Good doctors, nurses, and other staff. Dr. Ananya is really an excellent person and very good and caring doctor that I have experienced. Excellent team of experts.nursing staff are so experienced and humble. Nurses are to good they were excellent incaring the patients Asha sister and sunitha sisters both are very good.

Special note - very bad diet and bad taste even we can't put that in our mouth for that they are charging almost 800₹ which it is not worth which we have complained also abt this to the incharge they told to escalate the issue but till discharge we didn't find any changes anyway hope for the best.

Very experienced Doctor's are available here Dr. Ashok M N for General medicine, Dr Ramesh for Surgery and Dr Vinod urs for ENT, OPD staff is also very good Bhavya at front office manages well, speaks gentle behaves in very good manner with patients and attenders, Kavitha sister attended my father very well during the amputation of his right leg.

Lift sucks. Accommodation is cramped. There's a big churn in doctor staff. But the multitasking, talented dedicated, and a bit oveworked nurses and housekeeping staff save the day making the stay comfortable. The ER and ICU team are competent. And the consultants esp cardiology and urology whom we visit regularly are excellent.

The treatment provided was excellent, doctors, nurses and housekeeping all are very kind and sweet. The way they take care is awesome, during night even though attendees sleep the nurses take personal care. Special thanks to doctor Bharthi rajana one of the best surgeon, and ward in-charge anitha and nurse anshu, you guys great Thanks a lot

My dad was recently admitted in Fortis hospital Rajajinagar.
He met with an accident n had fracture.
He was admitted n was taken up for surgery so quick without any delay.
Dr.vinay kumarswamy was the treating consultant and he was extremely polite, professional and seemed genuinely concerned.
New ward staffs looked after him well. Mr. Binu, Mr. Paramesh, Mrs. Anitha, Mrs. Nalini were of great help emotionally.
Over all my father was happy with the service provided.i highly recommend this hospital for consultation n treatment.

Mr. Suman Das, staff nurse is excellent in providing courteous service and helped the patient in all situations. The hospital as such is good, except for food quality and canteen service, which is horrible and avoidable. Rest all supporing staff members are found by me as the best

Emergency faculty were very considerate, especially Dr. Thrupthi. Dr. Thrupthi explained things very well and listened to our concerns.
ICU was good. But it would be better if they allow attenders to sit nearby. Attenders are asked to go back home but some of us do not wish to do so leaving behind our loved one in the hospital. We do trust that the doctors in ICU will take very good care of our loved ones. However, its difficult for some of us to go back home and sleep at peace.
In the ward, overall good service but it can be improved a bit. Like attending to the patient sooner, giving medicines after food sooner, etc. Anitha Sister was good.
This time there was no phone in our room (twin sharing; it was available in the other bed). Hence, we couldn't order anything (not even coffee).
The drawers and the cot in ward room were seen rusted.
No proper canteen for attenders.
Dietitian Doctor was very nice. She explained the Do's and Dont's very well.

Happy with all the service, well taken care by doctors, nursing team, Housekeeping, Pantry all the department. Well maintained cleanliness and groomed staffs. Keep it up

They lied. My mother was admitted there with kidney stones, they saw the scan and said it was a 3mm stone. My mother also had a full body check up and they said everything was fine. But when she was discharged, we went to a doctor with all the reports to get a second opinion, he says it's a 5mm stone, she has high bp, high sugar and high thyroid levels and also showed the proof. In the hospital they asked her to have a surgery and gave her all attention on the first day and then when she said that she doesn't want a surgery, no one came to her even to explain the medication, only when we started complaining that no one is giving us the instructions for medication, they sent an intern to explain who was in a hurry. Really bad experience and they even sent us to another place to go get scans when my mother was in pain.

Hospital has Good Doctors and services of the staffs are good.need to improve on maintenance & one more verry poor quality of food they charge 700 per day it's not hygiene need to change canteen manegement and Cheff

Caring for patients from nursing depts is very much appreciated and processed of the insurance also very fast with good consultants of their respective drs speciality and overall is a very good neighbour hood hospital for the emergency care patients.

H, I had my covid second dose vaccination today and would like to share my feedback - one of the fortis duty doctor (Rajajinagar) put the vaccination but as a receive I was not shown the 0.5 ml and injected to my left arm. Appreciate there is more transparency from your team when giving vaccination after all we are paying for the service! Why the patients are not shown how much ml of the vaccine is inside the syringe as it will give confidence to the receiver? Thanks Praveen

Purely basis the ward/ bed.
Service is excellent, staff is excellent, Doctors are truly service oriented.
But the bed and associated space is so small that even a garbage bin won't fit in.
Really painful

Doctors are good, experts and explain in detail.
Nursing staff are excellent and take care of patients with utmost care.

For insurance claims, procedure is slightly time consuming, but overall Good Service

Best doctors are available at Fortis. Dr. Vijay was very cooperative, kind and had done a detailed analysis of my case for treatment. He explained the treatment and gave utmost priority. Staffs, receptionists (Chaitra) and nurses were very caring too. Very thankful for getting treated.

Very pleasant experience with the hospital, wrt Doctors, Nurses, other staff & cleaning staff. Addressed all our queries and concerns with grace and compassion. Bit on expensive side, but if you have insurance option then you can opt for it. Also wrt budget they stuck to initial estimates and didnt cross it. Kudos.

Got treated by Dr. Gladson Guddappa Uchil who is an excellent doctor took good care of us. Also Staff were wonderful, services of the nurse were good when we were there. Insurance clearance process were seamless.

One of the Worst Hospital, Where I saw almost all the Patients Attendants struggling to get their Services.
Doctors are Good but the Nurses and Staffs are Poor at rendering Services and Hygiene.

Had admitted my Father yesterday, Just for 20hrs they charged 1.10 k and discharge was delayed to 8hrs because they themselves dint had Discharge Summary for the Over amount Changed.

Along with me other 2 Patients Attendants were arguing for charging Over Bill Where the Billing Staff was Screaming without even having the sense that they’re working in Hospital.
Totally this is One of the Bad Hospital in Bangalore, Because they’re words and Service doesn’t match

I recently visited here for Covid vaccination, it was very well organised. The staff were helpful.

Very horrible, unable to provide justice on incorrect billing, doctors are good admin and staff are not professional in providing services and delays and blaming on each other. Billing is done for the service which is not done. When we question on the same each staff are blaming and not trying to correct the mistake in billing. If you have insurance they literally put all charges to the possible extended

One of the worst hospital in Rajajinagar, one of my cousin sister hv small injury in her hand, for that these buggers charged 35000, really too expensive for 4"to 5 stitches, she came to hospital around 7 in the morning and doctor came to see her at 11, till that time blood was bleeding, and after that same day evening she got discharged and they charged 35k, and to put one antibiotic injection they charge 290, government never take any action on these people because of giving corona reasons everything become expensive here, plz don't trust these people

My self Pradeep done surgery in fortis hospital surgery goes very well dr is Santhosh is like a friendly drs and done a surgery was very good and OT staffs also very friendly and the staffs and house keepers name (Suman, Roopa, Suma, sharavana, Anitha and Team was excellent. Just one suggestion from my side is need to improve in canteen

One of the best hospital in Bangalore. I was admitted here in unconscious condition. All the staff took care of me very well. I would like to thank Dr. Aisha, Dr. Santosh, Dr. Girish, Dr. Shweta, Dr. Praveen & Dr. Umesh for giving me new life. I also thank all staff Anand, Samyuktha, Ranjini, Siji, Nitin, Priyanka, Shivraj, Dora, Rupali & Theertha who took care of mine like a family member. Saying thanks is not enough for Fortis team as today Iam with my family only due to their hard effort. Bai Amma from housekeeping took care of me like her son.

Hospital is very well maintained and followed every covid rules. The staff's are very co-operative and I got my vaccine done here.
