Really, very good service. I have been visiting this outlet for the past sometime and must they serve customers well.

All frauds are running this outlet. I have placed an order yesterday of a Birthday cake. My order was a Blueberry photo cake and they have delivered a vanilla cream cake. Hardly any cake was there, it was a half kilo substandard vanilla cream. There were no Blueberry essence on that.
They have also charged me around 40% more (Rs. 1100/-) than the actual cost of a Blueberry photo cake also did not offer me any invoice and order ID inspite of asking multie times. The person in the store named Mr. SAJJAN and his team is a big fraud and I would strongly recommend people not to buy anything from Ferns and Petals.
They will ruin your special day.

Well the flowers collection is not that great but manageable as long as you are ordering roses n lilies, the cake was good enough

Worst Experience ever. FernsN Petals bellandur have the worst service ever. In my experience I have ordered directly from the shop one day before and have asked them about getting fresh flowers on next day. They promised they receive flowers everyday and had told me a price. Next day when I went there to pick up the flowers were already turned half black and the receptionist Babli Mehra spiked the prices by 25percent. They also never provided me the bill.

Poor quality roses. All 12 of them didn't bloom and died the next day. There was no variety of flowers apart from roses and lilies.

The owner does not provide a bill and does not accept any digital or card payment. He accepts only cash, clearly trying to avoid paying commissions to Ferns n Petals, under whose brand he operates and the reason why people visit the shop, as well as to avoid paying GST and income tax. He does not deserve to be an FnP franchisee.

Placed an order of cake n flower bouquet. They delivered at midnight 11: 50pm.
Have paid through paytm before order.
