Nice store but less options and less products. Got tricycle for my son but found better than store products o line wish had got it online only, and no exchange, other than that other products are ok

Unhelpful Staff. Which we have selected and billed at MRP in Store. The same Products are Discounted at 30% in First cry online

Super good experience…. Sales person Rajeshwari is very good and guided us all the things and every staff is treating customers in a kind way.

Had a good experience visiting the store. Sultana was very helpful in the selection of apparels for kids. Got good discount.

No one was interested in giving us the information we needed and they also refused to give us the discounts which were showing in the First cry app. Haven't faced this issue anywhere else.

JP Nagar First cry is having all the required products for babies & mainly staff is very Good. Among them Imran Qureshi is very good & explained about products very cleary & in understandable manner.

Service is so bad, staff is untrained & clueless. AC doesn't work.they charge so much GST for nothing.collection is mediocre.just taking FirstCry franchise won't help, improve the service and bring at least an iota of professionalism.

Very helpful staff. Sultana and Rajesh are very knowledgeable about all the products and suggests what is good for you. They go out of their way to help. Always good service. This store has all the products we want. Love coming here. Definitely recommend this store for your baby purchases.

Great atmosphere to shop for your dear ones. Gotta appreciate "mis Rajeshwari" for her wonderful service. All other staffs are helpful and fun.

Firstly very less collection. Whatever u ask they will say no stock. Then They will ask you to buy club membership. And after buying they will say you get store coupons to redeem. Once u go to the store and pick whatever u want during billing they will ask you to pick up specific brand clothes only to redeem the coupon. Don’t buy the membership.

Also would prefer everyone to buy from the first cry app. Many coupons and better discounts.

First cry is wonderful experience in puttenahalli branch, sulthan executive is good talent and customer support is goos

I was really happy to see this huge a store of first cry in jp nagar but to my vain it was the most disappointing! Nobody assists unless asked for. This is my second visit and my feedback has only gotten from 0 to -1
Pls also teach your staff and cashier to smile at customers. It was our most awkward experience and i rather opt for online purchases.
Also, pls help with offline exchanges for online purchases. Makes a mother’s life easy. I absolutely love the products at first cry and would definitely never visit a store again.

This store is always a disappointment for me. They have renewed the store nicely but they haven’t found a way to organise the store. They will keep running here and there if you ask them for clothing for a particular age group. Organising this store will be helpful.
Otherwise, the staff is good, they will help you and attend you politely.

The store houses all the items needed for babies and Rajesh is very helpful in finding the things we need.

In process of getting multiple things for our new horn, I visited this store to look at different accessories, baby crib, car seat and breast pumps. Every time I walked in I loved how informative and useful the knowledge of the store manager Rajesh was.

In a time when people get frustrated if you don't buy in retail, the store staff are refreshing to help you out.

I went here to purchase a mattress for the crib. The store helped me with chosing the correct dimension required and also verified it over phone that it did fit well after i took it home. Very helpful staff.

We visited this shop. The collection is really good and people to help really nice. We really happy with service of Janardhan the way he explained things. We purchased baby car ceat. He gave the demo and explained how to use it.
