The roses were fresh and the cake was too good. It had perfect sweetness -not too much not too less. Tip: request for the the roses to have decent smell, maybe perfume or something like that.

The service was extremely good. The flowers were fresh and varieties are also there.
My one small suggestion would be to segregate the waste and cleanliness can improve. I mean it can be more organised while working itself.

They delivered great quality flowers on time. All my communication was over the phone, execution of my instructions was perfect. Will use their service again.

If you're trying to impress someone with some beautiful natural flowers then this is the best place to buy one of the best.

Bad customer service. Poorly maintained place. The staff members there were playing video games instead of attending to us.

I ordered cake and flowers to my friend from other country, the staff in Jaynagar communicated so well. Didn’t have any issue, although it was raining they made sure to deliver things without any damage. I would recommend to others! Great job guys!
