I buy a babyhug diaper 64 nos.it's worst product we use only one one Peace after use getting RASHES in my baby. Really worst quality don't buy a babyhug Pampers. Company written a soft diaper but it's very hard. Like Stone

Radha staff of first cry and the owner of the shop are very soft and smiling service provided to customer. Overall hospitality is good.

Products are overpriced. Very few collections. Display products look very stale. For exchange scenario, you are forced to buy another cloth, even though there is nothing great to choose from. The store doesn't have a money refund policy, which is not clearly communicated to the customer. The staff are good and helpful.

Im the regular Costamer of firstcry but this store i had a very Bad experience. I required baby diaper urgently so visit @ 9 o clock but staffs are telling store is closed closed.its very waste experience.

There is no attempt to pick the item.
Only getting false sms with various reasons of your choice.
1) wrong address
2) Different courier picked
3) want refund etc etc.
Calling the number mentioned, after multiple attempts some one cam.
When I asked him for a snap as proof, he didnt even disclose his name. Told he is not the one suppose to collect.
Actual courier companyn will come, He is from firstcry office.and he ran away.
After that daily sms I get from first =cry, morning 1 sms saying we will collect. Evening 1 sms saying failed.reason xyx.
Looks like you are clearly fooling around, delaying pickup and dealing dates.
Hope you stop your malpractices and stop wasting everyones time.
Better you stop this business and go run away.
No one is crying, if firstcry is not there.

You don't get what u want and staff will tell to shop online, if so then what is this store for?

Don't waste time in visitng this place, rather look for some alternates.

My favourite destination to shop for my baby you get everything the baby needs from day 1. But if you have checked something online on thier online platform most of the time these PPL don't have it on stock. Helpful staff.

Most pathetic shop ever visited, the name is first cry but dont have most things for a 1 year old baby. What ever you ask them they say they dont have stock. & they dont inform the customers that there is no exchange on any item you buy prior.
Plus they dont provide a bill aswell.very poor

Firstcry is the best platform for baby products, I had visited recently to Banashankari branch.very friendly an helpfull staff, especially Mr Ramesh helped us a lot. Thank you team.

Had my first ever experience with first cry (BSK BRANCH) best discount and one stop shop for newborn baby to 3yrs old especially the staff Gentleman Mr. RAMESH helped me with all what I need and explained every minute details for my Day born nephew. Thank you so much.

Although time of closing business hours shown as 9pm.shop is closed by 8.30.
Staff is not courteous in answering the queries n showing the item nor knowing our concern. Should understand that customers are coming from far off places in this hectic traffic.

My 3 year old had a allergy after wearing a new garment. Lesson learnt. Always wash a new garment before wearing

This place has very less collection of dress designs & sizes. Not a good choice for great shopping But u can get minimum products

Firstcry is great place to buy anything for kids. Downside is higher price and GST levied on discount price. 100% illegal business practice.
