai and Goa. But I'm glad we chose this as our overnighter. The twin rooms, although well appointed, was a tad cramped. The view of the mills on the mountains, as dark clouds threatened to envelop them, compensated for the disappointment with the square footage. The hotel also has a large-sized solar field - somewhat lessens the carbon guilt. But it is the restaurant that really needs mentioning. Reasonable spread, excellent food.both our dinner and breakfast. Staff was caring and accommodative. Highly recommend to make it your transit point if you're doing Mumbai-Goa (via Kolhapur) or Mumbai-Bengaluru.

Excellent property just off the highway. The premises is very well maintained and kept spic and span. Staff is very courteous and go out of their way to help out. Food quality is excellent. Rooms are not very spacious and a bit compact but are well maintained. Breakfast spread is really good and the chef is meticulous. Found everyone to follow covid protocols and were masked all the time.

Very conveniently located on the Bangalore-Mumbai highway. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was very helpful! It was a late night check-in and still the service was very good. The room we were offered was neat and clean and had really good stay before heading to Mumbai!

Decided to stay here due to current pandemic situation.was traveling from Kerala to Pune.first off you need to have RTPCR test report with you.the place is nice and safe.good staff.we ordered food from here only room service was available.so order food before 9 pm post that kitchen is closed.also order food with some time to spare as it would take 30 to 40 mins for them to prepare food and deliver to your room.gym and swimming pool were closed.overall a good stay.

Very comfortable stay, staff were very helpful Nd polite. Loved the peace and quiet atmosphere. Had a good breakfast. Very professionally the staff handled nd carried out their duties during the on going Covid period.

1) Location = perfectly situated on bangalore to pune/mumbai highway and you need to use the back gate.ample parking space
Perfect place for stop over to take a break
2) Dinner = Buffet and food was not really great too many dishes but the team was not able to concentrate on quality or taste I feel unhappy in this issue and not worth the price also it’s better to go for ala carte
3) Rooms = I was allotted president room 619 that was not up to the mark in space only rest and all things was up to mark like bed, toilets and toiletries and the TV was working but the dish channel was not working.

Good buffet and good hospitality. Reaching the entrance is quite tricky. Have to go around and come from back of the hotel.

Staff are very cordial. Utmost precautions were taken for Covid. Rooms could have been better maintained. Internal doors & cupboards were not closing properly.

This property is in Gogte Plaza. It's on the highway, yet far enough so that the highway noise doesn't bother. All covid precautions were taken when we stayed.

Visited this place on my way to Bangalore. I must say one of the best places to make your stay memorable if u want to reside at belgavi (Belagum).
I didn't make any bookings prior visiting this place but was lucky enough to get a accommodation. I must say it's a huge property having various activities to enjoy (basketball, cricket, swimming pool and what not. Great security, huge property well planned project. You have Copper Chimney in the premises too.
At a glance you get to know about the 5 star stay you will be enjoying just by seeing the lobby area, the staff welcoming you, your luggage will be carried by the staff till your room. The booking was hassle free I was allocated the rooms within 5 mins. Upon successful booking we were given the access to their Wi-Fi which was amazing as it had great speed and connectivity.
The rooms were amazing it had all the facilities (Safety locker, hair dryer, Drinking water bottles, TV, etc). The mattress (bed) was amazing soft, smooth and bouncy too. The room had great lighting setup so that gave us a comfortable feel. After a tiring drive I had a hot water shower, got ready and took a nap. That feeling can't be expressed in simple words. Thanks for this great hospitality Fairfield Marriott!
Later on we had our dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor I must say the food in terms of quality, quantity, taste il rate it 5 I have no authority to do so or else would personally give them the best restaurant for the hygiene maintained by them. The staff were really helpful in suggesting the speciality dishes. We all had a walk around the property at night the cool breeze and the lighting along the path was so amazing we enjoyed it alot.
After a peaceful sleep we woke up at 8 in the morning got ready and proceeded for our breakfast which was complimentary with the room package we chose. The breakfast had alot of varieties South Indian (Idli, Dosa, Wada, Uttappa), along the tables there was Pohe, Upma, Parathas, puri and sabji, then there were donuts, varieties of breads, then eggs (sunny side up, cheese, masala) upon ur request. They had waffles too with various toppings as per our liking. Tea, coffee, etc was there too.
It was a fantabulous stay, a memorable one for me and my family.

Fantastic service. Amenities are all very good, rooms are tiny bit smaller than one would expect but no complaints. Differentiating factor is service, which is top of the class. The hotel is located outside Belgaum city and that's the attraction. Away from hustle from the city but at the same time near to the city also. The hotel is excellent The rooms are clean and neat. The staff is very courteous and helpful The front desk staff is very helpful and give you all the information. The restaurant staff is also very friendly and welcoming. They really aly make your meal special. The housing staff is also very helpful and always at your service. All in all the hotel experience was great and relaxing.

This place is like for most usefull for business parties and all. Still I may suggest you to go couple, i have not stayed here yet.so i won't be answer about room and other things.i won't recommend for only food thia place.this is purely businesses meeting place.and costly also.still have to go.
