I got my knee operated on 18th Feb 2024, Doctor Chethan Dojode was my surgeon who helped me a lot throught out my stay by guiding me at each and every aspects. The duty doctor Keerthana and staff nurse Shashikala, ward boy Satish helped me lot during me stay at hospital. Thanks to team Fortis.
I have availed the services of this hospital a few times in the recent past both for outpatient and inpatient services. I find the doctors, nursing staff and the administrators extremely well behaved. Kudos to Nurse Anitha and Pracila who treated the patient very well

This hospital has abnormal parking charges. That idiot parking charge collector does not give any token. Just for parking for 50 minutes he took Rs. 70 from me. This is very abnormal and is more than the charge collected by multiplexes and malls. I'm very sure that even hospital management are supporting them. This hospital is taking advantage of the situation and just snatching money without any mercy. It is very sad to see that hospitals are doing business in such an unethical way.
And also the estimate given to me for my father's operation including all charges were 2.75 lakhs.but after we said we will claim from insurance they had made the total bill of Rs. 4,30,000. After the doctor said to discharge the patient I had signed and given the docs.reception person had lost the insurance copy which I had submitted and they even had not informed me, after 3 hours when I went to ask weather the claim was accepted by insurance company. They then said we have lost.sign it n give again.luckily my insurance company settled the claim soon. Else we had to stay in the hospital for 1 more day.
There is guaranty even after taking appointment and waiting for 1 hour doctor will attend you, staff are not aware weather doctor is coming or not, they will not even call doctor.worst experience.
Overall experience is good, support staff also performs well. Housekeeping very nice especially one Mr. Abshike was will & attentive along with the support of Mr. Nagesh his supervisor.

Dr. Manisha is an amazing person. She was the one who ruled out the underlying health issue at the right time. The course of treatment was comfortable.
Cons: Pre planned admission procedure can be made smoother. Waiting period during the admission procedure was too much even though it was pre-planned.
Gangadar, nagesh and krishnegowda were excellent at their services from the team of housekeeping. They constantly were available to help me at any moment of need. The overall experience was excellent by the staff.

This is one of the best hospital in Bangalore. My mother in law was operated for "Hernia" and she was wrongly operated and mislead us in Sagar hospital and looted money from us, even after 6months she was facing lot of problem. Later we took her to *Fortis hospital Nagarabhavi and Dr Hanumanthaiah* clearly explained about the complication and also gave us a confidence that he will operate it successfully. Finally we admitted her to hospital and Dr Hanumanthaiah operated for 6 hours and finally she is doing well now and doctor only will call us every day and ask for status of her health. Doctor is very humble and helps patient to come out of fear and lead a comfortable life. I recommend this hospital.
They loot your money wantedly even if you go for a simple checkup. More than service, I would rather call them business. Making you take unwanted tests and overburdening you with their prices.

2 or 3 day / weak when we Getting to Discharge They will say you want to Settle (Pay) the Amount.we will be shocked and depressed at the time
After shouting too many times they will be saying that u have not been updated that Aadhaar card PAN Card any documents you have not been submitted? That only we have been done for the cash please pay the cash and you can claim with Reimbursement

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team of Fortis who had put their efforts at the time of delivery for my wife "Chitra BS". About our Experience; As soon as we reached to Hospital with my wife who was already having a severe labour pain from early morning. She had got admitted without any further delay on admission process and moved directly to labour ward. From there the team of labour department took it very nicely, by taking care of her. They used to watch her on observation for every few minutes. As the labour pain got increased and approached nearby it was quite difficult for the delivery due to the baby weight which was more but they made it finally a successful Normal Delivery with all the efforts and experience they had.
Special Thanks To, Doctors: 1. Dr. Chandrika Anand (Main Doctor - Immensive experience and exposure, amazing person as a doctor treating her patients) 2. Dr. Akhila and Dr. Prutvi (both were great support during labour and post labour by monitoring the condition)

The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. I did have some hickups but with timely escalation it was take care by the Sushma from accounts, I especially loved how Dr. Preeti gowda really took her time to explain the conditions as well as treatment options cause if which i could plan the operation. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend Dr Preeti Gowda and Fortis Nagarbhavi.
Housekeeping staff and Nursing was very good. Nirmala, Savitha, Shehanaz, Savithramma, Varalakshmi took good care of the patient. Cafeteria hospitality and service was good.by Saddam, Armaan and Zameer. However, quality of food could be improved (rice/meals/Idli/ragi/rava porridge was not upto the mark, juices and coffee was good).
Hospital is good also house keeping is excellent the ward nurse also treat patient with kindly. Shashi n Nirmal clean 2-3 times a day. Housekeeping is excellent with the supervision by Nagesh.
Private room given to my spouse dint have even small window, no vwntiventil, lot of noise due to drilling work in the same building. Management and staff did not care for my request to halt the work for few hours. We could not even take rest for 10 minutes due to the very loud noise. So, please avoid this hospital for at least 10 months.
Hospital medical staff, nurses are good. Dr Chandrika madam also gave on time response and good treatment. Dr Chandrika madam was approachable over phone since the time of my wife's checkup till delivery. Thanks Doctor. Cleanliness also good. Overall a good experience in Fortis Nagarbhavi. Pediatrician Doctor Preet and Nursing staff sisters also took care of my baby well. Thanks Fortis.
Very bad experience at Fortis Hospital, Nagarbhavi. Wanted an appointment from a particular Doctor for my mother who is 60 years old. After 2 days of calling to hospital. They told the doctor will see us if we come in half an hour.so we Rushed to hospital only to find that the doctor is not available. The staff had no answer why they gave appointment with out doctor's availability.and they don't seemed to care. NEVER FORTIS NAGARBHAVI AGAIN

The hospital is not that good but the staff is really good. Now most of the nurse staff is new & duty doctors are also caring. House keeping staff shasi, krishna Gowda are excellent.they helped me very much in my painful days there. Few nurse r rude & they don't even come when called. I Mr. Santhosh Kumar P. N walked in to Emergency department of Fortis Hospital Nagarbhavi on Friday Aug 6th with severe stomachache. I was attended by Dr. Suraj, immediate attention and medications were given under the guidance of Dr. Prashanth. As my ECG showed low pulse rate, I was advised for admission for further monitoring and diagnosis. Next morning, I was seen by Cardiologists Dr. Prabharkar C K & Dr. Vivek, they explained me clearly the situation and to sought a surgeon opinion.
I was then seen by surgeons Dr. Narayan Prasad & Dr. Hanumanthaiah. On further evaluation by surgeons, I was advised for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy surgery. Dr. Hanumanthaiah spoke to me & explained the investigation results and the benefits of surgery.
On the day of surgery Anesthetist Dr. Pradeep, Surgeons Dr. Narayan Prasad & Dr. Hanumanthaiah instilled confidence in me before taking up for surgery. Surgery went fine. I was taken good care by Physician Dr. Anantha Padmanabha especially when temperature spiked couple of times post-surgery. All the doctors made regular visits, spoke, and explained my condition as in time until I was stable and discharged. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and greatest appreciation to all the doctors for their benevolent service.
From the nursing end I would like to thank Ms. Vidya, Ms. Kripa, Ms. Josephine, and Ms. Shahnaz, for attending me at any moment. Thank you for the amazing job you do every day. Thanks to Mr. Ganesh for handling my insurance smoothly without any issues.
Last but not the least housekeeping was excellent and service minded. Overall, my experience at Fortis Hospital Nagarbhavi was great and beyond my expectations. I am happy how my condition was handled and would highly recommend Fortis.
Facilities: house keeping nirmal did a good work. Very good house keeping and prompt service. Armaan from canteen provided very good service. Catering service is very good. Doctor, nursing, treatment and care are very good.
Billing / insurance team should really scale up. They need to improve a lot. Customer service is always waiting. I don't know what they are doing. They do follow up after 2 days. Discharge process needs a huge improvement.
