The receptionists and the management are very kind. Allowed me to work from the lounge area for 4 hours. Ofcourse I had lunch there. But they are really Sweet. God bless you guys.

Excellent in all aspects especially the housekeeping department-special mention for Mr Sampath and Marcos. The only thing which I felt for an improvement was to have kids pool.

Bathroom was really stinky. Repeated complaints were ignored by them. Horrible experience after paying such money

Rooms are nice and clean. Service is very good and morning breakfast also nice.
Location wise, it's almost located in the center of Bangalore

Rooms are ok but bathroom is stinking.there is a leakage in the room which was fixed by the plumber later. I didnt like the washroom.we have asked them for better room so he said whichever is available we will give you that only.

Nice property and very nice team to take care of you. Large breakfast spread with many choices.

Fish dish was good.chicken was meh.egg was pathetic
In room mini fridge was non functional

No power the entire night, MCP issue, no towels in the room for someone who has just checked in and the room stinks. My first time in this hotel and very bad experience

I loved staying here. Service is good.morning breakfast is delicious.only one problem is there food menu price is over priced.but yaa it's a decent place to stay in mg road.

Ok well, our train came to banglore at its schedule time and we reached to hotel. They told us to wait as the rooms weren't vacant yet and refused to give us the wifi password and told us that you had to check in first. We wanted to but they didn't and wanted to charge extra to let us check in just an hour or two.
Haven't seen such thing so far.

Great location and good rooms. Very clean and a great spread in breakfast. Lot of restaurants nearby. Gym facility is good.

Ambience is good but food not as per expectations specially the main course.
Service however is quite good

Great 5 star Hotel. The continental breakfast spread would do better with more variety without repeating for few days. Overall would really recommend for a short stay

The food was good, hall for the event was also good. But there was frequent power cuts which was very unprofessional

I stay in this hotel for 4 days it was a good experience. The suite was good.but it still has a lot to improve like when I checked in the guy in the reception told me he is giving me a discount of 10 thousand off I was happy and after a while he come's to me a tells me that he will not be giving it to me I asked him he told me he made a mistake I ok fine. I just wanna say if your not gonna give don't talk about it.

The hotel is pretty much good, breakfast is nice but the hotel lacks hospitality and services. Has Unprofessional staff and really disappointing service.

ITC Hotels always have a style when it comes to service. The same design and approach makes it feel comfortable. Rooms are good.

We were a gang of boys who stayed here for a night before going to a farm house outside of Bangalore.for a night's stay, the hotel was fantastic.the rooms are clean and comforting.the bed's not teeming with bugs or laced with hair and fluids.the bathroom's spic-and-span.the staff are extremely courteous.except for a hitch with reservations and a request for a couple key cards per room when hotel staff suddenly turn into disciplinarians, they were kind, helpful, and welcoming.they fixed the mini-bar at 1 AM.they bought ice cubes and extra glasses three or four times without so much as a whimper from 1.30 AM through 4.30 AM.they pitched cleaning the room and did a fabulous job of it at 2 AM, eight hours before they were required to and just because i made a face about the spilled water when Room Service came with the cubes.that kind of inter-departmental coordination is rare in my opinion and what hospitality should be about.we didn't get to try the restaurant but the kitchen serves delicious food as sampled from In-Room Dining.we tried pastas and noodles and were delighted by how good they tasted at 3 AM.highly recommended for both business and pleasure.given the state of some other hotels in the city that claim to be four stars, i think Cosmos has my business for the foreseeable future.

Hotel is awesome. Rooms are well maintained and good. Staff are cool. I recommend you to have a stay.

Decent stay, less options of food. Need to walk for around 10 mins from hotel to find some options for Good food.

Location is good, all main attractions are close by. Rooms are ok, need better plumbing and exhaust system.

Excellent Service at the restaurant (Zodiac). Food was good but a little bit too oily. Tastewise it was good.

The charm of welcome hotel was lost here, was made to wait for long to check inn and check out. The room service took forever. Anything was to be demanded for and the smile of the hospitality industry was missing.

The hotel of fortune group is managed by ITC hotels located in Cunningham road which is 3.7 km from anandrao circle, hotel serves very good breakfast with lots of options in vegetarian food, hotel has a rooftop pool which is little small in size & staff is polite.

After second visit. Aminieties are ok staff are nice and well behaved, only thing bothered me this time was that room allocation was not done properly, I was given a room with 2 single beds instead of a king size bed even they knew I was travelling alone. Even after requesting for same. So deducting 1star.

Decent hotel, reasonably good food, though the hotel could have been maintained better. Staff could do with a lot of training. Reasonable for the budget we had, but could have been better.

Premium type hotel all good.only prb is if u don't have room key u can't use elevator to get to higher floors

Hotel has very good ambience with excellent customer service. Perfect place for weekend relaxation.
Hotel also has swimming pool, gym and indoor games where you can enjoy and spend time with your family.

Believe me the hotel is worth every penny you spend. For almost Rs. 3500 or $50 you get a bedroom which is as luxury as a taj or Hyatt. We requested at the counter to extend the time of checkout and they did help by extending the time by one and a half hours! Please visit this hotel at least once in your lifetime

Central place for corporate meetings for those who wants within reasonable budget and good staffs to manage your needs. Had my business meet there for a day.

Very nice hotel in centre of Bangalore, parking available, staff is nice and quick. Food is very good. Breakfast has huge variety and serves delicious food. Clean and tidy place. Has restaurants serves 24 hours food. Room size is big, has all basic amenities.

The hotel doesn’t deserve a 5* catatogery.
Some staff are good and some are bad.
Room is not that much big.
Totally it doesn’t deserve 5*.
It’s my opinion
