We stayed in Fairfield for our work + leisure trip. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Breakfast spread is scrumptious. Chef Dharmendra personally took feedback and suggested us the options we can try. The staff is very polite and courteous. Special mention to Nabil who left no stone unturned to make our trip memorable. Would prefer Fairfield every time while visiting Bengaluru.
Stayed thr for a week recently on a business trip. Location is 5* as the business park where my office is just a 2 min walk. Lots of entries around as well. The main road outside can get very crowded during office hrs. Rooms are small with hardly any space for comfortably working so not recommended for long stays. Service is quite good and efficient, I found service staff very courteous and chef Dharmendra was very friendly and made us taste some awesome stuff such as jackfruit cutless. Definitely my go-to spot for bangalore trip from now on. I wish the rooms were a bit bigger though Thanks, Sudipta
Calling them more than 10 times no response at all. The girl called swetha answered the call finally 11th time and took my number.till now No response at all.
Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights.rooms are well equipped and the breakfast spread was good. The only qualm I could pick was air-conditioning was probably not the best at night.as it felt suffocating and warm in room inspite of temperatures turned low.
The hotel offered an amazing stay for what Fairfield promises to offer. The rooms were good with basic amenities present. You will not find any of the luxuries being a Fairfield property. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffet were splendid with host of options. They also offer in-room dining. You also have complimentary pick and drop service to nearby offices.
Just one negative - The picture quality of the TV was not good.
I had checked in on 6 August 2021 at 3 PM and I straightaway went into the room and wanted to take a hot water bath but to my surprise there was no hot water in the shower so I instead took a cold water bath. I was heading out for a meeting and I told someone at the reception that you need to fix the hot water in the shower in room 5015. They said don’t worry we will take care of it immediately and the next morning I woke up and I again wanted to take a hot water shower and the water was still ice cold and there was no hot water coming from the shower. When I was checking out they asked me about my experience and I told them that the experience was not good because no one fixed the hot water in the shower to that they said we are very sorry sir we will fix it before you visit us the next time. I don’t think there will be a next time. Thank you
This place has Smoking Zone arrangements right at its main entrance! Is the management really so oblivious of this social harakiri? I went for a lunch today and the entrance was reeking of tobacco smoke. Had a kid with me. Will never go again.
Folks.please avoid. . Unless you are one with the perps.
Never buy water from them. They are charging 5 times more than the MRP. We went for a lunch with the team and unfortunately bought bottled water bottles from the hotel. The MRP was 59/- and they charged us 300+tax and they claimed that they can charge how much they want and there no control over that. The real corporate looter! Stay away
Very close to ecospace. Courteous Staff, Fairly new construction, very clean, quiet, well kept rooms furnished with all expected amenities, very courteous staff, sumptuous breakfast spread and an excellent dinner menu.
Was greeted with a complimentary wine which made my stay very special.
For what its worth they have stopped taking aadhar cards as id proof maybe due to the recent data breach.
Probably the best hotel in Bangalore. Simply Amazings! At Marriott Fairfield. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and made sure everything is take care.i was also very suprise that even if you have not meet them in person, they are aware and know each guest name staying in this Hotel. Thanks to Laxmi, Menu, Chef Ashwin. And all the lovelly staff here. I will surelly recomend to anyone who like to travel Bangalore.
Great service, very friendly staff, made my life very easy specially when it came to cash on delivery shipments when I wasn't there. Will definitely be staying here again.
Kava restaurant food is good. But very less options for vegetarians. The main course variety could have been better. The starters and chaats we're good.
Great customer service and amazing south Indian breakfast. But four to five people wishing me "namaste" in unison sometimes scared me: P (@Restaurant entrance, @Gate, @Lobby)
I went there with my office team for lunch. The experience was horrible. The food was completely bland. It had minimal taste. There were real estate issues as well. Since there was another group there for lunch, to accommodate, they asked us to vacate a few tables. I find it quite unprofessional of them.
Excellent food many varieties and very friendly staff good amount of desserts and nice ice cream and the sea food was very tasty a nice restaurant to visit
Was there for 5 nights. Though the rooms were below average, the front desk staff was very unprofessional and spoke with a lot of sarcasm. This is the first time where I experienced the unpleasantness of the staff towards their guests. It looked like they were highly unhappy and unsatisfied with their job. The front desk staff definitely needs a lot training. Talking about the food the breakfast menu was the same every day which was too monotonous. Overall a bad experience mainly because of the attitude of the staff. Learn to treat all your guest with respect no matter what age sex or color.
I visited Marriott on a holiday, to have lunch at its buffet restaurant, Kawa. So my review is limited to the restaurant alone. To start, accessibility is a positive point for this restaurant. Located on outer ring road, although it is easily accessible but this is one of the highly crowded area on working days. So you need to plan your visit accordingly. Talking about menu, well the spread was nice. You will have a couple of items in live counter, a few starter items and a mix of Chinese and Indian recipes in main course. In veg menu, I found less options. But for non-vegetarian menu, I received decent review. Overall considering the price, it is reasonable for a five star hotel based restaurant. But in general, you can have better buffet options at same price in other buffet restaurants.
