I would say that had an excellent experience at the hospital. I consulted Dr. Sunita Lobo. Never met a doctor like her. She is just amazing. Tells you everything in detail and answers your queries very politely. I felt very positive after meeting her and would recommend anyone to her. Unlike other doctors who are money-minded, her charges are affordable too. Even the staff especially Ms. Merlin was very co operative. Thanks for the good experience.
I visited the Fortis Hospital, Richmond Road, Bangalore from the UK for a full medical health check in October. I cannot recommend the procedure, the staff and the exceptionally clean, high standard of the hospital and the overall experience enough. The customer service, medical team and staff are excellent throughout. I would throughly recommend the hospital to family and friends. Every test I had was thorough and professionally carried out. The staff and facilities are second to none. I will definitely be returning and recommending the hospital and procedure. Happy to share that the overall service provided by the hospital is outstanding. We are from Assam and my daughter who is studying here caught severe Dengue and was admitted in this hospital. Dr. Richard Mario Lurshay, pediatrician, is available all the time for any emergency. He is very kind and empathetic. During this flu season, he has been available round the clock to treat our child as the child has fallen sick repeatedly. Appreciate his patience and kindness. Dr. Shakir Tabrez, Urologist, is an exceptional human being. I deal with kidney issue and he has been treating me from 6 years, he has treated me through my 2nd pregnancy. He was always available to answer any query and proactively treated me to avoid issues during pregnancy.

I had a surgery in Richmond Fortis last week and I am so glad to have it done by my Doc Aruna Muralidhar. I am consulting doctor Aruna, she is very good but hospitality of the staff is not good. So complecated procedures one time you haven't take appointment for scan so we are not going to do and next i have taken appointment but the day I came for consultation no you haven't take we are not going to do or wait will check with doctor so irritating. They are not understanding the patient issue they need to go with only procudure which is senseless.
When the doctor consultation done they need to take care and check with patients for next procudure so irresponsible.
I got admitted to Fortis after I tested positive for Dengue. The admission was smooth. Doctors and nurses were very professional, regular and friendly. Lovely and Vaishali were the nurses assigned to me and they took great care. Food was okay, and on time. The room was hygienic and had good sunlight coming through as well.

Worst hospital. They'll take just one minute to take the registration fee but you will just keep waiting for the consultation. Even after booking the appointment i had to wait there more than an hour, still they didnt know when will doctor call me for consultation

Although the doctor was the one of the renowned gynacs in Bangalore I still haven't got prescription of the telephonic consultation done with her in place of video consultation even after more than a week for which I am still following up through mail and calls only to get false promises everytime. I really am disappointed by the services provided.

I had a great experience getting our health check up package done here. The hospital was clean and the staff were very friendly. Horrible horrible hospital. No standard whatsoever. It’s a gynae hospital and yet an attendant is not allowed. I understand Covid norms, but for a pregnant lady, husband not being allowed inside the hospital is bizarre. No place for waiting. My husband was made to wait in the sun for almost an hour while they made me wait upstairs saying doctor is busy. I understand patients of course have to wait, but not allowing husband along with a pregnant wife is ridiculous. I mean isn’t that a shared happiness between both partners!

Thanks a TON to Ms. Angle Priya and Mr. PRADEEP in admin for their professional comment, when patients or their attendees enter the hospital they ask for RTPCR test, but once you deliver, they ask you to vist hospital with your new born.they make you sit and wait with the outside crowed (even they are not sure the crowd is covid -ve or +ve) who came for vaccine along with your new born + just delivered mom. NO SOCIAL DISTANCE AT ALL.sorry to rip my 5 strar rating to 1 star as Ms. Angle ripped back the seperate entre for covid and new born which she had done based on feedback here earlier this month.saftey of delivered mom and new born is not important but money from vaccine is, when we approached them with proof, Mr. Pradeep try to suppress us.which is in unprofessional way.

We have had the most impressive service from a hospital in India in a long time. I am based out of India and my Mother resides in India. With the Pandemic, traveling to India to assist my mother has been a challenge. We visited Fortis LA Femme hospital for vaccination. They did a excellent arrangement, followed all the norms and very happy with the administration team. We are thankful for Ms Angel for all the support.
First, we delivered our baby here on 21-06-21. And we have been a patient of Dr. Aruna via Fortis for around 4 years now. The reason we have been with Fortis La Femme, to us, she is the face of the hospital.
About the experience?
Let's start with basics. The security personnel, very polite and courteous, I can remember a few names, Rahul, Chetan and Sumita (this I have a confusion if it is Sunita, thanks to the mask). They politely tell you the main entrance is shifted due to Covid protocol, they ask you to drop your already tired wife near the patient entrance and direct you to parking. That's a great start, for me at least!
The whole infrastructure might not reveal a lot when you look from the outside like the other hospitals but trust me this place is as good as they are. To top it up, this is only for the mothers / wives / children which means you get undivided attention to just that. The nurses, the reception staff everyone trained to make sure you are getting the attention you deserve.
We have been meeting Grace & Nancy for quite a few years now and they have been awesome!
During the stay for the delivery sister Sherley, Sree Lakshmi and the others in the team has been so helpful in training me as a father on how to hold the baby, swaddle her and making sure we are already trained so that we know what needs to be done when we are by ourselves. And these are just a few names, there were the others too during the entire stay, very helpful and sweet.
Now the real heroes not wearing capes, the Doctors who attended to my wife. Supposed to be a normal delivery ended up in C section. Obviously a tiring and trying one for wife and I because this is the first. Duty doctors including Telly (sorry if am not spelling the names right), Dr. Afreen was so very diligently following up that we never expected it would be this way. We felt safe already.
On the day of the delivery the doctors like Dr Chandra Mohan Reddy, Dr. Dakshayani, Dr Richard, Dr. Telly all were briefing my wife about what's going on, ensuring she isn't panicking.
When things got a little complicated it was around 8ish in the morning and the doctors prepared her for a C section on instructions from Dr. Aruna. Around 8: 30am there she is visibly not there as her normal morning routine but there just because her patient needed her. I couldn't stop myself from smiling with tears to see her because again this was stressful for me too as for any first timer without a single older parents of ours around due to Covid. It was just my wife and I in the hospital and all these wonderful humans.
Dr. Aruna you have been a great support for us through the entire journey, and she inspite of my mask must have seen the joy and tears in my eyes when she was out of the OT and briefed me about the mother and child. God Bless the all of you.
After the delivery it was time for Dr. Karthika, Dr Afreen and Dr. Dhanya's time. Amazing! To all those people who hasn't met these folks after a baby is a miss. You would really need to be well aware of how to handle a baby and Dr. Karthika does magic with that. She literally trained me on how to hold my child in the most comfortable way so that she sleeps away the minute I pick her up.
Dr. Dhanya, lactation consultant, she became a hero to my wife and kid. There is a lot of people around us who give up the minute they know they aren't producing enough breast milk for the child. But trust me, you guys need to know the importance of professionals like Dr. Dhanya.
John in the finance team has ensured we have a no struggle check in and checkout. He is a very patient person. Thanks to you all and meet you again.

One of the best hospital to deliver baby in a pandemic! I delivered my baby in 2020, after dat also I visited hospital multiple times, when comes to safety, the protocol nd rules they follow keeps us as safe as possible! Kudos to pratima Reddy doctor nd team! Nd ya the best staffs especially the nurses nd doctors (junior doctors) are probably one of the best ppl!
Horrible Experience with Nursing Staff and Billing Section. My Baby was born in Cloudnine Hospital and from 2nd day onwards we are consulting Dr Sreenath Manikanti. Baby was diagnosed with Tongue Tie by Dr Sreenath and told that it requires minor surgery. He suggested to Dr Sreedhara Murthy in Fortis La Femme. Last week we got the surgery done in Fortis with Pre-approval of Insurance 15 days back. Surgery was successful and all 3 doctors involved (Dr Sreenath, Dr Sreedhara Murthy and Dr Chandramohan) are very emphatic and taken good care of the kid. But the Nursing Staff and Billing Section gave us horrible experience starting with Wrong medication, not discharging on time and losing of baby history file.
After surgery when baby was fully awake, doctor told nurses to remove IV cannula at around 2.30 PM. Baby was very uncomfortable with the Cannula and we had to ask nurses more than 10 times to get it removed at around 6 PM. We were scared that baby will get injured as he was trying to remove it very forcefully.
Doctor gave prescription of Antibiotics for mild to no infection, but nurses gave baby very high dose of medicine which cures severe to very severe infection. We came to know this only when we had been to medical shop to buy the medicine after 2 days and by that time we had given 6 doses for the baby.
Doctor told us to get discharged by the evening but billing section told that we cant leave as they have received the file at around 7 PM for submitting the insurance and it can be processed the next day only as insurance help desk will not process the file late. We had to wait till next day until approval. We were not prepared for two days stay and baby was very uncomfortable whole day with no food.
Lastly while discharging Nurses lost the History file of the Baby which contains entire medical history of the Baby. They had to make us wait for 1 hour to search the file and finally telling that some doctor took it.
I visited Lafemme on a Saturday with my baby for vaccination. It was mayhem with large uncontrolled crowd for COVID vaccination, some without masks. Mothers, babies children who came for vaccination were made to enter in the same entrance and made to sit with these crowd, which is highly risky. Also there was police controlling aggressive attenders of a mother who lost her baby in the womb, all happening infront of Emergency. Administration is pathetic. For the lure of making money they are putting lives of kids & moms at risk. It was a long wait and went back without getting my baby vaccinated. Not a safe place for vaccination of kids.
I can go around the world and talk about Dr.aruna. She is amazing. She was referred to us by one of our colleagues and this going to her was the best decision. I had so many complications in my pregnancy from hematoma to fluid loss and I was losing hope at one point. But she gave the confidence and kept us sane through out the pregnancy and emergency c-section. Her experience and warmth is one of a kind. Even my husband was at ease since we were consulting her. And our lil one joined our small family on 31 may with her help. Thank you doctor:)
The doctors at the NICU l, especially Dr Sreenath, are well experienced pediatricians. He adviced not to give formula to the baby and also not to have medicine for lactation which was a good decision.

Dr Sreenath has been looking after our baby right since birth. He's Truly God sent. Our baby had multiple niggling issues and each time Dr Sreenath was our pillar, he listens patiently and reassures. We had a great experience at Fortis La Femme Hospital. Our pre-mature twins were born in March 2021. They were born just after 6 and half months (28 weeks) of pregnancy. They were very underwight and needed to be taken care of in the NICU for 72 days. The babies are now healthy and have come home.
A huge thank you to the entire team of Dr. Sreenath, Dr. Shalini Chico, Dr. Deepthi Ashwin, Dr. Paras, Dr. Anand, Dr. Kala, Dr. Nadeem and the very hardworking staff of the NICU (Shiney sister and her entire team of nurses) who took excellent care of our babies during the entire duration of the babies' stay. Our babies had multiple issues like low weight, infections, breathing challenges, COVID, etc. They needed multiple transfusions of blood and plateletes, specially during the first few weeks. We were informed of each and every step by the doctors. They gave us the confidence and helped us during our tough times, and took excellent care of our babies.
