Last time k got haircut from different hairdresser he will just ruin it

I have always been a regular customer here and I must say they offer really good services and have skilled staff put here. I recommend everyone to try haircut, hair spa, hair colouring etc and also all skin related services like facial, manicure, pedicure. I love coming here and have taken membership too.
For facial, Pedicure please take services of Nisha and for any hair related services I thoroughly recommend Sapna.

I have been going to the saloon for last one year, and the services have been pretty good. The whole team is very professional, and good knowledge of what one is doing. The price ranges are very reasonable and customized as well if someone needs to club various services.
Special mention for Sunitha, for recommending suitable products, and great services.

My family is regular at this Salon for a while now. Kids (especially little one) have adjusted quite well here. The Manager is quite patient with the kids. Good place overall.

Update to the review below: I received a call from Sapna and she requested me to come for another service so that they could compensate for the bad service. When I wasn't able to visit for some personal commitments, she called and followed up. I finally went and got a spa, pedicure, and haircut. This time all the services were great. I really appreciate the fact that they took my review seriously and turned things around. They offered me a complimentary service but I preferred paying since I had definitely availed the service.

If you are letting your old and efficient staff go, it is your duty to teach your new staff to maintain the same quality of service. Otherwise why should I pay the same amount for services that are way below your previous standards?

I went for a spa yesterday. I always looked forward to my spa sessions at your salon because of the wonderful massage that came along with it. Rina and Bina would continue the massage for almost half an hour. I never preferred any other salon because of the meticulous and painstaking services of your previous staff.

Yesterday, the present guy washed my hair just once, applied cream and gave me a massage for only 5 minutes, washed it hurriedly in 2 minutes and couldn't even set my hair properly. My hair doesn't look like it has undergone any treatment. I have been visiting your salon for years and it was only because of Rina and Bina's service. If they are not there and this is the quality of service provided by your new staff, I will just stop visiting the salon.

The only saving grace was the pedicure which was great.

I've been visiting this saloon from the past 4 years. Never been disappointed with their service. The professionalism, perfection, cleanliness and most importantly staff's attitude is all upto the mark.
Try asking for Swapna for womens haircut and Sunita for any other service.

The beautician staff is excellent. They are expert at the services they provide.
Special recommendation for Puneet, Sunita and Sanu for amazing services and head massages.
Nisha and Pooja are new additions but thay are also doing amazing.

I had a haircut there by Mr Mohan, he is down to earth, extremely professional, highly skilled. I can confidently recommend to avail the services there.

The only saloon I have been visiting for last 4 years is this. You don’t have to explain them much. They have really good stylists. The packages and prices are way better than anyone else around. As far the haircut goes, Mohan is the person you need to look for.

I visited the salon once with my friend. The facilities are good though, but I haven't experienced their services and so no comments on that!

Service was okay but I was charged Rs. 260 for a simple haircut which didn't involve anything special (not even washing the hairs). I feel like they change the charge per person because I couldn't find any rate list anywhere. And people here mentioned that normal haircut charge is Rs. 175.
A standard rate list would have been good.

Awesome place for haircut.
1. For senior citizen haircutting charge is less than usual charge. Got my dad's haircut done in ~170.2. For ladies also haircut facility is available.
All in all its a good place for haircut. Price is high in every good salon so can't really complain.

I visited the salon yesterday. Services were really good however despite good efforts by them my hairs didn't get the color what they recommended. After speaking to owner he assured me that if color doesn't come in a week they will redo coloring after a week of wait that will free of cost. I truly appreciate that they heard my concerns and agreed to resolve which is appreciated.

For head massage the provided a lean therapist where she could not give the pressure. Kindly give the Clint's some male therapist so that they can handle hard.

On a friend's suggestion visited this place for the first time for hair smoothening, and I must say I was not disappointed a bit. I am very happy with the results. But to top it all I won't miss appreciating the amazing staff there. I was attended by Ms. Reena, a very polite lady who's really good at her work. I would definitely recommend it to others to try this place.

The stylists are really good. The hard water shampoo they suggested was very useful. Much needed in Bangalore water.

Salon is a mid ranged high quality one.
They offer all sorts grooming ways from haircut to massage and much more.
It's not very expensive in here. They also have a membership program which might be beneficial for some.
The staffs are well trained, they easily understand your requirements.you can just relax and let them handle your grooming.

It's been 1and half years I started visiting this salon for hair cut and hair coloring. Ms. Reena never failed to give me a new style. This time decided to go with global colors and of course it was her suggestion as usual. The outcome was lovely and it was more than what I expected.

He's nothing less than a creative director; Very paitent and throughout. His cutting skill is exceptional. I whole heartedly recommend this saloon.

Been there a couple of times. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of services and also have a separate section for women.

I came here for hair cutting. Just come and leave everything on Puneet sir and wait to see new looks of yours at the end. It seem like a journey (cutting) of 1 hour with Puneet sir. He is so humble and best hair cut ever.

If you are new just approach the owner of this salon. He is very good at giving new hairdo and would suggest new hair styles. All his staffs seems to be long term employees. I would say this a gracious place to get a haircut. Keep it up guys.

The rates are affordable for the service provided. Payment is by cash only. The card payment is mostly out of service.

Great service, pretty affordable. Friendly staff, they'll greet you with a smile. There's a separate room for the ladies in case you prefer it.

First positive experiences:
1. Reena is too good in haircuts. I do not trust saloons easily for haircut, but when it comes to her I can get my hair cut in whatever way she suggests.
2. Beena: she does awesome facials, hair spas. She makes sure that there is no noise around to disturb the relaxation part, the massage is amazing.
3. Mamtha, jyothi and other two girls I don't remember the name: great pedicure manicure. I spoiled my nail paint once and mamtha did it again with a smiling face.
The entire staff is courteous and professional.

Now comes the rock bottom experience that I got yesterday:
1. I was taken to their top floor for facial. The room is not suitable for facials. You can't relax as lot of people keep coming in/knocking the door. Too much noise. The door latch makes horrible sound every time.
2. I had to wait for 25 mins for water for pedicure. The girl was doing it with less than 1/4 tub fill with water. Only when I told her that how are you going to do it, she realized that I might have got pedicure done before so she told 5 mins water is coming and I ended up waiting for 25 mins on that chair.
3. The nail paint collection is too old I guess. I hardly got a color which I wanted and after applying that, the next morning I woke up its all messed up. The nail paint was too thick I guess.
4. Facial was done by some inexperienced girl. For beena everyone had some other excuse: some walk-in client came, she is busy, you didn't mention her name in appointment etc. The girl was so poor in doing facial that I had more massage from Reena during eyebrows than from her during facial.
Finally, I walked out disappointed without even getting the hair deep conditioning that was part of package.
The owner apologized to me which was good gesture. However, please make sure you get your staff tained first than just randomly experimenting on customers.

In total, keeping the hard feelings aside I recommend this place as the past experiences have been great. I hope this would not repeat.

I and my friend had been to Fashion quotient today and we got many of the services such as hair spa, Mani pedi, threading, facial, hair cut, waxing done, and we did like the services availed. Anjana was very sweet and she did my waxing and facial really well. My friend got attended by Jyothi and she too liked the way her waxing was done. My hair spa was done by Naveen and I loved the massage and the spa I got from him and he was very sweet too. Reena attended my friend for hair spa and she too was really good at her service. My pedicure and leg waxing was done by Jyothi and she was very good. I don't know the name of the girl who did my manicure and my friends' pedicure but we did like their service. Overall I and my friend liked the services provided by fashion quotient. The staff was friendly and good. We did get few points which we can avail in our next service. Value for money. I recommend it to all the people out here searching for good salons. Thanks FQ.
