Had a great experience. Earlier, before visiting Nafeesa mam, I had tried many cross diets to lose my weight but was left with no success. On consultation and following their prescribed diet plans, I lost my weight without much effort. With Simple diet plan and simple physical activities, I got into shape within expected time span. Mam suggested me to go for 6 months plan. Gradually I saw the result over a period of time. On following the strict diet plan, I lost around 15 kgs, and that was an amazing result. Had a follow-up to clarify few of my doubts as well. FER has a great team, they guided/clarified queries in a much simple and better ways. I thank Nafeesa mam and team.
I would highly recommend FER for healthy weight loss program.

I am grateful to Dr. Nafeesa and her team, I am able to loose about 12 kgs during 6 months.
I enrolled during Nov-2019, I was not confident that I can loose weight easily, as I tired various methods i.e Gym and all. But I realized that apart from physical activity, food plays and important role, and eating right food is also equally plays a role for weight loss.
I must say thanks to Jessie, whom I clarified all the food stuff doubt. Being Vegetarian South Indian, Nafeesa's team easily sent me a Diet chart where I can follow up easily, and even now I am habituated with current food habits.
Due to weight loss, majority of my health issues are completely resolved, I realized that weight loss is a key factor for healthy lifestyle.
And now I understood, the food which my body obeys to eat.
One who are serious about weight loss I would recommend to consult Dr Nafeesa.

This is not just a diet plan or weight loss program. More of a life style change and conscious effort to stay fit and be healthy too!

Great Experience! I was consulted by Dr. Nafeesa, in the year 2004-2005 when she was with Wockhardt, I had great results then. Over a period of time though I lost control. I was running about 50-60 kms per month, for a ear but still weight was not getting reduced. So finally I started looking for dietitians around and saw Dr. Nafeesa's name, so I decided to go to her. She recommended 4 month course. Results have been amazing. I lost about 8 kgs over 4 months. Also had allied issues like acidity stopped totally, LDL reduced. Not only me, but my wife also ended up following the concepts, she had psoriasis on her soles, which got cured.
I am also now clear where I was making mistakes and will be able to stay on track. Thanks to Zoya, her dietitian as well, who was very patient in responding to my queries.

I found Dr. Nafeesa on Practo & there were so many positive reviews that it looked too good to be true, but thats also the reason I wanted to check it out! Dr. Nafeesa is very friendly & puts you at ease on the very first meeting. Itu2019s not one of the fancy set ups which intimidate you and thats the best part about it. They make sense! I went for post pregnancy weight loss on a 3 month program & was able to lose 7.5kgs! Their program is a sustainable one, I could do it with an infant at home, and 3 trips!

As written by many, even I was bit skeptical about hiring a nutritionist for weight loss, and boy oh boy was I wrong! The diet prescribed by Dr. Nafeesa is easy to follow and DOES NOT force me to eat anything I dislike just for the heck of "healthy eating". With the diet and workout suggested by Dr. Nafeesa, combined with a proper medication for my medical conditions such as Pcod, Hyperthyroidism, etc, helped me reduce 17kgs healthily in 6 months. I would strongly recommend this to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Go For It!

I had consulted Nafeesa Madam for weight loss and medical issues. She took care very well in all aspects. Now I feel as a different person. I have lost 7 kgs in 3 months. And achieved our target which was aimed. Medical issues got decreased. You need to believe yourself and work hard under guidance of madam. She will guide you correctly and perfectly. I am thankful to madam for all her guidance and help which I will cherish life long. God bless to her. And will keep in touch with her for lifelong guidance.

I was beyond impressed with my experience and online support from Dr. Nafeesa and her team. The Doctor and her staff have been extremely helpful to me with variety of my health issue including weight loss, when I met the Doctor I was 78 kg and she brought my weight down to 58 kg within 6 months with the help diet control of my choice. I need to mention this because she does not follow an orthodox rigorous exercise and strict diet control method to achieve the targeted weight, Now I am free from many problems like sleep disorder, mussle cramps and pre menopause related issue, My sincere Thanks to Dr. Nafeesa and her staff. I wish her every success.

It’s been a delightful experience with Dr. Nafeesa Imteyaz and First Eat Right. I have been able to reduce about 12 KG in last 4 months with the right balance of a healthy diet and physical activity, which seemed far from possible a few months back.

I have back problems and find it really painful to sit or stand for a long duration. So any heavy physical activity was out of the equation. To make things worse, the growing weight was detrimental to my back problems as well. Moreover, Vitamin D, Iron and Calcium deficiency meant that I had to have high calorie intakes like Egg Yolk and Red Meat. So I grew skeptical about my chances of losing weight effectively.

However, over the last few months, I have discovered how a well-constructed diet plan and a balanced activity schedule can not only make one leaner but also much fitter and agile. The best part of the program was that although the diet demanded an amount of discipline in my food intake, it was far from being too strict or conservative. Moreover, I am much more aware of how my metabolism works and how I can maintain it in a healthy shape.

I wish to thank Dr. Nafeesa and her team for giving me the confidence and assurance of regaining a fit and healthy lifestyle on a sustainable basis once again.
