The worst company they won't give salary once the work is done they won't give salary, They will tell we are absconded if we give them update and if we take approval from them also still they will tell we are not informed, And that too I left company long back Till date I am texting for HR and team lead for salary simply they will tell I was not informed and took leave, The worst company please don't join such type of Ugly company and don't waste time.

The worst company they won't stand on their words, and also they won't give salary on time for employees. Please ignore and save your life. No use of working they will be not paying for the work which u have done.

We've been using this company for about a year now for our sales department (easyProperty Luton) and, I must say, I'm nearly always astounded by what they achieve. Not only do they enhance every photo, but they seem to work magic on specific edits! I've had them remove people, clear kitchens and turn dingey rooms into executive apartments! Extremely satisified!

Not a place to work at. Not a company to work with. Employer is excessively and unnecessarily arrogant, sometimes abusive (verbally) as well!

Flatworld solutions is a great company with excellent work culture. Employee friendly, where people are warm and kind, they tend to look out for each other. They ensure even the new joiner feels comfortable. The HR department is accomodating, goal oriented and their management is the best, they constantly strive to recruit the right and potential candidates and are unbiased believing in equal opportunities. The IT department is ever ready to help. It was a privilege to work for flatworld solutions. Had a wonderful and a memorable time here.

Don't go for interview management is so bad they treat staff like servent. They force employee to do rating.

1) Poor management
2) Worst HR management
3) No work culture

I was a part of the creative services team, After i departed from the company, I have tried a numerous time contacting the HR for my relieving and experience letter, the person wouldnt even bother to pick up the call.
This is more like a school where teacher often comes and says keep quiet. I had the similar experience where managers used to come and say dont talk and the funniest thing they say is if you wanna talk, please see the monitor and talk. So bye bye to the work culture here.

And the receptionist is like a goon there, no manners on how to talk to the employees.

I was an employee here for 5 years. This is the one of the worst companies to.work for. These are those types of companies where Employees Union is required.
They terminated me with a lousy reason (there was no serious misconduct from my side), without any notice and even refused to pay me even for the days I worked on the last month.
At that point the manager was a sore loser named Rakesh Katuri who was a self centered brat. For the mental torture I endured I swear will physically manhandle him if I ever see him in my life again.

Where ever you work respect the job you do.
Good company, top management is very good, salary on time, one way cab for female employee's, job guaranty for those who perform good. Happy employees.:)

Management have some politics. But it's common in every companies.
1. Good for freshers not to experienced professionals
2. Very less strength in job stability.
3. Salaries are on time - The only reason employee's are happy for
4. It's a not a stable company - keep the expectations bit low

I contacted this company to have a photo edited for a gift. The photo editing team were really helpful, great communication and got the image edited just as I wanted it.
I would highly recommend their photo editing services.

An Ex - Employee. Where ever you are being, It's purely because of you and yourself. Don't try to blame your job, job nature, employer and any other blahs if any. Every where ups and downs would be there. Until you are there, try to adjust and adapt. But, once you gain experience just move on in your career path with a smile and mutual love between you and your ex - employer.

Don't go with this company they are only expert in selling there services not even having basic interest to sell your product.
If you hire this company it means you will burn your money and your product also.

Was wondering how a company can deliver so many different types of services. When the boss is not specialized in the industry, they have to hire a manager. Most likely outcome is the manager will feed the boss some story and the boss has to eat it because he has no options and is not specialized in the industry. More costs for customer and inevitable delays.

Glad I checked them out before using their services.

Waste of attending interview, the worrest hr, she don't know how to call suitable candidates for profile

Had a meeting with Israel Paul, director and chief of HR. Fantastic person, kind, compassionate, humanitarian, indeed a great asset. May his tribe increase in our country. This country is definitely in need of such persons.

Actually this company dont deserve one star, please I request the candidates not to attend interview here. Let me explain what happened.

I had been for the interview here firstly they made me to wait for 1hr, later Hr Ms. Kaveri talked with me and she was good in interaction, and later Hr said to talk with operations head about the work that's it everything was finalized.

Now here comes the head Ms GEETA she is not a technical person or head, she was non technical but still she took the interview I have answered the all questions she not even able to use the technical words as well, she got the inferiority complex that I will take her position if I join so she said I don't have experience in communication with clients although m a project management consultant.

So guys don't waste ur precious time they don't deserve the best candidates they need the programmed candidates and these will program them

My worst experience in interview they waited me for more than four hours at last IT manager rejected me without asking any technical questions worst IT manager never faced this kind of attitude person in my life without lunch I waiting there.after selecting 2 rounds of interview IT manager rejected without any proper reason don't play your attitude over interview if u will be in same place how it will fell.

In this company no any good facilities and no cab the worst HR in this office not responsible person, even HR is not doing his work properly bcoz one of the staff he resigned his job till his not getting his PF and the HR is not mentioned his end of the date so if that staff trying to call him but his not responding call Even by mail also his trying to contact no response from The HR

I was interviewed here. Went through four rounds. During the interview I got to know the shift was from 9pm to 6am. I was honestly dampened to know about this. I did not have a great feeling throughout the whole interview process. I was later contacted after three days and was told that I would need to come for 'salary related discussion'. During the interview I was clear about my asking price hence I politely declined the invite. By that time I had already joined a MNC at Manyata tech park which flatworld was aware. I'm now happy with my job and don't regret my decision.
