Best place to purchase all the product in one store and good knowledge staff before buying in other shop visit this place

Pathetic, inadequate behaviour from the staffs, not even have a common sense to give the bare minimum service or response to the customer, I never gonna visit this place ever again, One bloody staff can ruin the entire name of the firm by his uncivilized behaviour so please train your staff to atleast have a common sense to recieve a customer with basic manners, today I went to the shop around 10.20am and one staff was sitting there and he was like come after 5-10 minutes in a rude way, if the customer is came before the shop sales timings they could've atleast have the basic manners to offer a chair and request to wait, I was enquiring about the product and all this time I was standing and he's sitting and not replying properly and he was kinda rude, not even looking into us and looking into his mobile, later I went there after 15-20 minutes later when the shop is ready to sell things and I went again and stand infront of him for assistance and he's not even cared we are "customers" and we came to buy things, he was busy with his own world and few minutes later another staff came and helped us, so please try to give proper training to that bubble head staff to respect the customer and atleast try to give response when customers are asking something.

After sharing everything and talking about costs, they say you will have to pay credit card fees of 3%, which in current generation not even a small shop owners charge. When people are buying products in lacs, you don't really expect to charge that to end customer. Pathetic experience.

I’m buying my camera gear and everything here only… prices every less compared to online & Other shops. It’s not a shop it’s camera gear world like that because they have everything. Not only camera, they have everything. I would like to share my feedback to everyone.

Customer service is very bad. Staff are not at all responding and talking to the customers. Even though they have good collection of cameras … they are not giving a good overview of comparison between cameras. Even on the offers they were not giving a clear picture and giving the info like bits and pieces.

Not very helpful staff in guiding what camera to purchase. No guidance at all. Don’t go to such shops if you don’t already know exactly what to purchase. Better to go to some ither shops.

We went here today.buyed three set of ring flash their batteries and chargers and 2 memory card.they didn't even reduce 50 rupees.around 20000 thousand rupees we spend there.and the main thing is we have to pay parking fee of 50 per hour.

I visited the store today. I called first and enquired about a spare part. They were helpful in finding one, and also making necessary fixture changes. Yogi and Keshav were helpful and sweet to help me.

Cons
1) Speak to an "expert" upstairs and then go to the warehouse to check the product (Basement). Makes no sense.
2) The person who spoke with me knew very less about Go Pro. Every question I asked he left me waiting and went to a person and spoke with for answers.
3) Go Pro accessories inventory needs to be updated. For example mounts, ND lenses, etc,
4) When I entered the shop I was not approached by anyone in the shop even when they were free and on their phones. (I was left wandering and looking at other products for 3-5 mins).
5) Finally, Bought all I needed and when I asked for a carry bag they said they did not have any. How would customers buy things from you and carry them till their car or their home's?

Pro's
Staff is polite and the person in the warehouse patiently showed and explained all the features to me. He even unboxed and tested all the products I bought.

I hope you guys take this feedback in a right way and improve on the points mentioned above. I was referred here by a friend and he was shocked to hear what I experienced in the shop.

The best place to buy any camera equipment and related accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and will guide you well based on your requirement and budget. They even have display pieces where you can get a feel of the product before buying, which I feel is very useful when you are buying any expensive product. The purchased item is opened in front of you for quality check. Overall, had a very good experience.

Had to get an Insta360 camera quickly, FOTO CIRCLE delivered the item in a day while online shopping sites were taking longer. I stay in Kerala.

This guy (Jayesh) quoted me a ridiculously low price for my camera when I went there to sell my perfectly working Nikon D90. When I told him I was getting double the quoted price on eBay, OLX and Qwikr, he went on a diatribe about how he knows better. Needless to say better sense prevailed and I walked away. I eventually sold the camera for twice the price. I have been to Fotocircle in the past, and my interactions with his team were much better (his team is friendly and knowledgeable so 2 star for that otherwise I would have left it at 1 star).

Very bad service from camera department and cash counter I m waiting half hour. Cash counter lady busy in phone only.

I loved way seller neatly explained and I got it from just chatted on whatsapp. Booked 2 to 3 days for delivery but disappointed thing is delivery. Really I got my product at 8.30 night. And I wasn't in home. He never gave that to my neighbour. He trown my product. What if it's damage that time. ? Late delivery? I really got angry on that deliver boy r girl. Please take care from them.

Right price and service

Unprofessional, ill-mannered and rude staff.

Visited Foto Circle in Ananda Rao Circle, Bengaluru, for a pair of Nikon Prostaff 7S binoculars after calling the shop twice to confirm the availability of the model. We had even told Mr Prasanna (the staff who attended our call both times) the date and time by which we would come to pick the item up.
But upon reaching the shop after driving 1.5 hours across the city, we are told that the model is not in stock. Laughably, that by itself was not the main issue. The problem was the unbelievably rude and downright disrespectful response from Mr Prasanna.
1. He took his own sweet time to come to us despite other staff calling him to attend to this issue (no, he was not attending to any other customer at the time).
2. After discussing it amidst themselves another staff member asked Mr Prasanna to call their supplier to see whether the item was available. But we and the other staff had to prompt him thrice before he deigned to call the supplier up.
3. As expected, the suppliers too didn't have the model with them. So instead of confirming with them when the binoculars would be available, and conveying this simple bit of information to us, Mr Prasanna had the audacity to tell us that we should leave our contact number in a scrap of paper. On further prompting, he said he might call the shop two days afterwards and only then will he be able to confirm whether he can get it for us at all in the first place.

All this while Mr Prasanna kept walking away loitering around the shop even as we were talking to him (again, he was not attending to other customers), and not bothering to tender an explanation, leave alone an apology.

We are getting the product from elsewhere and will definitely recommend others never to buy from this store because of the poor service.

They changed their operation methods. Display shop and billing together, with Accounts in a different location for payment and Warehouse from where you collect the goods.

Needed some studio equipment and they were very polite and shared info without hesitation over the phone. Rahul communicated with me and my order was confirmed within minutes. Really pleased with the hospitality, there is always an executive to help you out. They have their own warehouse at the ground floor to purchase instantly.
Though this is situated in one of the busiest areas of bangalore, still you can use pay n park inside the premises and that makes me to visit.

Earlier they had a single store inside the plaza. Noe they have separate lounge for sony and other brands in another lounge. Separate section for lighting equipment and wow they have a separate warehouse for delivery in basement. Overall good experience. One star less as they don't have latest canon or Nikon full frames side by side for demo and test.for the matter of fact Sony section has full frame for demo and test

Hi i had a bad experience because i went to purchase a camera and the sale person was very rude and didnt give any proper information i felt very bad and plan to not to vist the store in future are to suggest any one

I visited here a month ago and I purchased a. Camera.guys I will tell you it's worth buying here you guys will not get this price anywhere in the Bangalore trust me I did a proper survay.at least of 5000rs will be less. It's worth giving a visit if u are buying a camera. Employees inside the shop are really good if you need some info on something they give you proper info and stuff.

I bought Panasonic Lumix S1. Had a wonderful experience. Mr. Jayesh and his team are very helpful and informative. Very competitive pricing and nobody can match their pricing.

It was not that well.the people were not that friendly.plus very less Canon gear is available here.but it's good if you wanna buy lights, stands monopods, tripods.and other nikon and Sony stuff!

I recently purchased my new camera gear from Foto Circle and I love love love their staff. They also have a Manfrotto experience area wherein they help you find 'your ideal tripod'. In Bengaluru, I don't think there is any store which such educated and informed staff and with this vast variety of camera gear and brands.
