I am very much disappointed with such a brand like fortune, I went for some momos in orchid restaurant nearly at 8 pm, it is very shocking that such a so called branded hotel dont serve momos, but it could be said in a decent manner or normally, the guy has talking in a way like i am a begger, mistakely entered.really disappointed by the way you welcomes and talk to a guest, it reflects the quality of service you may serve. Surely not coming futher onwards and wont recommend my friends too.
Stayed for 2 days. The rooms are very small and the bed was so bad spoiled my two day's sleep. There is no proper cleaning, there was dust everywhere. Not worth the money at all. Went for buffet dinner, charges are exorbitant for the kind they given. Even the plates were no clean. The staff at reception and hk are polite the quality given is subpar
Had booked 2 twin rooms but was given 1 twin room and 1 queen room. The bed in the queen room is very small and 2 persons cannot sleep on it comfortably. Also the rooms are not sound proof. Unavailability of preferred rooms should be informed before hand and not during checkin. Not expected this from ITC group of hotels.
The hotel is old but good enough, accessible to the KRS railway station and Majestic metro station, the hospitality is commendable, the food for breakfast was absolutely tasteless, didn't expect that from an ITC brand.

Quality of service was so low for such a branded hotel. Maybe it is due to the pandemic season that they have less staff, but they need to work on it to meet customer satisfaction. Quite disappointed!
The hotel is old but maintained very well. The breakfast options are less, the western cuisine taste was not up to the mark. But the local dishes were really tasty. The room was clean and hygienic.

We wer on a trip from Kerala to Pondy via bnglure.we bookd this hotel through ibibo bcz it was near to our travels strtng point. I had issues with the front desk about my booking at chekin. There are Better options available in the area.we had a horrible experience. Rooms are very bad.not cleaned at all.there towels are literally overused n black in colour.there is no basic amenities like a tissue or toilet roll. Everything is rusted. Linen was not chnged aftr the previous guest stay. I had to chnge 3 rooms due to this. Bed had a bad smell.wc is in a pathetic n brokn condition. Room had gudka spit marks on wall.alot of hairs n dust too. However HK staff behavier was great.they wer helpfull.wer the front office staff seems rude. Basically it was horible.they ask u to wear mask but hygeine n cleanliness is zero in this hotel.for one lime juice it took 1 n half hour fr them aftr several call. If u see ITC brand this is not upto itc stndrds.on our way back we hav choosed hotel Benglure International at a lower price they are 100 time betr than jp celestial! Being a hotelier myself I wud not suggest this hotel in this covid time. Very bad experience!
Had a great 10 day stay here. The most important incident that made me give them 5Star is they are very flexible with the checkout date when you are on your company's payroll contract. We needed to stay till the 14th day as per our company but they were flexible enough to let it stop it till the 10th evening and didn't even charge for the night! Only if they could make it ease with the magnetic card usage, but that's not a dump-a-star issue. The food is fantastic. The fish dishes in particular are great here. Their etiquettes and conduct were supreme.

Close to majestic. Decent hotel. Unfortunately in my case non smoking room was also smelling a bit.price is average. They mention multiple times that external guests are not allowed.once it is ok to tell why need to itirate so many time.
Centrally located, well connected, offers quality stay and dining options. The facility is managed very well, very professional approach by the staff, says a lot about the ones in the management. Keep up the good work
Is very good location center of the city bus stand and city Railway Station and Shopping Mall. And Hotel All area good cleaning Maintaince and Very good Food. Room also compertable. So totally very good
We were on a business trip to Bengaluru when we stayed at JP celestial. This place is overall decent. The best thing about the place is the connectivity it offers. Being at the center of the city going to any place is relatively easier. They have a decent restaurant coupled with a terrace bar. They also have a spa and a gym on the first floor. You can get a good view of the race course from the property. The service is decent though we had to multiple times call up the house keeping team for minor things. Breakfast has a good spread starting from continental to South Indian. Overall a very pleasant experience
Its not 4star at all. Dirty place. Just branding of ITC but its worst than 3star as in terms of service it is worst. Dirty place. Many good alternates available nearby and that too at lower cost.
My experience so far is not good. I am in hotel and AC is not working at all. Hardly any cooling. Untrained technical staff came and declared it fit without checking properly. Food is expensive and quantity is too less. One portion isn't sufficient for single person too. Probably will never be back in this hotel.
Hotel is OK. Services to be improved. They are keeping kits like water bottle, bath room cheppal, shaving kit, dental kit etc after asking only. On the first day itself i requested cheppal shaving kit. They didn't provide comb for initially. On last day only i came to know that comb also providing. They have to give the all information about kits in the reception only, so that we can check and request them if not provided. As per my stay, 2 water bottles daily. But they are providing water bottle after consuming. In my case 1 water bottle was not consumed so they didn't kept. After request only they kept. It is applicable for all kits like dental, milk powder etc. I purchased powder for face and coconut oil from outside. I don't know it will also providing by them or not.
Otherwise hotel is well located nearest walkable to Majestic _ connectivity is best. Wifi is so fast and Breakfast is very very tasty. For example, they are making variety of Idli also. If services are improved little bit (without asking, keep all kits,) this hotel is best and value for money.
Also they can provide Airport/ station pick up / drop with OLA rate or reasonable rate, we will book and no tension will be for us during early morning departure for Airport. Thank you for reading my lengthy feedback
The location is good but it has two different buildings which are not interconnected and the commute from one building with rooms to the other with the conference hall, swimming pool and other amenities is not good.
Very good place to stay. Room services are at it best. Buffet dinner and breakfast at higher quality and also serving food fast. Rooms are also clean and maintain properly.
