I’m a big fan of ForeverNew and I trust the brand. About a week or so ago, I bought a lovely top from this store. I tried S and M size and bought the M size. However, now when I took it out to wear, it smelled horrible. I should have checked and asked for a fresh piece before I purchased. It’s like someone with bad odour tried/used it. I never expected this. I should have been more careful. The management needs to check that all clothes are sanitised after CX trials. Big disappointment when you spend Rs. 6500 on the top and it smells of someone else’s body odour.

We had been shopping from Forever new from last 4 years. Forever new Indiranagar has been improved a lot. The store service is commendable from trying to billing. We always had a nice experience with the store whenever we shop. Thanks to the outlet team and especially the store management to giving such nice experiences.

Bought a dress for my wife when it’s not fitting her they are not evn ready to exchange… poor customer service … so much money too spent and while exchanging they will not help

Poor customer service and zero etiquettes.
It's sad to see brands like forever new having untrained staff I have shared my feedback multiple times and surprisingly nothing changes.
I just go as I do not have nearby other store else this place one would wish to avoid.

I have been shopping here past 3 years.but now the customer service is horrible. They dont have the manners to talk properly with the customers. It has become like a grocery store. May be Management have been changed.its a disgace to the Brand.

Love Forever New I have been shopping at Forever New from 8 years now. My experience have been better past few times because of Satish (who works at Forever New Inderanagar) He is very good at his work.

One of the biggest forever new store in Bangalore with a lot of collections that you normally do not find in the mall stores.

One of the female executive's attitude was horrible when we visited the shop at Indiranagar.

My favourite store to shop feminine elegant dresses. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Two floors full of eye candy.

Staff doesn't check details like removing magnetic tags etc.which turns out to be a pain later. Why in so much hurry?

Its located in Indiranagar in 100 feet road on the left side when we travel in the old airport road

The store is one of the bigger stores in Bangalore and thier collection is always up to the mark.
The service is good and the staff always willing to help.

They run offers and discounts as well.

I always prefer this outlet to the one in Garuda Mall.
