Falcon pest control bangalore

Took cockroach control service. It was okay during the 1st service but became ineffective just one month after 2nd service and despite complaining no one turned up to check & rectify the issue. Update: They sent a technician over for free and got the service done again.

Someone called Rajesh called me from Falcon pest control. He claimed their cockroach control services are 100% effective. Promised they would do 2 services to eradicate completely. Forget about reducing, cockroaches never went in the first place. Called and informed. He said he will send someone but post that no one turned up. Called multiple times to follow up on when they will visit but no response. How do such companies intend to survive in the long run with such unprofessional behaviour and unethical practices. They know better.

Also the rating and reviews seem mostly fabricated. Someone has given 5 star rating to them and reviewed their services by saying 'delicious food'. I hope they will be careful henceforth and provide a good script to people who are asked to give fake reviews. At least it will look believable.

I changed 3 different companies before hiring Falcon pest control company. Professional, honest and attentive to all my questions. We have been using them for over a year now and our property is very well maintained and very reasonably priced.
