We stayed here for 2 days with family of elders and kids.it was a wonderful stay overall. Everyone like the place very much.there were many hotels near by. The stay is in the residential area and also very close to the main road.access to the all the places were quite easy. The manager and the owner is really good and friendly. Overall this trip was really awesome bcos of this cool this stay.

The staff here is so well trained to handle things. I realised they go extra mile to comfort the Guests.

The owner is so very professional and he also helped us in various other medical related issues.as we had visited mysuru for my grandmother treatment.

One of the best serviced apartment in Mysore. We stayed here for a night and it’s one of the cleanest and wonderful property to stay with friends and family. The owner and his staffs are extremely cool and supportive and have made the arrangements before my arrival. Rooms are super clean and good ambience.

The property also has a great collection of vintage bikes. Overall me and my family enjoyed great time in this apartment.

I would highly recommend this place if you are considering stay in Mysore.

I had very good experience here with my family. Its a quiet neighbourhood and we stayed on the third floor. We took a four bedroom apartment, very spacious and very comfortable. We will visit again.

Excellent location. Multiple eateries around, veg and non veg, simple and expensive options. Neat and cozy apartment with basic utensils, induction stove, microwave oven, fridge. Home cooked food was delivered on order basis.
Cleaning staff and support staff were good.
All at a very reasonable price. Stayed 3 nights with family, little kids and elderly parents.
The city was good too, with convenient local transportation through Ola.

I suggest this hotel which has all the amenities and a better place to live. This hotel is clean and hygienic.

Rooms are very spacious and hygenic, with natural light and ventilation.

Location is excellent and ideal for families looking for short stay, attending wedding ceremonies.

The owner Mr khwaja has an amazing personality and is available anytime to address your every need. Support staff are helpful.

This is a wonderful place to spend time with family. The penthouse is ultra super and the terrace is a fantastic place to have a nice meal with the family. The balcony with a swing has a wonderful view of chamundi hills in front of you. One very important thing, the entire place is disabled friendly with all floors accessible through lift.

The host is very courteous and a very jolly person. Thank you Firenza staff for hosting us.

A homely place to stay. The view from the penthouse is very beautiful and it's very hygienic. The staff members are very friendly.

Just WOW. A very neat and hygiene place to stay. Apartment is very close to the city and many site seeing around. Rooms & Bathrooms were clean and neat. AC in all rooms which is PLUS. Stayed in PENT house which had spectacular view. Can see Chamundi Hill from sit out Balcony.dining table in open sit out was so good.spent a peaceful night in Firenza. The owner, Mr. Kwajha and the manager, Mr. Shiban thank you both of you.will visit again and recommend this place for a peaceful holiday/stay. All the best.

Awesome place to stay. The environment, ambience, cleanliness, security everything have been maintained in high standard. It provides home feeling and i have spent my 11 happy days over here. It's really worthy for your every penny. Hope will come for one more visit sooner.

The best service appartment. We stayed here for around 10days, extremely happy with cleanliness, all the rooms and bathrooms are exceptionally well maintained, staff's help alot. Everyone can book without second thought.

A very beautiful place stay, a home away from home, very clean and hygiene, wud like to come once again

We came across this while searching for a room in mysore on our way back from Ooty. We just made a random call to see if rooms were available and the owner invited and convinced us to stay in this apt. The staff even followed up to check our whereabouts as we were a bit late. Upon reaching the apt, we had a warm welcome. We opted for a 2bhk, the rooms are clean, well furnished and with air conditioner. Geyser is available in both the bathrooms. Refrigerator, TV with free to air channels is available. Towel, soap and drinking water is also provided. We had initially planned for a day but extended the stay for a day more. The apt located in an elite area, very close to restaurants (veg/non veg). The tourist places are also not very far. The staff have maintained the property well, watchman is available during the night. Kids had a good time with the owner's cats. The owner is nice and very accommodating. We became good friends and were even invited to his home which is close by. We enjoyed our stay and have also recommended this place to our friends/family who often travel to Mysore.

We had booked a service apartment for a week for a wedding.this was a perfect place for a family. We had a really good time.it felt like home. The owner Mr. Khwaja and manager Mr. Ayub were very kind and helpfull. We will definitely visit again.
