I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. Every time I’ve faced some inconvenience or the other. I’ve also stayed in other hotels such as lemon tree etc but never has the staff been rude and impolite even though they also have limited resources which I understand. I’m writing this review after having multiple BAD experiences and rude and inefficient staff. When I checked in I was given a room by Mr. Deepanshu which was already alloted to a male guest. I opened to the door to a half naked male guest which was beyond embarrassing for me. I was left distraught and traumatised. And the Staff just LAUGHED at my face. Then they made me jump from one floor to another and waited for good 1 hour and a half even though the booking was made way prior.
When I called the reception a very rude miss Preeti answered and instead of assisting me she hung up. I had to call again. She answered and without saying anything she transferred the call to somebody else.
What PATHETIC SERVICE by the STAFF. Some people are just not meant to be in the service industry. Miss Preeti and mr. Deepanshu in farefield by Marriott are two of them. Hated their unbothered attitude when a woman is in distress. I’m beyond disgusted.

My stay at Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Rajajinagar was excellent. The hotel was modern, clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. Thenk you Dear Phangsa thank you for my room sarvice The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist me with any queries I had. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also delicious, with a good selection of local and international cuisine. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bengaluru

Had been here for a conference, food served was good, service was good. Special mention for Chef Aman, he was very welcoming and attended to all our needs.

Clean, modern with good ambiance. Rooms are good. Gym is too basic, only one restaurant but offers wide variety of cuisine. Service is excellent across the board. I take the opportunity to thank Aman Sharma, Chef for going out of the way to cater to my specific food requirement.

Booked the staycation for 3N/4D, was made to wait for 2 hours after which they complained of the AC not working on the floor that I had booked. They moved me to Holiday Inn with an assurance that I will be provided with the exact same room and benefits. I reached Holiday Inn and I had to explain every little detail to the hotel staff since they had no clue and were not informed by the Marriott folks.

I was made to wait for another 2 hours, which delayed my meetings for the day (arrived at 7: 30am and was only given a room at 11am). I was given a room half the size of what I had booked at Marriott and I had to literally call back and forth to Marriott and Holiday Inn managers (they promised me multiple times that they would call in 5 minutes but never did) to change my room, the bed couldn’t even sleep one person comfortably when I had paid for a triple occupancy room at Marriott. I had to demand the Holiday Inn managers to include complimentary breakfast and dinner in my package because that’s what I had booked at Marriott and the staff at Fairfield, Rajajinagar did not even inform the new hotel folks about our arrival/package details.

Despite being a Bonvoy member this is last time I would ever book any place with you Marriott. If you do not know how to take good care of your guests, you might as well not accept any bookings!

And there is no view
And staff said they won’t give us pillows.

So we checked in late and post check in at the reception desk we were informed that the buffet would close in 20 minutes, we went up to see no food left but empty dishes kept it was just looking a waste left over after a function.when requested the staff i was informed whatever is available is already at the buffet. Sad and bad experience.

Good facilities for the price. Restaurant is a Downer here no matter how much feedback you give there is no improvement. Room cleaning and response to room service can be better

Location of the hotel is pretty far from the airport, but close by to Iskon temple n Orion Mall. Room size cld be bigger n shower cld hav been better. Cleanliness wise good. Housekeeping does fairly good job. Impressed by hospitality shown by Restaurant manager Chakri n Kamlesh, being empathetic to guest needs. Serving wid smile n professionalism. Thank you.

Our stay at the hotel was completely hassle free as the front desk Manager accommodated all our needs and requests in a very professional manner. The entire staff were very courteous and conscious of all the COVID protocols and followed them diligently. The breakfast at Kava was excellent with special shoutout to Chef Hafizur who went above and beyond to make our experience well worth remembering. They have an excellent choice in buffet and can make anything upon request. All the fruits and salads were fresh. Filter coffee was at par with the famous Bengaluru coffee such as Cothas, MTR, etc.

The only negative I can think of was the smell of sewage in the elevators.

Overall a wonderful experience and I would return again

Loved to stay in Rajaji nagar. It's a good place for personal needs. South of the city. Very comfortable stay. Edit happening because of staying second time. This time due to covid 19 experience was different. Yes it was corrected by team of hotel after brought up to notice. I must say booking from travel website is cheaper than booking from Marriott Bonvoy

This is a solid 3.5 star property. It nails the basics. The bed is amazing, the shower is pretty good, the room amenities are fairly good.

However there is scope for improvement in a few areas which can greatly improve this property.

Service - I needed to follow up for pretty much every room service call I made that wasn't food related. The housekeeping staff was great but the reception staff can be much much better.

Ambience - The reception area is pretty average and can be improved.

Kava - The in house restaurant is decent. Unfortunately it's not upto the mark as compared to the other Kavas I've been to. The food variety is not that great. However, the service is excellent.

Gym - The gym is pretty small. Some choices like the floor being WOOD and lack of a few essential machines makes me think that they haven't put much thought into it. I mean seriously, at least put some rubber mats when almost all of you equipment includes weights which are often dropped.

Miscellaneous - We asked for an HDMI cable but they weren't able to provide us with one. This is pretty weird because HDMI cables are common equipment every hotel should have, especially when the in house TV uses dated tech. We were provided with a cable at a different Marriott property.
Although we had a cab pickup and drop included in our package, we didn't get one even when we requested. This was pretty annoying.

Final verdict - We had a pleasant stay here and I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a ~4 star experience, but the hotel can certainly improve on a lot of points.

I had been there for a buffet dinner, it was utter waste.
The ambience was not as expected, dinner menu varieties were not as promised, stuffs were not co-operative, restrooms were not tidy.
Overall all not at all a good option buffet dinner.

Premises was well maintained but before confirming booking through any app please make a call to receptionist and confirm weather the offer is still available or not. We did confirm even then there was an argument with receptionist but finally they allowed us in. And those who need 24hours check in this Hotel could be good option in Banglore

We stayed here during the pandemic then the service was really good which is why we visited recently but this time the service was okay. The buffet is so-so, it lacked the spread and taste. The rooms are good though. Don't opt for the buffet atleast.

Went for a buffet at Kava, had a really nice spread with different kinds of dishes. The pizza, pasta and chaat live counters were great. The desert section could show some improvement. Overall a good experience.

Years 4 to 5 times our company meeting will beheld at there

I stayed in Fairfield Marriott for 2 nights in Bengaluru City. The hotel is nice with good service. The room was basic, nothing fancy but had all the amenities that you can possibly need in a hotel room (refer to pictures) and on top of that the hotel staff was helpful in accommodating few request that we had.

On both days, we had breakfast and dinner in their cafe downstairs. They had a good spread for breakfast from continental to typical South Indian food like dosa, idli, medhu vada along with options to have different varieties of stuffed parantha etc. They have live counters where you can have omelete or fried etc.

For dinner, their menu had lot of North Indian influence. They had popular dishes like daal makhani, palak paneer and malai kofta etc. We tried RAS malai for dessert and it was really nice. The staff attended is very nicely and food service was great.
The hotel location is not that great in terms of if you want to take a stroll outside etc. However their is a big convenience store nearby (1 min walk) and also a Lounge bar called Bier Garden which is a hip place for you to grab a bite or drink etc. There is also an Udupi restaurant just outside the premise which also seemed popular as we saw lot of people coming in and out.
The hotel doesn't have any other service like spa or pool. We did go down after dinner for a walk. You can just walk around the building, there is a pathway that literally goes around the building.
Overall I am happy with my stay with Fairfield Marriott without any complaints. Good job guys.

Rooms are good, we booked 2 rooms, there was some delay to get the second room but after talking to Mr Tanmay (manager) he offered us suite.

This is a corporate hotel, don't expect any family activities. Swimming pool was closed because of covid restrictions.

Buffet dinner was a plus point and Breakfast is normal without any non-vegetarian options.

Huge change in the behaviour of service during the lockdown say around 12 July and just yesterday.

The same service asked for this time was answered, that was a different time!
Even now everything is back to normal, there are people who aren't comfortable eating around many people and a buffet.

The dishes served in the room, wasn't cooked properly.

If you have to stay for than 2 days and opting for buffet kindly check the menu as, they have a monotonous menu, limited option of desert and salads especially.

The rooms are comfortable and upto the mark. The restaurant ambience is good too.they have interesting packages do check with them!

We stayed here recently. It is well located close to city centre majestic, railway station etc and close to many city attraction like Cubbon park, Vidhan soudha. The breakfast spread was very good and Chef Deepak and Kotari were very caring and excellent polite staff. The food served was tasty and it was a wide combination of south/north/east Indian spread along with continental.

I stayed there alone recently and had a terrible experience because of the guys next door. This place is not safe for staying if you are single woman. The management intervened and spoke to them when I reported the incident but what they did to ensure my safety wasn’t satisfactory.

The hotel is centrally located and the cleniliness and usual expectations of a marriot was met at this place too.

I am giving this a 1 star because of the guest services experience my mom had here during our recent stay 22nd March 2021. Her interaction with the staff for a simple request of getting a shower cap that was not placed in her room was not met with a proper response by the staff.

Incident: A call was placed to the guest services and a request was made for a shower cap in Kannada, the native language of Bangalore, Karnataka. The receptionist responded impolitely by saying "I don't know Kannada, I Don't Want to Know or Speak in Kannada" which hit a nerve to my mom who could easily converse in English if the person was patient in responding.

Its not an unreasonable request to expect someone to speak in the native language where the hotel is located. If the person cannot speak the language it wouldn't be hard to find one who can in a earshot. The hostility shown by the guest services person makes them unqualified to be a doorman let alone responsible for guest services. Such an attitude by any marriot employee makes any person think twice before coming back.

Bangalore is a multi cultural and multi lingual place, we welcome people from all over India and are pretty accomodative of them when they can't speak our language, and do our best to make them feel welcome. But, to have an hospitality expert working in Bangalore to show such hostility to any person of any language would be unacceptable and it strikes harder when such things happen to native speakers here. I have plenty of family members who can only speak and understand only the Kannada (our native language), if I cannot expect them to be treated and served well in marriott in their own native place, I wouldn't be returning to any other marriot myslef of with them in any other place.

Starting with check in The host Mr Purshotham was really amazing person with good hospitality at reception and introduced great chefs treated us with some delicious dishes prepared by Mr chef Vinay and chef santhosh kamalesh was the best server had a great time you and the property guys keep it up good job! I Feel like coming here back. We'll recommend others as well.

Quality of rooms has deteriorated with stains on fabric. Broken bathroom doors and half the channels on television aren’t subscribed. The mats in the gym are dirty and have stains all over. Overall hygiene and comforts are compromised in a period when this should have been a priority. Definitely not a Marriot property or the Samhi hotels managing it isn’t managing it appropriately.

Excellent Consistently.

I'm a titanium elite of Bonvoy & Platinum member of Le Accor club, in all my stays over different hotels across countries, this hotel is by far the best in hospitality, It may be Category 4 hotel but the hospitality it provides by far better than Category 5 and beyond hotels in Marriot/Le Accor club. You can only make a judgement on any hotel based on it's consistency in terms of it's hospitality and service. I've stayed here more than 10/15 nights and their hospitality exceeded my expectations each time.

In Bangalore I've stayed at Sheraton, JW, Courtyard, Ibis, Novotel & ITC properties and Fairfield - Rajajinagar is best among them in service & hospitality.

Would be visiting here again soon when i need a break. Would like to thank all the reservation, reception and chef/bar team whole-heartedly for their impeccable service.

I believe it is Covid effect that the property is unable to maintain rooms in hygienic way.
Definitely did not expect this from Marriott. This was my first stay at a Marriott. I have always been a Hyatt memeber. Regretted staying at this Marriott property. Bonvoy points system also sucks.

Service was pathetic, understaffed, they took 30 mins to serve a roti, 30 mins to serve a mocktail - which was yak. Staff were least bothered to serve

I had stayed for two nights during my visit to Bangalore, rooms are quite spacious, premium and comfortable, with modern bathroom, with complimentary multiple breakfast options.
I would prefer to stay in future and recommend others also to stay.
