Pathetic service. I have rented some furniture which includes queen size bed. In less than 30 days, the bed is broken. Sent an email to services team 2 weeks back, it was supposed to be replaced by 28th Jan.today is 31st Jan, no one has called or emailed. I’m chasing them constantly but there is not a single response. Their customer care email is for no use. If you can’t resolve customer issues on time, you shouldn’t sell at all. You are charging on monthly basis and if customer can’t use the product for weeks because of your pathetic services, would you refund the money? If I won’t get any resolution today, I’m gonna file a complaint to consumer court.
Just wanted to share my experience with furlenco app. In furlenco unlimited plan, There is an option to swap out a few products in first 4 days. Instead of swapping product, I returned a couple products by mistake.
After some 15-days, I tried adding these couple products and was not able to add directly from my app as plan was frozen by then.
Thanks a lot to customer support personnel like Mr. Jagdeesh, who helped me with getting the returned products back way past the deadline.
Furlenco is the worst place to rent out furnitures and the UNLMTD subscription is a nightmare. They have the worst after sales service ever. No customer care executive can be found. It's a dead end. We have trying to set up a contact and get some details from the last 1mnth. They don't call back, do not respond to emails.
After returning and closing my subscription June 16, they are still billing me. This has been happening for last 4 months. Contacted customer care at least 50times to get this resolved. They said it’s an error from their side it will be resolved in 5 days, but nothing has been done for last 4 months. Customer care supervisors had assured me it will be resolved but haven’t done anything about it. Worst customer service ever.
No customer service number to make a call to. Absolutely pathetic, my contract ended months ago but am randomly receiving robo calls, and sms for dues, while the app shows me nothing.
Can u share what is the problem in your understanding. If I requested to cancel the order why haven't done past 14 days? Will you gonna give me interest by holding my money. Please don’t loot money from customer.
Pathetic service. They will deduct the amt so quickly but when it comes to refunds they make us call multiple time. Sharing Pan card details to rent the chair has to be mentioned before taking the order and taking the payment.when the delivery was delayed is when we get to knw tht kyc has to be done.n now the refund process is taking so long.
Super pathetic and scammers at best. I rejected a door step delivery and now it has become almost impossible to get in touch with their customer care to ask for the 7k I had to prepay for my order. Furniture in extremely bad state, they ask for prepayment only and dont follow their own terms and conditions.
Worst application to rent a furniture. Their app is so buggy that it automatically select the wrong address and after 3-4 days they will call you to cancel it based on wrong address.
Horrific experience! Cannot imagine such an outright fraud company could exist. Had ordered a few rental furnitures and cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. They purposely do not have any cancel option in their app. You have to either write a mail or call them. They kept telling me that they are processing the cancellation but never cancelled. Everytime I called (had to make around 20 calls) they bought themselves 24hours. Only after threatening them with legal action and writing the same on social media did they cancel the order from their end (after 10 days of harrassment).
Ordered the chair for my hubby as he is on wfh. Must say the chair is superb and the service was great. Infact my husband loved it and wishes to buy it from them. Great work team furlenco
You guys are asking for positive reviews without doing anything positively. I am really fedup with the second product (Livpure Smart Purifier) which is delivered after 2 weeks of my order and till date it's not at all installed at my home. I don't know to whom I have to contact, all your numbers are just like that, no one is giving any positive response. If you guys can't maintain the dignity of your company then please stop this business. Either be on expectations or close it.

The marketing team wants to make sales. They’ll say anything to you for making the purchase complete. After you have made the purchase, the customer service will deny everything you mention, and you get charged more than what you had expected.
Very nice experience, things were delivered on time. There were a few issues but they resolved them by replacing with new pieces. Very satisfied with their customer handling.

I had a really great seamless experience with Furlenco while renting out a Sofa cum bed and Fridge. The ordering and payment etc were very smooth on the app. The KYC process was handled very well. The customer service is always reachable. The products delivered are really in great conditions. The delivery notifications were given promptly through app, sms and also by call. Overall very hassle free. I strongly recommend Furlenco over others.
Their service is very good. We have recently returned some of the furniture that we had rented. They picked up the furniture on time and the entire experience was very seamless.
Very bad experience. I had ordered a Hamish king bed for 6months. I had been told that it'll be delivered in a week. But the product was not delivered for 3weeks n every time it was scheduled they said they had some issue. N the last time they said they have product availability but some vehicle issue n next day they said the product is damaged n they can't replace anything so they cancelled the order.n when the issue was raised with their customer care no proper solution of the issue n everyone was pushing around with issue.
Pathetic service offered by Furlenco team, I was very disappointed the way customer care team handled my queries. The only reason im continuing the service is because of Manu P Susheela. He personally contacted me coordinated with the delivery and installation team also made sure to call me back to check how are things. Because of this type of emp probably the company is still in business.
Update - Earlier, I opted for exchange of few items. Furlenco placed the request and I only got the call before delivery. You don't need to follow up with them regarding your request. Once request is placed, it will be taken care of. Today, they came checked the items and replaced with new items. Again hassle free service from furlenco. I opted for UNLMTD option, basic plan. I got to choose 6 items. The service and delivery was fast. Team came along with delivery and assembled everything in less than 2 hours. Complete service was great experience. Hoping for a great service and support from furlenco for the year.
It was a wonderful experience with furlenco team i raised swapping request of my old furniture with new one and it got delivered as promised and the coordinator Ankit Giri took great effort to delivered it on time i really appreciate that.
I ordered a bed from Furlenco. The furniture was initially out of stock, and the delivery came a week later. But the staff were very courteous and offered to send a replacement bed for the time being. I had no issues waiting for a week more. And finally when I got the bed delivery, it was installed properly and the staff were there in every step of the way informing me when they were coming and confirming if everything is alright and such. So, overall, I have had a good experience with Furlenco so far.
Very bad service installed half broken furniture the wardrobes had only one stutter and even after complaining repeatedly no one answered or bothered to come and replace it. The delivery is bad and installations is worse and now after I have canceled the subscription they are interested in picking up their thrash. So plz if anyone is planning don't.g duped
This is most irresponsible and careless and I think fraud company.they want money only.once they get money as a deposit thn they never give a reply. KYC department is literally third class.they didn't clear my KYC.after that tones off time i called in customer service, but all illiterate and so called 'angrej ki olad' only give us hope only.and they take too much time for every process.after that I cancelled my registration.but still no reply.plz stay away from this scrap company
Satisfied with the service and the products. The storage bed and the sofa is quite sturdy. The storage bed is quite spacious and the sofa was extra comfy. In love with the products. The registration was quite quick and i received the products next day itself. Would definately visit furlence again if needed and would suggest friends and family to refer to furlenco for renting furniture. Keep up the good service.
I would definitely recommend Furlenco to my colleagues and friends. The only challenge was registering since, the process was tedious and the app gets stuck. But Panchalee from Furlenco made it happen. Once ordered, everything was smooth. They bring their own equipment and get it fixed in no time. Happy with the product. Got a bed and mattress with side table. Real useful app. Kudos Team Furlenco.
This is my experience: - Ordered a 3 seater sofa with coffee table and ottoman. Delivery was peaceful and items were of good quality. (Not the best but for the price much better) Now for me they have done the return pickup in 3 days which was really helpful.
All in all I liked their service. Timely, cost effective and good quality.
Well I'm neither happy nor sad as I'm confused what to write good abt them.they're charging too much as compared to their competitive brands even after applying discounts it's just double the amt and I don't think any discount has been given to me.and glad bcz the ppl who came to install were quick and came on time.so guys better check other options before buying from them
I recently ordered Fridge and microwave combo from Furlenco. The fridge they provided has alignment issue and the light was not working inside. I requested for a replacement and got the fridge and microwave replaced. However after 2-3 days the replacement fridge has stopped working and all my food is wasted. The repairmen came and fixed it it twice. Still the fridge stopped working today. Conclusion: -YOU CANT TRUST FURLENCO TO PROVIDE QUALITY PRODUCTS. Please go for some other furniture rent company. As they wont screw you like Furlenco. When I asked the customer care for replacing the broken fridge, she said it will take a lot of time and I should go with repair option. Please be careful when u are ordering appliances from FURLENCO.

The delivery was well within the promised 72 hour period and the installation team was very professional. Their operations manager Manu was supervising the whole job and in the end, I'm really happy with the experience.
Furlenco is really good and customer service is great and hassle free, they are always very helpful and polite. We always receive very new furnitures and it feels worthy. I have been furlenco customer for many years now and I would strongly recommend. This time Manu Susheelan helped me to get right furnitures and he did follow up my requirements and happy with his response to the customers. Thank you.
I just booked a Allen queen bed. I think the manager was manu suscheelan he assisted me quite good. As I am in 5th floor there is no lift in the building but he quite spoke to deliver guys and made it easy.
The service and response to the queries is exceptional. I have ordered for refrigerator however, the supplied one was not functioning well. But, they replaced within no time. I strongly recommend their services to others.
