Store owner please take care your lady staff, she (Billing lady) respond me for only high price items and not even letting us to see the products in store always following us.personally we feel like thief.if your planing to visit a store make sure your shopping price between 5k to 10k. My visit on 17 Jan at 7: 55 pm billing time.

The Worst behavior of staff and they are very rude with their customers and collections are not that great poor quality of products

It's a very well organised and neat FC store. The customer service is really good, specially the staff Chinmoy, a very polite gentleman and who is always ready to help and assist with the best available products of customer's choice. We had been to HSR layouts FC store too but this store is much better when it comes to customer service, store n product aesthetics and stock.

The sales executive Chinmoy Barman is very helpful and understanding.

Almost all products are available.assistance of the staff from opening the door n welcoming in and helping to find things we need is really appreciable.
If u could provide flashcards, montessori items, starter story books it will be even much better.

Courteus staff, large and clean store. Pretty much what we see in their online store. Unfortunately for us, we didnt find any extra collection other than what we usually find in their online store. Hope the store offers something in additional to the online collections.
