The best place for baby purchases with a value for money products and also good services they are providing once again thank you.

One of the male staff is rude and doesn’t talk to customers well. Noticed twice in my visit and enquired on few products but very rude in response. He sits in billing also sometimes, hope the management will take some training sessions on how to respond to clients.

Billing person was too rude and not a good experience with the shop please don't visit any kind of purchase.very worst

Poor knowledge about pricing and product description. Trying to sell higher than official FirstCry website and denies to agree when told. Would definitely not recommend to visit this store and rather order online

Staff is good, but very few options available. When discussed with the owner, he said nothing can be improved as shop is small. I would suggest buy from app and get it delivered to home, or go for better brands. Visiting first cry shops are useless as most of the stores have similar issue.

My first experience was really excellent.sales person called Nishita sweet girl patiently showed us lot of options so we could purchase according to our choice. 5 star rating for Nishita.

Staff here are very rude and impolite. I have been to other firstcry places and had decent experience but here staff are hands down worst. They say any number of lies to make you buy. They say they will do replacements but when you go for it, they show their true color. When we went there, I saw some people having argument with staff there for replacement that staff promised originally and same thing happens for us as well. Firstcry management should take action on these staff to save their name.

We recently purchased a tricycle from the first cry kanakpura store thought of having better experience with the quality of product and hassle free assemble of cycle rather than going online. To my surprise, one of the screws got missed in 3 days from the day we bought it.
It seemed the screw was not fixed properly in cycle. When I checked with the store, they don't have spare part for missing screw and are helpless to do anything. We would have exchanged the product if it had been bought online. I would recommend one shall not buy tricycle from store.

Very bad store, while giving club membership, they said up to 3 month coupon for an amounts will be given which can be redeemed and buy any products.
Now when we asked to redeem coupon, they said its applicable only for cloths. Cheateing with cheap tricks

Good collection for newborn baby's, I have better experience to buy the all necessary things well supporting staff. I suggest this is better place to shop for new babies.

What is the point of loyalty cards and annual memberships when the store manager is not willing to accommodate a simple request from the customer to exchange S size diapers pack with M size diapers bag. After making 25k worth of purchases and being loyal to this brand for all the spend for our baby, is this what we as customers need to hear from the store manager ‘it is company policy, we cannot exchange’. The value of the item I purchased may be small in value but accommodating a simple request from the customer would go a long way in retaining customers in the long run who would recommend this brand to others. With this bitter experience, I would never visit this store of firstcry again ever for my baby shopping.

Nice big store, very cozy. Staff is helpful, All things and almost all brands related to babies are available. All solutions related to new born, nursing, feeding, clothing, diapering can be found. Till date happy with all the products purchased from here. Also quality is genuine, l.

The shop keeper said it's the best selling and no complaints.found it's not working at all (in fact the manual pump which we had worked well) Tried reaching customer care but no response. Went back for help and they showed real face- we cannot do anything. Please stay out of this shop.

Good place to shop for new borns and growing kids. The staffs at the store are friendly and gives better suggestions so it helpful to select the products.

Worst experience.
Don't go for sake of brand name. The Exchange policies are not there for clothes and moreover don't buy clothes on offer like buy 1 get 1, this things are scam to clear low quality products stocks with no exchange policy and a high price.

Good place to shop for new borns and growing kids, but due to lack of collection i tend to go online shopping from firstcry app, so if the collection are in store then it will be helpful to physically see them and buy - so we could see quality and buy!

Worst firstcry guys don't ever try to go there all are selected failure products in the store.i suggest better to shop from online instead buy from here I have bought babyhug portable 2 in 1 breast pump it's not even extract the milk I even spoke with the store person that it's not extracting the milk but store person saying That it cannot be return or refund and they is really worst in addressing the customer concerns they are not even worthy for 1star

It's on the main road towards Kanakapura. The store is pretty good. Affordable. Staff are friendly. They suggest if you have doubts. Overall one stop shop for babies and kids

It's been a nice experience visiting kanakapura first cry store. The store is a nice compact one and they have nice collection of appeals.i am very happy with the warm, friendly attitude and kind behaviour shown. I will surely come back here for any baby purchases.

Most of the products are with no discount and no exchange. But if we buy online we will get discounts, exchange and return as well for same Products.

All kinds of things for a baby are available here. Like baby creams, soap. Special attraction is the toys for baby to play. Variety of toys are available here like lightning toys, music playing toys, barbie dolls. Dress for children is also available. The workers there are good in communication and they do feel bad when u ask them more and more. The only thing is that the things are costly here compared to else where but also all things are available under the same roof and the quality is also good. So i suggest this

They have good collection of products but the price is highly expensive compared to the online first cry store! Also they do not have returns or exchanges for toys it seems which is again a disadvantage compared to online store.
