Good place for kids to have fun. Lots of space where the play area has been built. People can sit too, there are tables and chairs. However, sometimes there is a wait time due to private parties happening. I attended one such party and the kids had a lot of fun!
Bad management! We planned a day out with kids. When reached, they said it’s blocked by someone for private birthday party and asking us to call and come next time. WhI n asked if this is published to general public, they showed us the attached picture on the entrance of the play area.
Had the worst experience at Funky Monkey. Went there today at 1330hrs and was told to come at 1430hrs since there was a birthday party going on. Took a stroll in the mall and had a coffee with my cranky kid since he wanted to play so eagerly only to come back and wait for another 15 mins. We’re let in and was told that the play area closes at 1500hrs. Utterly disappointed and never coming back here. Poorly handled and miscommunication at its best. Also when I pointed out that the kid only played for 15 mins and conveyed my disappointment their answer was that at least I wasn’t charged for those 15 mins that my kid played there. I mean what does that even mean?
Been a regular to this place but today was a disastrous experience. Visited there only to get to know that someone had pre-booked the place for their birthday party. Was waiting for my friend & my daughter being a kid went to play the games. When someone from the management spoke extremely rudely, was very unprofessional & acted as if we were gate crashing someone's event. So before you go to this place urge to please call them before to know if the place is pre-booked for someone's party because if it is then the management in this place speaks to your very very badly.
The place is falling apart and the management doesn't care. I just met the new Manager- Shefali-rude and ignorant- possibly untrained and woked in BSNL before. Sad to see such poor service. 20% of the facility is either broken or not working for over 1.5 yrs.when I asked how much longer will they keep charging and not having things working. I was told. I don't know. I just joined last month by Shefali. Sad to see the place go down the drain. Management is sleeping or not interested. Sad really
Kids will enjoy themselves wherever there are some toys/ games. But that doesn't make the place great. I was quite appalled by the standard of cleanliness here. Expensive, for no reason. The cafe is just overpriced but sells regular school canteen stuff. The only plus was the staff, helpful and smiling. Funky Monkeys definitely needs a maintenance upgrade!
Absolute fun place for kids. Value for money. My kid thoroughly enjoyed the whole time. Friendly staff. They have a cafeteria as well where parents and kids can have refreshments. Outside food is not allowed. Wearing socks is a must.
Some of the highlights of the place are tunnels, slides, ball rooms, ride and trampoline etc. Hope they will add more attractions in the future.
Great place to host or organise birthday parties or any family get together.
Weekdays are not that crowded. Unlimited play time for kids on Wednesdays.
One complaint- on phone they said the cost was INR 450 for 90 mins but when I visited on Wednesday, they charged me INR 550 I don’t know why and I missed asking them.
Update: Changed my review after they shut down the entire Funky Monkey with notice for a birthday party. How do you explain to a 2 year old that after driving 40 minutes in the car to go play that he can't because they allow the venue to be closed for small, private events. Not cool. Never going to waste our time going back! Great place to take toddlers. I like Wednesday unlimited play offer. My 2.5 year old loves the big slide here.
Best place for children from 1-10 years to play! Amazing timepass for children. Place looks clean and neat and masks are compulsory. They serve you food which is of great quality.
Nice place for kids and best part is well maintained.
So visited today 3rd Oct 2021 and the full space is booked for a birthday party. How can you book the whole place that too on Sunday day my trip of 15 km one way is wasted.check with them before visiting this place.
This place is excellent to hold Birthday parties for kids. They just love it here. My daughter and her cousins were overjoyed spending time there. The snacks ordered were good as well. Well organised and they do the deco just as per the requests. Thank you Funky Monkey for making my daughter's Birthday a memorable one
A great place for kids to play. Kids below age 3 have separate area to play to avoid bullying by big kids. But sometimes, few kid above 6/7 years enter the toddlers area and create problem for the toddlers. The staff tries to handle this situation but fails (sometimes) due to huge crowd during weekends. I've been there more than a few times and would go every week as my kid loves the place and we feel very happy when we see him enjoy. (that makes our day wonderful:) ) If your kid is not able to crawl/slide/scared to do the activities, parents can accompany the kid in all activities (even slide with the kids). There is not even a single place in the area where the kids would get hurt. The quality/standard of the activities amazed me.
COST: INR 580 for 90 mins. Check for membership if you plan to go regularly as it costs much lesser than what you pay for 90 mins.
NOTE: Socks - a must for parents and kids. One kid can be accompanied by 2 parents. In case you forget to carry socks, you can buy them at the reception of the Funky Monkeys - subjected to availability. You can also buy socks in the mall on 1st/2nd floor (its a bit costly). For self car parking, go to basement 2 in the mall and for valet, go to basement 1.
One of the best Children Play Area is what I felt, yes bit Costly comparing to others but the space and idea of parents playing around with there little one's is amazing. Must Try
A must visit for children! The staff are really helpful and it's a great way to keep children physically fit instead of the screen addiction through TV's and mobile screens! Enquire for multi visit discounts if you intend to visit regularly. I've personally availed the ten visit pass and its light on the pocket!
Very disappointing and not a trustfull place. I called this place and confirmed availability on Sunday. But when I actuall took all my nephew and nieces there. This place shooed us out stating they are closed and booked for a private birthday party.
It was such an embarrassment and disappointment to entire family. They dint even have courtesy to call and inform us. Kids were so disappointed.

The cleaning staff was quiet active every time the toddler vacates the area the staff sanitized it. They also have an in house cafeteria which serves some snacks as outside food is not allowed. : Wearing socks is must for parents and kids during the activities. : The best part was parents are allowed along with the child as few places they won’t let the child accompanied by adult. Me & son had good fun it was fun exercise for both f us. : My son is 2.5 year old and he enjoyed all the climbing, jumping activities. They have a separate dedicated toddler area, ball pit zone & slides. : You can avail pretty cool memberships as it’s always good to expose the kid to activities
It's well kept, clean and tidy. Disinfection happens regularly during the day. We have used Funky Monkey Ahmedabad; I will rate that 5/5 because of the multiple hurdles they have than the one here. Overall good experience
Kids favourite place for a day out in this hot sunny summer. The place is kept hygienic, separate spaces for toddlers, and the staff takes care very well. A small food joint allows the kids and guardians to have some quick bites in the middle of playing games.
The activities are pretty good. The mazes are made with utmost care.
Specially made this place for infants, Kids sometime there parents for support and it's safe and more spacious, we have enjoyed every moment. Thanks Funky Monkeys
Place was good and neat but only concern is that they allow adults who come as a group.so dont know how safe it it is as there should be limitation of adults using the play area
Did not have a good time and raised my concerns, however Lata the manager took my feedback positively and changed things around. Hygiene and safety back in place. Was so pleased that we took our children for another 3 days. They absolutely love the place and have a lot of fun.
Very limited play options for kids, too small for the price that they charge per kid (1k+). They are bored in abt 20 mins and just have to play the same slides again
A toddler and kid paradise! My son, all of 20 months, visited this place for first time and he enjoyed through and through. He fell many times but dint hurt himself as the flooring and walls all through are cladded in soft material. Hygenie was ensured as the staff kept cleaning the place on a continuous basis. Strict covid 19 measures gave us confidence to let our son play and explore confidently. We even got a 30 minute bonus time on paying for an hour since parent is also allowed with the toddler even we ended up enjoying. Very
The colorful and thoughtful layout of the whole play area is appreciable. Kids of all ages from 1.5 years to 10 can enjoy for an hour easily.
Only downside is that this place is booked for private parties on few days and outsiders are not allowed during that time. So it is suggested to call them once before reaching and save yourself a lot of waiting time, if any.
Best places to for children parents also allowed before u visit this places wear shocks is compulsory child and parents then he allowed u otherwise no allowed
Its an awesome place for kids Full of fun for the kids. My son loves this place and full activity within this place It has slide, bridge, ball guns, jumping and many others Price is 580 per one and half hour for one kid. Pls being your pair of socks else you need to buy one.
Good experience. Manager was really helpful but she was not keeping well so I was Lil worried about my kids which i have informed her as well to take rest
We loved this place, as visitors to Bengaluru, because it reminded us of a soft play centre here in the UK. In fact, in some ways, it was a lot better than most on the UK as there is a mini climbing wall and some musical instruments to play too. However, I have too possibly unrelated criticisms: the corridor leading to the entrance is hidden and there is little signage; on our first visit we didn't know where we needed to go! Secondly, the quality of food available for children to eat was not healthy, but I suppose that is a moot point, we are in India, they do not provide the same products that we see here in the UK. Still, a fun and well designed spot.
