Honestly, I am glad we went with Flynote to book a holiday this year. Due to covid, we had to reschedule a million times, often at the last minute, and the team accommodated our every request. Just one word for this company: CHEATERS

This is the first time I booked with a travel company after going thru multiple reviews. Unfortunately due to covid the trip didn’t happen. Flynote kept talking about wallet credit which I was okay with initially but after 6 months when things were not improving I requested for my money back and it’s been more than a year now and they have not refunded my money. They don’t respond to emails or calls when it’s about refunding the amount. I see good reviews here about ppl travelling again but still the company seems to be reluctant to return the hard earned money of ppl who may need it for something else in these hard times. I have had enough of this.

I will be filing a complaint in consumer court about this company and the unethical way that it functions. I will never trust anything like this ever again.

Update- Gave then a chance to book my srilanka trip and they failed there too. They keep saying they don’t have funds to return the money but I see that people are travelling to Maldives and all. If someone wants to get in touch with me to file a joint complaint then drop me a note and we can get in touch. We need to bring these cheaters down.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Coco Bodu Hithi, Maldives for a 5-day trip. The blue waters, luxury villas, delicious food, mesmerizing sunsets, water sports and sunny weather were just awsome. We also had few photoshoots and candle-light dinner in a beach-side restaurant, which made our trip absolutely memorable and a lifetime experience.
Thanks to Flynote for making this possible. This was our Honeymoon trip which we originally had planned in April. However, due Covid 2nd wave in India, we had to postpone it twice and then we scheduled it in October. Anjum from Flynote assisted us right from planning this trip to revision of dates to arrival and departure formalities. Everything was well organized and we had a hassle-free stay at Coco Bodu Hithi. I was planning for Maldives and finally came across flynote. Pravalika helped me to select the resort and was available for almost all the time. They even have very good list of resorts according to you'r budget. I personally thank pravalika for her patience and supporting us with our travel.

Don't Travel with them. They will charge TCS from you & wont pay to the government. Its a Fraud Company.

Cheaters! One word for FlyNote. DO NOT BOOK any package with them. They will seal your money and will run away.

I booked a holiday package for Maldives with them which has to be cancelled due to pandemic. They did cancellation and assured me refund, back in May’20 which they refused saying we will only do it when we get refund from hotel after 12 months. I waited empathising with the fact that covid broke us all. Asked for refund after 12 months, they gave me another date of May’21. I waited and checked with hotels in Maldives and they confirmed refund to FlyNote. I questioned again, got another promise of Jul’21 as second wave of covid broke all again. I again waited for Jul’21, requested again in Jul’21 and got new date date of Sep’21 now again it is Sep’21, there is nothing.

1.25 Lac of my hard earned money, i want it back today.

EOUNGH IS ENOUGH. Stop taking advantage of someone’s patience and have some basic sanity.

I need my refund NOW. No more waiting.

I would request all who are planning of book with Flynote. Please refrain. They don’t care about anything they just want to your hard earned money and cheat you.

I had booked my honeymoon to Bali in 2020 march, due to covid, i had to reschedule and now they take bookings only to Maldives, I have paid 62000/- for my trip expenses.
When i ask for refund they deny it and force me to book to maldives.when i tell them i dont wanna travel to Maldives, they say i have no other option.
Worst customer experience, there is no permanent employee, who ever promises me for refund leaves the company and their number is switched off.
Beware guys, once u paid your hard earned money, dont get stuck with these guys, Better go for Make my trip or goibibo, atleast you will have more options there or you will get a complete refund for unfortunate events.

We had booked our trip for Bali and Malaysia in March 2020 through Flynote but due to the covid situation we were not able to travel to Malaysia.
The flights were cancelled and the refund for the flight as well as the hotel is still due to me. I have been repeatedly sending emails since the past one and a half year but there has been no response from their end. This is a fraud agency and would request anyone who is planning to book from them for any of their special days to please refrain from doing so as it would be a total waste.

A big thanks to Flynote, especially to Rachitha for all of your help planning our honeymoon trip to Maldives, Oblu by Atmosphere at Helengeli! We are still talking about how it truly was a trip of a lifetime. I was worried about planning a trip in the COVID times, but you took the stress away and helped create a wonderful travel experience. The resort was so wonderful – excellent locations, beautiful rooms, and great breakfasts to start each day. My words will be less to thanks Flynote, Nishant & Arshad for making my dream possible. Everything got started in Nov 2019 when I was planning for my Maldives trip and I came across about Flynote. All of their employees are so professional and well behaved and more over they will give you the best deal than any vendor in India and among them Nishant is my favourite.

My trip got cancelled to Pullman Maldives for three times due to covid 19 because of which I lost my hope and asked Flynote to refund my money. That time I met Nishant, my angel travel partner, who assured me that I will get my full refund. But back of mind I always wanted to go to my dream destination and luckily he gave me the best of best deal that to in a ultra luxury resort with all inclusive. He took care of all my special requests as well. All credit goes to Nishant for giving me this amazing package and making my trip so memorable.

Our Maldives trip was really smooth thanks to flynote! Our travel executive Rima was very helpful and easily approachable. Also, she gave us tips for travel and expense there which were helpful.

We booked our honeymoon to Singapore and Bali through Flynote and were supposed to travel last year in March 2020, but due to Covid-19, all our bookings got cancelled. At that time, Nishant and Deepansh from the Flynote team assured us that our money was safe and helped with the refund process. They credited all the money in my flynote's wallet with a year's validity. As the covid situation was still not improving, upon request, flynote extended the wallet's validity till late this year. In August, 2021 when things got a little better, we again approached Nishant to plan our trip, and he introduced us to a new travel advisor - Rachitha. As we were a little confused among several destinations, she was quick to understand our dilemma and explained how the Maldives would be the safest option of all. She understood our expectations well and curated our itinerary accordingly. Rachitha assured us of all the assistance we may need before and during our trip. And YES, she was very approachable, always a call/text away. Hence, we finalized Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa from the several options shared with us. The itinerary she gave was well planned and detailed. Everything was perfect. Travel from India to Maldives, transfer from the Maldives Airport to the resort via speedboat, switching of rooms within the resort and our return was all very smooth. She even checked on us from time to time during our stay there.

A very professional travel partner. They helped with the complete process end to end. Because of the covid situation, we had to reschedule our honeymoon trip to Maldives multiple times and Razikha Anjum (our travel coordinator) from Flynote helped make the required changes and also be in constant touch to make sure we are completing all the required formalities. Had booked Maldives which they canceled due to Corona.till now they haven't returned my money after tiring follow-ups.they might have provided good experience to many but they can't be trusted with money. No integrity or ethics.

We had an amazing experience with Flynote, big shoutout to Rachitha Suresh from Flynote for helping us finalize the best resort, package, sunset and dolphin cruise, pickup drop, surprise birthday decoration and many more.
The initial booking had to be re-scheduled due to covid but Rachitha helped a lot and she made sure that the entire process went ahead smoothly. The resort pickup and drop could have been better managed, as we did not have any idea of domestic transfer timings, which lead to us waiting quite a while for our flight after the drop off. But apart from that, this has been a memorable experience and definitely recommend flynote for anyone who wants a hassle free trip and great recommendations.

TCS DEDUCTED BUT NOT PAID TO AUTHORITIES IN TIME.

I had travelled during 27th Feb to 5th March 2021.

There is no appropriate response on the TCS amount deducted and not paid by the Company to the Tax Authorities. In a way siphoning tax money!

And a final reply i received is- The amount will be submitted in the month of July 2021- This they claim as the due date for February 2021 TCS payment. As am very much aware that the due date is May 15,2021, on me enquiring further, they told me, they will file it in month of July only. You can claim the refund next year. Putting this accros channels to let people know of the gloomy business these companies run!

About the trip handling:

The trip itself was handled very pathetically by Anjum (So called Destination Expert).

1st there were multiples lapses from the Expert during our trip planning. We had to go back and forth about the plan until last minutes.

Flynote has provided excellent package for my Maldivian honeymoon at Reetu Faru Resort. Anjum especially was very patient and explained all the package details even during outside office hour's, provided additional perks and all the prerequisites to be done in wake of covid situation. She coordinated excellently with resort staff. I'll definitely recommend flynote for booking Maldivian holiday.

Have had a great experience booking my package with Flynote. I came across Flynote sometime back and booked my trip to Maldives with them, specifically dealt with their destination expert, Ms. Dhaani who helped me choose the best resort according to my needs. I was confused since day 1 to go with which resort, having multiple choices out there. I was pretty ecstatic when i reached the resort and had an amazing time out there. We had a wonderful experience with Flynote. This is our first experience with Flynote. Lubna is the flynote expert she is very friendly and helped us in planning the trip. Lubna is always available on whatsapp / calls all the time to answer our queries.

Lubna gave some recommendations of resorts for our stay and we have selected ADAARAN SELECT MEEDHUPPARU in Maldives. Lubna and the Flynote team quickly arranged great accommodation once we decided the destination. In starting I have planned my trip in May 21 but due to corona wave I had transferred by booking to August 21 and flynote has provided immediate assistance to postpone the trip immediately which is a great news. Generally I am not sure whether other Travel companies do it or not but Lubna spoke with resort and did for us in a short interval of time.

I have booked 1 day beach villa and 2 days water villa but Luckily got complimentary upgrade to 3 days water villa and we are very happy for that. We did arrange our own air travel, but were glad that Lubna was willing to provide assistance with those as well in searching the best options for flights.

Overall it was great experience with Flynote and ADAARAN SELECT MEEDHUPPARU resort Maldives as they are the best in the tour planning and made my honeymoon a memorable and fantastic one.

Thank you Miss. Rohini from Flynote for planning such a wonderful and memorable trip to Maldives. Initially we were so confused and skeptical about the trip at this point of time (covid 19) and what to choose but talking to Rohini we got the confidence and clarity. As per our requirements, we were given options with suggestions.
Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives was what we chose and eventually we loved it. Services were really good, Superior water villa was great. Island is small but very beautiful and their Sunset Bar is the place to be at the time of sunset.
So, the trip was great, the transfer was smooth and well coordinated.
Not even at one point we felt helpless and we really appreciate Rohini's support at every point of time.

We never expected this from Flynote. We had bookings for Maldives in the month of April 2020, but due to covid, the trip got cancelled. We reached out to flynote support for our refund of amount Rs. 1,37,500/- Which they first denied and later agreed to give in written on mail that they are crediting the money in Flynote wallet and exactly after 1 year they would transfer it to our bank account. We agreed. Next year when we asked them for our refund amount, they started giving excuses again and started asking for more time. Even our booking manager Rima saha also started bluffing us. Nishant was the person who promised us.and later cheated. This is a clear mental Harrasment. I really want to know from Mr. Parth Pratik. What kind of start-up you have established? And what do you give customers on return of their trust. Mr. Parth Pratik. Be assured, you are loosing your customers. And if you really are founder of this company. Please for God's sake. Dont bluff your customers. Don't loot their hard earned money. Cheating doesn't exist for longer time!

A worst company with worst services that I have never seen before. It has been more than a year but my money has not been returned. I will never recommend anyone to book from here. These people are liars and fraud. Totally disappointed.

She suggested woderful properties, we chose Oblu Select by Atmosphere at Sangeli.its a beautiful property. Pravalika was so helpful, always a call/text away irrespective of the time.very sincere and prompt towards her work.she guided us right from choosing the property, to booking flights, taking Covid Test, filling the declarations, she checked on us if we boarded the flight, and once we reached i couldn't inform pravlika that we reached maldives due to network and she got in touch with the property to check if we reached the property and are we fine (a great gesture pravalika.thank you). Wow what an amazing experience it has been with Flynote and especially Nishant. From day 1 this guy was with us until we boarded the flight for Maldives. Even though I have visited plenty of countries this one has been very close to my heart. Full board and was recommended by Nishant, truly deserves the appreciation. My husband and I planned to travel to the beautiful island of Maldives in the month of May. We stayed at the Sun Island Resort and spa for 5 days. It was absolutely breath taking and picturesque. The water was crystal clear and relaxing. Maldives is the perfect getaway destination and I am so grateful I got to visit this place! We would like to thank our dear friend Piyush from Flynote who helped us plan this trip - from booking the flight tickets to suggesting the best places to stay at Maldives, he helped us through it all. He patiently answered all our amateur questions since we do not travel a lot. Thank you for all your help Piyush, we truly appreciate it. My trip to Maldives was perfect, thanks to flynote, I stayed at mercure kooddoo which was perfect in all sense and I am thankful to flynote as they helped me a lot finalizing this resort, I trip of 5 nights at mercure went perfect without any issues at all, special thanks to piyush khandelwal who worked out of my tour and make it possible, best part about flynote is that they are available almost 24x7 not just before booking is done but even after booking and during trip. It was first time in all years I have seen any travel person sending message day before and day after trip that all set and how is it, or have you reach everything is in order.
