Friendly Realtors and Property Management

FIND SOMEONE ELSE! They charged me 1.8 lakh rupees and refuse to answer my calls. After a year and a half of charging ~1.8 lakh rupees, someone from their own team went for inspection and sent another quote for 70,000 rupees for the work I had already paid for. I paid 68,000 rupees for waterproofing and now they are asking for 2000 more for whitewashing the walls because there is still seepage.

After paying for renovation in July 2022, I am still waiting on updates on the work completed. I dont have a local presence in Bangalore, and there is simply no reply from Anthony or Sunil, on whats going on. They also have keys to my house, but they simply are not responding.

They are a very hard working team. They display professionalism that is not commonly seen among real estate agents. However, they are sometimes slightly difficult to reach. But that's only a minor drawback. I would recommend them, based on my experience with them.
