It’s one of those stores you don’t know where to look.staffs is very nice bevior There’s so much to look at. They have made the most of the space. They have a huge range of toys that are unique. Adorable felt creatures, wooden toys like a Smartivity education dya toys, books and soft plush toys

Their is lot of difference between the quality and the price. The price is too high and quality too low. Better to go for branded stores.

Good place to shop for newborns and kids. You can get almost everything for a newborn baby. Friendly staff and good customer service. I find the prices reasonable for the quality.

A baby and kid store with a medium sized selection. Variety of clothes and shoes are extensive. Lots of toys too, though they've tried to cramp a lot of it in not so much space. Staff is friendly. But the prices are on the higher side. Surely the same stuff is available my h cheaper online. Not sure of their return policy though.

I am happy about this shop (clothes), except for the fact that the toys are of very poor quality, inspite of being so expensive. Bought 2 toys, returned both of them due to defective make. The replaced one is so expensive, but still of poor quality. Ultimately, purpose is not solved, but money is spent.
Can definitely try to improve on this section, so that they have happy satisfied customers. My experience with the toy section is really poor and i am very unhappy about it.
Edit: My response to your reply: Please note that you are not the only shop where we buy toys. I definitely know the quality of toys and in my case, the gun is not of a cheap rate. It is Rs. 499, which means, there should be something that is worth to buy it. If such a toy is bought and in an instant not able to withstand a child's play without much use (I specify), definitely the toy is of poor quality, even if it is of international brand. My review is not to have a quarrel with you or write a review to defame you. My intention is to let you know that though we pay quite an amount, we do not get what we want.

Please don't buy any (international products) cetaphil Seba med, Chico, Colgate baby products at this store. They totally cheat you with exorbitant pricing. Cetaphil moisturising cream cost Rs 2300 at this store where as "First Cry" store that's in the opposite lane gives you 15% off, on flipkart got the same product for 1800.
Indian products like a Colgate tooth paste or brush doesn't cost more than Rs 30, FIRST BABY SELLS IT FOR 150RS! They are just looting the customers. Even after repeated informing the store about mismatch pricing they don't take customer feedback in the right spirit! (change the vendor and get products with reasonable costing)
AFTER GST IMPLEMENTATION MANY INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS ARE COSTING LESS BUT FIRST BABY IS NOT IMPLEMENTING IT PROACTIVELY ON ALL PRODUCTS ON SHELF!
I have been going to this store since 4 years and recently noticed how much they cheat.
Baby cotton handkerchiefs a pack of 5 costs you about 60. By any chance they find any merchentise missing from the dealer/VENDOR they start selling the remainder contents of the pack with different pricing on each handkerchiefs. Same handkerchief priced at 25,30,35rs EACH. Actually they are fooling the customers in every way possible.
