Sea fish available better than jayanagar 4th block shop, price is low compared to jayanagar mallu shop. Govt run stall always i support and i buy here every time.

Actually I don't want to give a single start also. I ordered fish masala and mackerel fry in the afternoon today. After having it me and my husband and my 4 year old daughter got diarrhoea. I think they have provided some old food. According to my experience this is the worst place for food.

Its a basically i can say that road side shop but the quality of taste they serve is just OMG i ordered a boneless fish kebab i would say thats a way to heaven literally delicious man i loved i would rate 4.8 / 5
0.2 is cut down decause there is no seating facilities.

The boneless fish kebab is a must try. I didn't like the prawn fry so much. They also offer options like fish meal with neer dose/rice. I have seen a lot of people try it, i didn't. Happy eating

Great place for sea food in South bangalore. If you miss mangalore or udupi, head to this place.

Mallige idly and Fish curry is good at this place. The taste of the fish fry item was not as expected! Budget place.

If you are looking for good seafood in Bangalore at a nominal cost, then this is the one. Tried Boneless Kabab (Basa), Fish Curry, Silver Fish Fry, Lady Fish Fry. All were delicious and met our expectation.

My wife and I visited here around 3 pm today for the first time. We're from Kerala and love fish all time. We ordered
1 full meals (80₹)
1 fish finger (160₹)
1 prawns fry (180₹).
We got a bangade fish curry (good portion size) and tasted good. Fish fingers as others suggested is a must try. Prawns fry is average taste and good portion size for the price. Both boiled rice and white rice is available. For 40₹ you get Mini meals, which includes good amount of rice and fish curry (only gravy).
For fish lovers in Bangalore, this is a must visit. If u need to get the full experience; you must have it hot there itself instead of the takeaway.

I tried pomphret but it wasn't fresh and rates were higher than the ones shown on the board

I loved the fish dishes there, it nice and also very economic. I usually go to the one which is near Nanda bus stop.

It's the typical coastal cusine with the Muddhe as an addition. Government fisheries department run affordable seafood eatry.

Visited Jayanagar out let couple of times they have maintained the same taste, Prawn fry and silver fish, fish finger one must try, maligaye idly with fish curry is good, fish fingers boneless with zero wastage

Sulabh washroom nearby, which makes the location and place very unhygienic and not at all appetizing. I wonder the oil quality, as I developed a bad stomach the next day. They use the same masala for all types of fish, therefore, it's the same stuff. Not completely bad.

Fish dishes are quite affordable, especially fish meals, and fish kababs and fries are tasty. The best thing is they use fresh fishes but they should maintain hygiene.

Overall had a very good experience dining here. There is no provision for sitting, it is better for those who prefer drive-ins.

Honest review! First thing about reaching this place is very tricky. I had to go round and round to reach this place. And then finally reached the place and ordered fish kabab and crab fry. The ultimate truth is fish kabab was not that great nor that worst. It was a regular fish kabab but the outmost disappointment is with the crab fry. The taste was a disaster, and to bitter taste and no masala was coated properly and they size and quality of crab is served seeing people s face who's familiar to them. Now when it comes to service: they are diplomatic with their customers and serve us at earliest hot and fresh. One big draw back is there is no seating for the floating crowd to sit and enjoy their eateries.
Finally the pricing: definitely not worth the bucks paid for. Rather a road side Frankie shops would offer a better taste with cheaper price. But this is a place for people who is very peculiar for sea and ocean fish.
GPS food rating: 6/10.

It's good. Tasty road side food especially for fish lovers. It's Govt fish counter, so only sea foods are available.

Tasted fish kabba. And anjal fish it was yummm.rates are according to Bangalore cant evem compare with that of Mangalore. Must try fish dinner is also available

Reasonable prices and the quality of the food is real good, if you are craving for some sea food snacks and don't want to spend much, this is where you go. I literally travel from Frazer town when ever I feel like having some.

It is really good all fish but no place for sir and eat all fish here also standing and eating for GOVT shop cost vis higher

Fish meals awesome like mangalore style. Cheap rate good quality + quantity. Fish mini meals starts from 30rs.cheaper than other hotels

Took rajma-chawal from Sharmaji’s n was thinking would that suffice!

On my way near the U turn there was a small dirty looking littering area, opposite to that a small shop. Just to Add-on some fried fish starter, Angel was the one suggested! I was lot in doubt if that would be ok or not!
But it was 10times better than Sharmaji’s Rajma-chawal.
There was no oil, n the masala was Soo precisely layered. I just loved eating Angel fish n tried to have some RC

I never overRate stuff! But this seems deserving! Try It n feel the difference.

A Local popular place! Opposite to previous Nanda Talkies. It's a Government undertaken fish product sales place. You get fresh fish and tasty lot of items. A very small but very pocket friendly place. Just not overly hygienic kinda stuff. A proper tasty street food place!
