They don’t deserve even one star. They have appointed the most arrogant staff who won’t show you products unless you decide what product you will definitely buy. Apparently you have to research on your own zero down on one product and then they will show just that one product.
Unfortunately they have no value for money neither do that respect human emotions.
And this is coming for respected families.

Terrible staff, arrogant manager and no work ethics to talk to customers. Expensive products and cheat customers with faulty products. Pathetic experience.highly not recommended.

Ask for Sales executive Mrs Nikita, she's experienced and knowledged, of course good at her job that is Doing more sales when u want to buy less.

Worst experience in this shop, prices are way high compared to online. Store manager is rude doesn't know how to behave/talk to customers. Just for asking free shopping bag behaved like giving free products to us. I would recommend not to buy anything from this shop.

Worst experience ever. Staff have zero knowledge about what they are selling. Mr. AMIT BADIWALE so called store manager does not even know how to speak to costumers nor does he knows how to behave with his store staff. The Brand will loose its name cause of such service providers. Stores has to work on it.

Worst service by executive Bhajantri and one more lady staff. Lady staff and Bhajantri explained all sort of benefits for 999 membership. Today they say we don't give coupons n redemption for toys, etc where as the day I took membership they clearly said you can take any baby hug products and redeem coupon. Do not purchase any sort of membership with this store. They will fool you by explaining all nonsense benefits. Unprofessional behaviour and Unprofessional experience with these people.

Every parents should visit this store for all variety of apparels, toys, baby gear, toys, cradles, strollers etc. Excellent service and quality.
