This is a very professional spa. Mostly well trained therapists. I felt the rejuvenation in my body every time. The front office, does suggest different therapies nicely. I had 14 months membership for 50% discount. They follow up with us when we are not taking the therapies for a long gap.

We have been members of this spa for over 6 months now. Administration is fantastic. Spa is well maintained and the therapists are professional and courteous.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage by Mr Rabindra. I was in severe pain and after the massage, I was relaxed and was feeling very light. I would suggest people reading the review to visit here.

The masseuse at the spa are very dedicated and knowledgeable. Just need to tell them the pain points and desired pressure and leave the rest to them, they'll take good care of you. After trying out for the 1st time, I took an annual couple membership for me and my wife. Ravindran usually is good with his strokes and pressure, very polite and courteous. The receptionist, Wajeeda, is very humble and accomodates our request even in the busiest of times, ensuring some time somehow.
The only flaws of the place lies in a delayed upgrade or upkeep. Every bathroom attached to the rooms need toilets as a basic amenity. The music collection needs major improvement. I've had mosquitoes bitting me during a session.
However, the flaws are too minor as compared to the hospitality of the staff who make this place a beautiful haven for people like us to relax and destress. I haven't diviated from the loyalty of visiting this spa and would recommend this place for others.

Worst spa ever, they don't understand the services they provide. I asked for body wrap but they did only scrubbing. Horrible service. Towels are dirty. Washrooms were stinky and dirty. Receptionist cannot speak in english. I had a worst experience twice.never visit this branch. Indiranagar branch is the best.

We have taken a yearly membership in four fountains Brookfield and really happy with the services. Massage therapist are very well trained, introduce about the massage, frequently ask about the pressure and all the staff are really polite. We will take yearly subscription again next time too

I have been visiting four fountain spa for body/foot/face massages since few years in Brookfield branch. It has been great so far. My therapist Umeswari is good and professional. She makes me comfortable and relaxing at each session. Receptionist Vazhida is always polite and friendly in finding slots and following up for services.
Few suggestions for management, like improving hair and body wash quality, providing disposable shoe or socks since we have to leave our chappel outside, floor feels too oily some times. Otherwise it's safe and nice place for relaxation after a hectic week. Packages comes at reasonable cost.

My masseuse Rakesh has been doing deep tissue therapeutic massage to alleviate my body aches with very impressive results.
