Purchased this BabyHug Feeding Bottle 8 Days back, found it defective. When I went back with the issue the explanation provided by customer representative is "you might have poured hot milk" it's most lamest reason i could ever hear considering fact that there is PVC insulation between steel Cap.
Now they asked me for bill i showed them Transaction history as i have lost bill, one representative co-operated and informed they will speak to Company so i have left the product with them.
If u call it a brand make sure it has Quality check seal before handing over to customer.
Worst place to shop.the staffs are very rude n they shout at kids as well.they have kept the products for displace but then we are not allowed to checkout as we wish.they should visit nearby stores like max n reliance and learn how to treat the customer. I had worst experience 3 times continuously.
One of the pathetic services and staff, no response to customer service point. Need management to check custom services and response feedback.it's just sales point.not service oriented.
Worst experience, I asked for 7-12kg pads but they convinced and given 4-8kg pads as my babies were 7kg and I asked for exchange for what exactly I want, but they said out of stock and given a credit note which I had to use it before 1 month, if not I won't get my money and even they can't cancel the bill.
Due to some emergency I needed some product, I connected to them so they delivered to the hospital. Even in this pandemic suitation they did a genuine service Loved their support and service.
It's a pleasure to visit first cry at Hassan But they need to arrange the apparels according to size and age. It was a mess to find actual size of my son. Also would like to see trendy collections instead of boring colours and patterns.
