Went in today to get a brain CT scan for a 90 year old relative. Staff was very friendly and helpful and rates were reasonable also.

I would like to share my experience had yesterday for one of my family member. We visited the lab to collect the MRI report. But i was so shocked and was furious to see the lab technician drunk! This is completely unacceptable that the medical technician is attending patient and performing the critical medical tests like MRI is drunk. Is it really possible? To my horror i found here.
But still i am giving 5 star only because the other people there who are so courtious and want to help the patients. I don't remember the young lady name but she was honestly trying to help us and trying her best to provide us with the MRI report. But the drunken technician in front of everyone, was so rude and denied to provide us the report and shouting on the young lady who was asking to provide us the report at earliest. Kudos to that young lady who was still requesting that drunken technican to calm down, but finally we did get the report only because of the young lady's effort. But i would appreciate whole heartedly the young lady who took so much care of the patient and providing awsesome customer service. I would request the management to take immediate action on this incident and also give a raise to the young lady!

I needed to get chest CT scan done. Decided to go to Focus diagnostics Rajajinagar comparing the charges. The service was smooth and fast.

The patients with symptoms might need better assistance which I didn't see there.

Reception has no clarity on whats what.when called they want some one else to come to attend for everything.

Very good service with good staffs. Good co ordination.good environment. Very polite staffs, Less price.

Worst response, They cannot mail you report, We need to collect it personally, If you do CT scan in evening, you will get report next day afternoon only, Front office do not respond properly

The doctors and team are very efficient and highly qualified. The cleanliness of the center and very impressive.

We are very thankful to healthians team, I loved to much the process of sample collection, it was very easy, zero pain, clean and protective. Sample collector was also good in behaviour. He comes with sealed pack handy equipment.

Took an appointment for 7: 30pm. Reached after work from ecity by 7: 45pm (left early, however blore traffic!). When i reached was informed that the doctor has asked to stop taking anymore patients, even though her shift is till 8: 30pm. Won't recommend.

Very poor response from the people. They give the discount for the rich people I don't know why they give discounts for one who have already lots of money rather than that give discounts for poor people and help them. The ambulance driver is very rude to the patient one of the worst experience worst lab.

Very hygienic place. Reports are computerized. Results of tests sent by SMS. Fees structure is little high. Humanitarian staff. Well qualified professionals. Results of tests are available online. No hassles. Silent and good environment is maintained. Good ambience inside the premises. Latest equipment and technology. A great number of services under one roof.

I am paying 3500 but these diagnostic center gives worst report not given any explanation in that report. Please don't go any one to these diagnostic center

Worst Experience with scanning department, in spite of having scanning doctor the fair lady of scanning room refuse to take for scan, her attitude was like she was the owner. Kindly trainee your staff properly and tell them to respect clients from which she is paid.

Very irritating receptionist by name Ranjitha.the way she response is very casual, she needs to be oriented about how to communicate with patients and attenders. Very casual approach.she has change her attitude. As I am doctor this is the attitude show by her and we do not know what will happen to common people

Service wise prices is high and stop behavior is not good.their working like government employee.there is no immidiate response and last behavior.

We went for NCV test and found their front desk, time taken in the procedure and process of getting reports signed really pathetic. They think that patients are at their mercy and will wait for 3 hours for a 10 mins test and report collection in spite of being the first one in the queue. It is best to avoid this diagnostic center.

Ambulances service is very bad.drivers are not clean.very unhygienic ambulance. It is equal to bulk cart, drivers drive very badly.asked for driver on this driver said they don't get vehicle repaired or serviced in time.even after giving reminders and they make drivers work over time so they will not get time to be clean. One of the ambulance bearing reg No KA 02 AF 5386 is in very bad condition. I don't know how RTO have given permission to run this as ambulance. MD /Chairman of this company.please act on these problems immediately instead on putting pressure on drivers and sales people to run your target to make money.
