With a lot of care and attention to detail, Ninad organized our dream wedding! We had several rounds of discussion and Ninad made sure to incorporate every wish from our side. He and his team set up the venue beautifully for every event, and Ninad organized top vendors (mehendi artists, make-up artist, saree draping artist, DJ, photographer, etc.). Flinters management made my 25th Wedding anniversary celebrations a memorable event with many firsts in the list.
His pre-work ensured we finalize our plan in few meetings and was available on phone for any query, including a mid-night travel to the venue to run through the décor. He always had new ideas to share and décor patterns are amazing.
The real test lies in execution, one can spend hours in planning but execution tests the nerves.
This 2 night three day event had many sessions that included - Haldi-Mehndi-Pool Party-Sangeet-Shaadi (Phere) - Theme lunch-Reception-Cocktail-DJ etc
All of them were handled smoothly, team would complete the preparation before we would know. All that we had to do was to come and celebrate/enjoy.
I wont forget one instance that impressed me - For the reception we finalized outdoor lawn, we looked at the weather prediction a day before which suggested heavy rains. I wanted the event to happen in the lawn, Ninad supported my view and said he will go ahead with setting up the stage outdoor and take a call next afternoon. He was affirmative that rain would not spoil the party. This comes with experience, and it happened the way he mentioned. Rains started only after our outdoor event was done. He risked his décor items but made sure the event is a success.

When I started looking for Decorators around 6 months back, I found the reviews for Flinters Management to be too good to be true. And today I am here writing, a well deserved, 5-star review for them.

The crucial part for us regarding the decor was for it to match our taste. And Ninad got that correct, right in our first meeting. He gave us beautiful designs to select from and complete flexibility in bringing in our ideas. His attention to detailing is really praiseworthy. He patiently allowed us to modify designs, make additions not once but twice after finalizing everything.

When it came to the execution, it was top notch right from Decor to Lighting. Everything that was discussed wasn't just delivered but with additional love and care as could be seen in the finesse. He remembered the tiniest details from our discussions like keeping a small table next to the stage.

Ninad didn't only take care of his part of arrangements but would constantly be in sync with all the vendors and made sure that everything went as per the plan. We could completely rely on him and enjoy our day without worrying about the arrangements!
They are a bunch of dedicated professionals, with excellent value for their services. I can't thank their team enough, for making our special day truly SPECIAL.

Pathetic experience. Please don't consider them even once. We had our wedding at Leela planned by them. Was a complete failure.
