I had the worst experience ever with FNP. I had ordered a boquet online to be sent to a wedding in Chennai. But the order was not delievered and when I contacted the customer service regarding the same, they were making excuses and told me I cannot get my refund back. This is a fraud company. Do not believe their fake promises. They cheat and loot people. Never ordering anything from them ever.

Flowers are always fresh and they also give you suggestions on how to maintain the flowers for them to last long.

Same day delivery for flowers was best. Flowers here are always fresh. Also I found sunflowers here, it was not available in any other ferns and petals

I bought two bouquets of flowers, that too a bouquet had only 5 lilies, n cost me 600. It was not even wrapped properly, the wrapping paper came off after some time. Genuinely it is a waste of money.

Ordered cake online on the portal and it was delivered from this outlet.

The design was slightly deformed (which is understandable) but the overall design was not cute as displayed on the website - so that was disappointing.

But the main reason for the low rating was the quality of the cake, cream and fondant used - all were super low quality. The edible ink used to color the fondant left a stain on the hands. We had to just use the cake for cutting and then order a regular one for the guests from a better bakery. Worst experience.

Delivery was quick and earlier than the intended time though there was an additional delivery charge we had to pay.

Overall, I would suggest to avoid cakes from FNP unless you want to ruin the occasion.

This shop is one of the best i have ever visited in Bangalore.they have a variety of collection in floral bouquet. Their Cake is so fresh and tasty. The last but not the least their customer service is outstanding and the owner of the shop Faarus can go extra mile to fulfill their needs. I would suggest all the people to go and visit their studio ota amazing.

The best thing is stire managers.very nice to talk and ready for all types of customisation. Whether you want plant for decor or gift. They prepare it well. Its not very big but enough to meet the needful.

Worst products ever, first of all its overpriced, on top of that, waste product, that too for gifting purpose, the most worst quality I have ever seen, will anyone like getting a half dead plant as a gift? A gift goes with a lot of sentiments, what will be the meaning of giving a dead gift?
