I stayed at FF21 (HBR) for over a year and had the best possible experience! From moving to a new city all alone and living independently for the first time, FF21 enabled all that for me with their streamlined services and super helpful staff. You are taken care of in every way. If you're moving to the city on a temporary basis or if you're looking for a robust social life, this is the place to be.

Mr. Tom (building manager for HBR) gets maximum credit, he is the very best - he really takes care of the entire community and premises like his own. Your safety is rest assured!

Common Areas: All the common areas such as the TV room, working pods, reception-lounge, terrace (with two decks, a game room with TT, Pool, Fooseball, Kitchen with cooking facilities and fridge) are all super functional.

Cleaning & Maintenance: What I love the most is how thorough the housekeeping staff is with their cleaning week-in, week out. They never turn a blind eye. (even when I went on month-long vacations, my room was regularly cleaned) Even the common areas are well-kept and clean. Other room related repairs are all taken care of by FF21 through the app, and there are value added services such as table-chair, extra laundry etc.

Community: The crowd/community/residents are all super nice and fun, and it's impossible to get lonely in a place like this. I remember contracting omicron in one of the covid waves and the staff & my neighbors were all super helpful. There are regular events hosted by FF21 which are always meticulously organised. Most folks here are working professionals working at Manyata Tech Park or Indiranagar and college going students, a solid pack to network with! The app allows you to connect with people on a one-to-one basis personally.

Drawbacks:
1) I wish food was included in the package but there are home-made alternatives closeby to explore.
2) Affording a single room is a bit pricey. It was initially priced at 20.5k which was a steal (compared to staying in a flat) but 25.5k can be a bit much. However, if you are okay with double-sharing, then the prices are PRETTY reasonable.
3) A little far from the main city. Indiranagar -25 to 30 mins, Koramangla - 40 mins, MG Road - 20 mins. But good news is it's very close to the airport (unlike every other place in BLR) - about 45 mins only if you take a cab.

All-in-all, its a fancy hostel experience (replace: strict warden with Mr. Tom) and easily ranks as best coliving options within Bangalore.

My daughter has been living here and she is safe and very happy. It is reassuring for us parents as we are always worried.

I've been living here for more than 8 months now and don't feel like leaving at all. The staff is very active and always ready to help. Staying here is very convenient with a common kitchen, an in-house vending machine, and laundry services. This place speaks Co-living through and through.

I got a call from Christina asking me for some details about myself. When I told her that I would like a virtual tour and then I can decide if I want to rent, she said she has to speak to her manager before giving out any information. After that, I have received no call back. The company seems to be judgmental and unprofessional. It’s better to enquire in other coliving spaces.

FF21-HBR is one of the best co living space in Bangalore. Especially in that area. Tom and the staff is really helpful as well. They solve all the concerns almost immediately. Would definitely recommend living here. Be it short term or long.

Lived here for 8 months, it was almost a secons home.stay is comfy, they clean often, address all issues quickly, and it's a good place to make friends too and the community is really nice and engaging. The only drawback i would say is that for the high price they should also include food but they don't. There is a mess nearby though so it was fine. I enjoyed staying here and it is definitely better than 90% of the PGs in Bangalore.

Worst! It's a Scam! Its been a whole year since i haven't recieved my security deposit. No replies to the mails, text messages, calls etc. Receptionists are giving dumb response. Completely a waste of time and efforts. This issue is worth complaining to the Police. Just go to zolo or something, this place just looks nice but the management is poor, they even loot you for the hidden charges.

Guys it’s been 8 months since I have left the PG and they are not in position to reply to mails for refund.horrible management and they do not bother to rely to emails as well. Beware of these frauds.

It is one of the best coliving spaces available in bengaluru. Though it is a bit high on price, but it is absolute worth. You have got quite a lot amenities available including snack dispenser from big basket, TV room with home theater, play station, fussball, table tennis, and billiards. They also provide limited Internet facility along with dhobi. Rooms are very well maintained and cleaning happens twice a week. It is a great place to make new friends

I have stayed in FF21 for about 3 years, since their inception around September 2017.

Ff21 checks boxes in every aspect - a warm atmosphere, friendly people, myriad of people with diverse walks of life, great location- but what stood out to me the most was their emphasis on hygiene - which is second to none.

They're also very consistent about it. I also appreciate how Arun Nemani was actively involved during the first 2 years of the stay in FF - with the quarterly town hall meetings. It's impossible to get bored since there's always an event or two going around.

Covid might have hit them hard with returmimg the deposit amount, and truth be told, they even took their time in returning mine - but given the offices are reopening, I hope that they come out of this slump, place their residents first like before, and continue being awesome like they were!

Also, "the friends becoming family" is indeed true - and did happen for several of my friends who lived there. (If you know what I mean xD)

I stayed in this property 1 year back, though my stay was great, i have not yet received refund of my security money. No response on mail also in this matter. Request to refund asap otherwise have to go to consumer forum. My stay id was FF 3003620.

Made some really good friends here absolutely love it. It is very safe also, the safety that I feel here is something I feel I would never get elsewhere

FF21 is not just a place but it's like a home to me. This place has given me the most beautiful memories which I'll cherish throughout my life. This place is very safe, hygienic & got an amazing vibe. If you're living in FF21, you won't even feel like to go & party elsewhere. All the properties of FF21 are very beautiful with great ambience an aura. FF21 is the finest co-living in Bangalore.
Would like to thank all the staff members & the entire team of FF21 community for handling & taking care of the property & the needs of all the people so nicely.

Please do not stay at their facilities.
They collect your deposit and once you vacate they are hardcore scammers.
If you call they just direct you to some manager who is always "in meeting". We have been at their location asking for our deposit for about an year now.

Really amazing place to stay. One of the staff members named Tom along with his team were very efficient and helpful.
The staff always made sure to keep the rooms and common areas clean. They were also very quick in solving problems if any were encountered.
Looking forward to stay forever!

Good place, coliving, but don't provide food. Although food options thru vendors are present.

Sharing 1 star because Google doesn't allow 0 stars! Pathetic customer service by these folks! Been 8 months since I left this place and still haven't received my security deposit! Do not choose this place even by mistake! They can't stay true even to their own words! FF21 folks - I need my money ASAP!

IT'S A SCAM!
FF21 does not follow even a tad bit of compliance when it comes to handling finances.
I checked out in may 2021 and still haven't received my deposit back! The management is filled with bunch of hypocrites, when it comes to collect rent they will chase us with warnings of penalty, yet they won't return our hard earned money as if it's their own. No mails or calls are responded to I don't know what their motive is, to never return my deposit?
