One of the worst hotel service, the reception itself a big problem,
I have booked from Oyo and he told 4 person allowed and when I visit here he asked me to pay 400/- extra that to it's weekdays.

The worst hotel I have seen in my life. All the staff and team members are fraud. They charged me 2000 per one night and after the payment I could understand that the wifi and the TV also for a name sake. The hospitality was the utter worst. Rooms are not cleaned also. Don't ever choose this hotel ever. You can sleep on the railway platform. It will be better than this hotel. Don't stay here. Don't choose this hotel guys. There are so much better than this.

I was paying online booking but They are charging 600/- extra payment, and also rooms are not good, unwashed clothing beds very dispoint about this

Everything is good even washrooms also. Washrooms are too spacious mainatanance also good room also spacious

Worst hospitality not worthy to stay also rude behaviour of the property care taker strictly avoid this when you are staying with a family
Also if you booked through online with a discounted price the receiption guy demanded extra money I denied for that then he stated that if we pay extra money we will be allowed or else he said to vacate us then we reached Oyo support assistance.
Even the OYO support team are the worst team in terms of customer satisfaction…. Don’t fell in trap of this nuisance

I had booked 2delux homes today (28/12/2022) for 5 people paying 1541 rs had to cancel after 1hr booking the refund amount is just 95 rs.

Pls don't fall to these cheating

It was a very bad experience and the hotel representative didn't give the rooms which were already reserved. The executive asked extra money for the booking in advance of the reservation we made online. They gave the room on the 4th floor and the wifi was on the first floor, They promised to arrange a room on the first floor but the executive was changed the next day. There was no resolution for wifi. Very bad. Don't go for this.

1. Dirty rooms, torn and smelly bedsheets.
2. Dirty bathrooms.
3. I booked through Agoda and paid online, but owner asked Rs. 400 more to give the keys. Please check the price again the online listing if you still going for it.
4. A lot of noise coming from the road.
5. No electricity for 3-4 hours, no power backup provided.
6. No water, towels or any toiletries provided.
7. No breakfast given even I paid for it with the room charges.
8. Entry was not good as has to enter though the basement where a generator is running.
9. Wifi was provided but it was not working, looks like router is placed without an internet connection.pros - nothing.

This room reception guy so greedy, he asking extra money 900. He was so rude. He threatened me to pay extra

First of all its not as shown in the pictures, only the second floor of the building is where the rooms are provided. The entrance was so dirty we have to walk through the basement where the generator is.

Reception was an utter failure. No services literally no use at all

Talking about the rooms, it's not at all clean bedsheets and pillow covers weren't fresh. Washroom was just as like a public toilet.
It's totally waste of time and money.

And the fun part is, even after having these worst experiences the reception guy was insisting us to give a five star rating.

Dirty rooms, stinking bathroom, no internet, dirty bedsheets and pillow covers, no toiletries, no towel, no water, no breakfast even though included in room rent, owner asking extra money to give the keys although paid online. Lot of noise from traffic, no electricity during the night. Rude staff. No proper entry, you have to enter through basement where generator for a diagnosic center is running.

Worst Place Ever To Stay, Had Booked 2 Rooms, For 3 Nights, I made payment also but these guys gave the room to someone, and they told they dint receive my booking, when I saw his tablet, they had my booking id but they refused to accommodate us, then he gave us one single room for which we paid in cash. Our Cash Which Was Paid Through OYO, Never Returned…. Big Scams Going Around OYO needs to keep a look

The owner is Greedy is one way to sum it all up -

Whenever the receptionist sees us going forth or coming back he creates some excuse to extract money.

Even the helper is asking extra money for literally no service and quite shamelessly.

Room maintenance is sub-standard, pillow covers torn, there are brown colour patches over the bedsheet.

Total waste of time, have to literally travel long for accessing the city not really worth it

Location and room is good but they are charging extra 500 for room they have mentioned while booking room 830 after reaching location they told me to pay 1500 soo B aware of price don't expect mentioned price while booking room while reaching location they will charge extra amount

Worst experience of booking with OYO inspite of making making payment when reached the hotel check in was delayed as was advised by reception payment was pending had to call OYO service number which took almost 20 minutes to sort the issue. All amenities shown during booking none provided room dirty with stained bedsheets, tv not working, not even towels provided in bathroom, no hanger in wardrode as how to hang clothes when contacted hotel authorities got 1 answer cancel the booking and leave. Worst experience as staff rude and fake amenities shown by OYO.

Oyo sales team booked with early checkin request and the service manager is unprofessional and never accepted the offer

They sold my booked room in black, and denied my check in, and no response.as a result I struggled in the midnight to find other stay and almost two hours it took.

Receptionist demands for extra payment even after i have paid my full payment during room booking.
They don't even provide a bath towel or soap.

The worst oyo hotel I've ever seen in my life. Railway quarters are much better than this hotel. I don't wanna give 1 star to this hotel either. No proper entrance gate and no electricity.

Worst service provided by OYO. I confirmed 2 rooms through OYO and cames to here. They said there is only one room that's cost will be 1500. But i ordered two rooms through OYO app only for 1250. Never come here. They didn't have any tie-up with OYO.

Too bad experience. Plz never book here. Lift was not working. No water bottles. Rooms were not clean. Bed sheet were soiled. Phone was not working. Breakfast time 9.30. Horrible experience
