They confirmed my order with order id 37189088 later on denied for midnight delivery. I've paid extra INR 250 for this. Even refund takes 10 working days from their side. No customer support. Worst experience

Such a bad bad service. First of all I want to write about the first experience I had with ferns and petals. I had ordered bouquet on my dad's bday online from dubai. When my dad received bouquet, the flowers were not fresh. I was soooo embarrassed to see that he received spoiled bouquet with hanging rose petals. Now on raksha bhandhan I had ordered 2 set of rakhi and celebrations with box plus I had added additional 2 rakhi. Totally 4 rakhi. On the day of raksha bhandhan I tried to contact ferns and petals and informed them to contact my parents to know the exact location of my order. I had raised a ticket and mention the contact number as well. I had also received saying that it was taken care. My parents had received a delivery guy number and talked to him regarding the location. He said he'll come in the eveng but I received a email in the night saying couldn't delivery. There is no proper communication between the help center and the delivery guy. If help center had updated him then he wouldn't have missed my order to deliver. Anyways I received my order next of raksha bhandhan but I received only 2 rakhi with celebrations box. Where the hell is my additional 2 rakhi which ferns and petals had charged 199 for additional rakhi. Ferns and petals had just ruined my special day. I never recommend such a bad platform. No proper communication between the help center and the delivery. It's such a waste of money as well such a waste of time waiting for the order. Can someone recommend me the best place to order flowers other than ferns and petals in mangalore.

Ordered bouquet from them and they charged 90rs delivery for a distance of 1.2kms. The flowers were also not good.

I have ordered today morning Red velvet cake and I have paid rs 1398, but they are simply cheating I was tracking my order since morning, even I contacted through mail they told it will be delivered by mentioned time, final 6: 03pm I got message it's out for delivery and 6: 04 got message attented unable to reach receipt.
I have all the records emails, messages which I received, even I contacted outlet no response.
