Extremely good service by each of the staff in Fortis, Banerghatta Road. Right from the security personal to the nursing, housekeeping, pantry staff, everyone are so polite, warm and courteous. Their behaviour and their smiles are more than healing for any patient. Special mention of the nurses: Marsi Bhandhari, Anjali and Subhisha (all attending to us on the 7th floor) were always ready and available to render their services with an elan.
Kudos to the dieticians for curating/suggesting the menu keeping the patient in mind.
Last but not the least, they say any doctor has a Placebo effect on the patient. This holds 100% true for Dr. Ravindra, Dr. Balaji, Dr. Sunil Kasturi (All Gastorenterologists) and Dr. Shantanu (surgeon) were always ready to answer all our queries with so much poise and patience.
Overall, an impeccable service by Fortis!

Dr. B. N. SREEDHARA MURTHY is an absolute gem. He is the hope of many parents who truly cares for their children as much as they do. He is a thorough professional doctor with great great years of experience and gives comforts the child and parents both with his services and professional expertise.

Was admitted as a patient with high fever and acute abdominal pain to Fortis BG Road emergency, yesterday. The care provided by all the staff, nurses, doctors, housekeeping, ultrasound was par excellence!
Also, patients in the adjacent beds (ER was packed with patients) were being looked after efficiently with quick investigations and treatment plans. I was admitted in CCU on 1.13.2021 for angioplasty by Dr. Srinivasa Prasad, Dr. Arati. At Cathlab I was taken care by all staff members viz. Bhagavati Raju etc. (Some names are not known to me). After stabilizing, I was moved to CCU where CCU I/c Robin, Dr. Mamata, dr. Sandhya, Ms. Shobha, Mr. Jojo, Jomy, Akhil and ward boys took care of me very much and to my best satisfaction. This is the first time I visited Fortis, Bannerghatta Road. I was working as a SR. Staff Officer at MECON Ltd, a PSU under GoI. Now imretired from MECON.

Fortis Bannerghatta Road Bangalore though JCI Gold certified, manually emails patient reports. This is error prone and careless to say the least. Last week I received another patient's report. A gross violation of patient privacy by one of Asia's largest hospital networks. My mails to their medical superindentent and escalations have gone unanswered. So much for "patient experience. " You can thank God you are operating in India. If you were a business in the US or UK, you'd be sued out of business. Pathetic.

Sweetlin is very good and professional nurse I am writing this review because I am afraid of injection but she give me the second dose of vaccination without giving me any pain. Thanku for this # fortis

They guys are worst in the appointment section specially in opd desk.
I don’t have any appointment for a doctor and asked them if there any possibility they can manage… but the lady on the pod desk just don’t even have sense of talk 1% she didn’t said ‘that we can’t do anything for this’
She just shouted loudly that why you guyz came without appointment when u don’t know anything about this.and all and all is this the way fortis staffs are behaving with patience?

I'm highly grateful to the entire staff and system of Fortis Hospital. We traveled all the way from Madinah KSA to Hyderabad and then to Bangalore looking for a good Gynecologist who could do my hysterectomy (highly complcated and risky). Meeting with Dr. Gayatri Dinesh Kamath and her team was a relief. I'm thankful to Dr. Ramesh, Dr. Sudha Menon, Dr. Gayatri's assistant Ms. Charitha, Rs. MsSameena and there are so many others iv

Dont visit or avail services form this hospital even if the doctors are good but the staff and the admin is worst than govt hospitals.
I would say u can get the similar or better doctors in other hospitals with better staff and admin.they will not listen or accept their mistakes or mixing reports of patients.or even over claiming on things and procedures with no clarity given on what is done.

The billing department is even worst they will not like to give a detailed bill so that we know what is done and how.all they are interested is payment.
They will even try to get away without giving you a bill.

My mother was admitted for CABG surgery, performed by Dr. Jawali and Team. Also, Dr. Rajpal Singh guided us. They were excellent pre surgery and post surgery care. Even the hospital staff and the nursing staff were excellent. Thank you.

Got treated for endometriosis from Dr Manisha Singh. She explained really well. The procedure went fine.

Be careful with this hospital if you are getting any sort of Operation.

I had a very bad experience.
Visited for Kidney related ailment with the Kindney department head doctor. They advised for an operation and very next day we got admitted.

1. To our surprise, they told other junior inexperienced doctors do the operation in the operation theatre.
2. As expected, operation went very bad. To this effect we ended up being readmitted for 4 times with 3 more surgeries in next 2 months.

Then we realised they function in corporate style and try to extract and squeeze money, as much as they can.

Worst part is, even though one don't care about money, the staff they use is very inexperienced, specially for surgery.

Fortis markets itself with one well known Dr.in each department but the doctors in background are all inexperienced, cheap doctors.

Please be careful.

Excellent doctors and support staff speacialy in the causality.
My 4 year old son got a minor twist in his left hand on today 10pm and till we met the doctor in the causality we were so upset and worried seeing his continuous crying due to pain
The doctor took just 5 mints to solve this issue and my son is perfectly alright and playing with a smiling face
Most important thing is that, the docters and the staff were with a smiling face through out the procedure.

In my view Fortis Banerghatta is one best hospitals in bang. The lab, facilities, team of docs and nurses altogether creates a great experience for a patient. Thank you team.

Service was good, but my suggestion to hospital management is kindly avoid Attenders Mobile conversations, which will really irritate to neighbour patients, Attenders shiushhave a track record of medicines given to patients on daily basis. Overall still needs to be transparent with patients & Attenders.
Other than that it's good.

Taken one hour to call the name after booking in online and again waited one hour to blood test and more finally one day, they can keep more staff to clear the patient and no place to sit inside

The staff was really good but the doctor had a holier than thou attitude and even did not explain anything to me. I was cured but which doctor can't cure viral fever, going to Saint John's next time.

Fortis helped us in our hour of need. The Team of doctors and other staff is very responsive and respectful towards patient and their families. Special thanks to Dr. Reddy from ER, Dr Virendra, Dr Shivananda, Dr Ashish Shah and Best ICU Team (Dr padmakumar, Dr Ullhas and Dr Chandan). Dr Ashish Parikh was a good guiding force in our difficult times.

Overall it was a good treatment procedures along with cooperative nurses and good faciliate.

My father was operated for bypass surgery at this hospital. It has been a wonderful and satisfactory first time experience, starting from the initial consultation till discharge. The care and the precision of all activities done over a week was really appreciable. The first consultation with Dr. Venkatesh S has been very useful to make right decisions. Care taken at ICU and ward including the nurses/boys/helpers was amazing. There are no words to speak about the expertise of surgeons like Dr. Priyank Bhat and Dr. Vivek Jawali - I am no person to give feedback on them. Special thanks to Mrs Ayesha and Mr Ramesh for guidance and help at the right moment. Many heartful thanks to all.

It is good in experience and doctor has real good expertise. Billing and communication between insurance and depts need to be improved, had to wait long time with no update/response because of that.

My mother had a heart attack and we came to fortis hospital Bannerghatta road at 11 in the night.
Emergency care was given and diagnosis was made immediately.
Cardiologist Dr Venkatesh came immediately and explained everything.
Immediate angiogram was done and a block was identified.
After explaining he immediately put a stent and cleared the block.
By 2 hours after coming to hospital my mother was saved.
We had a discharge within 1 day.
Thank you Dr Venkatesh and Fortis for saving my mother's life.

I have visited Fortis Hospital Bg Road Bangalore for my wife Pregnancy follow up and delivery. It was a fantastic experience for me from the day one.
OPD staff are very polite and very co operative and the process of the consultation is really appreciated.
I should thank Dr. Pradeep and DR. Amitha for the follow US scans, they have explained very nicely during the feotal screening. And the scan room officials are very co operative, especially Mrs. Savithramma is very good in co ordination.
I should thank all OT staff and LDRP staff during our emergency visit for LSCS they were very quick and very professional. And during our days of hospitalization all the staff Nurse in the LDRP were very co operative. We are very Thankful to Mrs. Mala, Mrs. Nirmala and whole Nursing team.

This rating is only for dental here. Nearly two years back Dr Raghavendra who is BDS tried to do Root canal treatment to me. He has used some wrong method and suddenly I was getting lot of pain in anethesia. Then he recommended another doctor in same hospital for removing the teeth completely. The worst thing here is he suggested a dotor whom I first visitied who sent me for Root canal treatment to Raghavendra. They both talk in very unprofessional way to the patients. This doctor Raghavendra was having fun with his junior while treating me. Then finally i went to another small clinic who saved the teeth and it is fine from two years. I am going to Fortis from last 6 years for whole family. They have great and best doctors like Virendra sandoor, Hanumantha Rao, J V srinivas. These two guys in dentals made me not to go back to Fortis for some time as I was in fear.

Our baby was born in Fortis Hospital, Bannerghatta Road. We had some complications with the baby being in breech position and amniotic fluid was less. We would like to thank Dr. Gayathri Kamath for ensuring that our baby was delivered safely. We also want to thank all the nurses and Dr Divya and Dr Yogesh for taking care of mother and baby post birth. They were very careing and always available whenever needed. Thank you Fortis.

I am coming to this hospital from 2010. I had angioplasty done. Normally I go for checkup once or twice a year. I have observed that que systems are not properly handled. I registered my name early in the morning and consulted the doctor. He advised me for TMT test. After getting TMT report I was waiting to show it to doctor. But one Mr Hitesh in reception counter made me to wait up to evening.and I am still waiting to see the Doctor. There should be a proper que system
