This gym has 2 separate floors. 1 for cardio and the other one for weight training. Place is maintained very neatly. Vignesh is a very friendly trainer. I am not sure about the owner's name but he is very supportive. He proactively supports you during weight training for that extra few reps. Overall budget friendly. The crowd during the morning is decent hence best gym for woman.

Great gym, you can always see trainers helping the fwllow clients. Affordable gym.
The only problem i faced is there is no ventilation at all and you might get suffocated in peak time!
The treadmills are not serviced due to which they stop inbetween your run (chance of serious injury).
two more stars could have been on the way if the above problem were rectified, hopefully I will s.ee this soon

Mahima, the Trainer is so humble and polite that she aids in all the queries or difficulties we're facing and equal importance and opportunities are given to all those who are in the session. I was joined 25 Nov 2020. It was a amezing experience for me. Trainers are responding well and have a good communication with them. Simply super.

This gym has just what i need. I tend to work out in the morning. When it's not crowded. So i never had to wait for equipment. Additionally, i found the right trainer Mr Umraz, Who helped me to reach my fitness goal.

Mr. Umraz is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit.
