The salesperson, Nagina is extremely patient n friendly. They even undertake alterations of the attires

Such rude customer service. Went here for Diwali shopping and the shop was pretty much empty.
But still the sales person refused to show us new collections didn’t even let us bowser through the shop. They were very much eager to send us out.
If you go to Commercial Street for shopping do avoid going here.

Awesome experience shopping for my daughter's wedding Lehengas and dresses.
The place is very reasonable on price.
More important was the shopping experience. They have gone beyond what is expected on helping us on the wedding clothing. While the entire staff was friendly and ready to help, I want to specially mention Umair and Savitha who took special care of us through the 2 weeks of shopping.

Absolute terrible sales woman at the lingerie store. She was completely uninterested in showing anything and when refused to buy something I didn't like, made a fuss about not buying everything she showed just because she made the "effort" to show them. Avoid this place at all costs, there are a ton of other places for lingerie in commercial street with better sales rep than this grumpy old lady.

Amazing collection of Indian ethnic wear, great designs, very competitive pricing and above all, excellent customer service. I have in fact bought clothes quite a few times from this store and I have never been disappointed!

I bought my reception lehenga from here, lehenga is good. But they ruined it's stitching! Please don't give your lehenga for stitching here

My wife is a frequent customer at fazals atleast from 10 years now, however this time she was upset with the collection, first time she came out without shopping anything in years

Visited the place to get my engagement lehenga and we had already visited seven different places before this and weren't expecting too much by then.

Mr. Amar happened to attend to us and he was very patient with showing us all the different options available.

The collection is really good and the fact that they were enthusiastic to show made us feel comfortable.

I was very skeptical about the stitching since I Haven't had great experiences with getting the perfect fit and good tailoring and so we sat down and made sure they took note of exactly how I wanted it and the tailor was very patient as well and assured us that it would be done the way we want it.

Mr. Amar kept in touch while the stitching was being done to make sure it was as per out requirements and it was delivered on time.

The manager was very kind as well. All in all a food experience.

Amazing collection of semi stitched and stitched bridal lehengas, party wear, shararas and many more. Stitching facility available for semi stitched lehengas. I suggest to give for stitching here itself, if you go for semi stitched lehengas, as they do a great job with respect to perfect fitting, design and detailing. Highly recommended shopping complex for bridal wear and other small functions.

Got a wonderful dress from here. Sadly, the tailor completely ruined the dress. No doubt about the great collection though

One would expect the material to be of good quality after paying such heavy price but i was highly disappointed when both salwar suit materials tore (yes tore) after just 7-8 washes. On top of that the stitching was third grade. After paying 1000/- plus for stitching of a normal salwar suit one would at least expect a clean finish but in my case the stitching was so shoddy. Highly disappointed. Will never refer anyone to this store.

Very bad expirence with staff.too arrogant while showing clothes.just bcoz of staff the heritage of fazals is spoiling.

Very poor. They do not know how to deal with customers. They made me wait for 2 entire days. Even after which two and a half hours I waited in the store. Disappointed. Definitely pisses you off if you are paying a bomb and get this.
