Tried the winter oil full body massage and head massage. It was very relaxing and refreshing. The rooms were clean, ambience was relaxing. This is my next visit and I am not disappointed. Therapists Devi, Sounmit and Alka did a great job.

They ask you to come exactly at the appointment time but then make you wait for 55 MINUTES for a one hour massage. They are not even apologetic. Terrible experience.
Any other customer would have created a scene but I kept calm. They have the worst unempathetic attitude even then.
