I had bought a sit stand custom table from them. And this was the biggest mistake ever. Not a day passes by when I’m WFH and not cursing them. There’s no human that can fit their into the table. If you reduce the chair height, you ll not reach the top of the table. So only someone with a really abnormally big torso and small legs can probably fit into this. I called them and asked if they can take it back/up cycle/or do whatever they can and they said there’s nothing they can do.
PLEASE DON’T BUY THE SIT STAND TABLE IF THEY ARE STILL SELLING IT. There are better ones in the market who have some basic sense of ergonomics.

Good to explore the options live. We had a good walkthrough and became confident in the products.

Excellent space management and good quality. I bought two queen size cots one had a problem. They tried servicing but it didn't get resolved and they immediately changed the whole set. Appreciate their service. Been using it for 2 years now.
Edited my rating from 5 to 3 just for the following reasons.

People who have transferable jobs please take into consideration the charges you have to incur while relocation. They charge 2500 for dismantling and 2500 for installation plus their travel expenses. Since mine was to Chennai they charged 1000 as travel charges. So if you have to shift two beds please take into consideration the cost involved. The sales person might tell you (just like how he told me) that he will give discounts and surely consider at the time of Shifting but they won't.

This product is outcome of a fabulous engineering. I have installed 2 beds from this company at my flat and it is absolutely perfect when it comes to space saving. The product can be easily handled and quality of materials used are from century and Marino so no doubt on quality. There installation service is also very good. They provide 5year warranty for this product

Installation is incomplete and waiting for about a week for two missing parts. It was committed that the missing parts of invisible queen bed with storage would be fixed in 3 days and there is no communication Reducing the rating.

We recently bought a queen size bed and a single bed. Its an amazing product. Optimal use of the space. Its looking good and the quality is also very good.
Mr Ramesh in their Bangalore Sales office explained about the product in detail and also coordinated well till the installation was completed. Product was delivered much before the promissed date.
Some hickups were there on the arrival of installation team but Mr Srinath coordinated well to arrange alternative team and sending the missing parts in time.
The installation team was fantastic. The technician Siddesh did a wonderful job to complete the installation in the given time. Very professional and polite.
In the end we are very satisfied with the product.
Recomend this to all those who want to optimise the space and who want value for money.

Extremely poor experience!
Ordered a chair and a table. Very poor quality and customer service
Assembled the chair myself but a few weeks later, some of the non assembled parts became loose and the handle came off
The table was partly damaged in transit

Sent photos to customer care and they do not even bother replying to emails.
Had also ordered few items from Wakefit which had excellent quality and service. Never going to trust such sellers in future

It's not exactly a shop but a small apartment in the first floor.
Other than that price seems OK and they use good quality mattress.

This review was long pending from my side. I take this oppurtunity to thank Nisar and Futur Decor team in providing me a space saving solution. My 2bhk is now equalent to 3bhk. Quality is good and I will recommend their products.

I had an average or rather bad experience opting a complete package of bed plus mattress solution. No doubt, the concept of having such bed is appreciable as I find its useful in my guest's bed room (not to opt for any daily use bed).

At the first place, it was not easy getting the bed installed as per the committed timeline. I had to take off from my office work multiple days to get the installation done. I opted for white marker board at back of the bed and having this catchy feature definitely costed me much higher.

After few days of instalment, the bed started making very irritating cracking noise, especially while putting weight on the bed. The noise was so prominent and annoying that one would get interrupted during his/her sleep, while taking any turn unconsciously.

The second problem was bubbling on the while marker board/laminate. The laminate started bubbling out from the ply in a large area (air inside). Another issue being, the rod which links both the legs started rusting badly.

On reporting all these, they came couple of times to address the issues however in vain. The cracking sound is somewhat addressed, however the bubbling of the laminate had no resolution. On insisting, finally they decided to change the complete piece of the back ply and the linking road, which they did one fine day (commendable job).

To my bad luck, with all new piece of ply, the same laminate bubbling issue is observed again after 5-6 days of time (something wrong in their factory). I tried to reach them repeatedly, on which they made visit however year passed by, no action taken and I do not keep much hope further now (I have the email communication as well).

Worst of worst, they charged an amount for the mattress (6 inch thickness) which can be cost of any best of best of brand. After month of initial use, the mattress started sagging in the places where one sleeps. Repeated request of looking into this matter is unheard. To me the money paid for the mattress is totally wasted. I should not have gone by their words of opting for mattress (not their domain of work) and rather bought a standard one from market.

Overall, recapping the whole episode at any time makes me nothing but upset.

We liked the queen size bed which we installed for our 2 boys. Its going strong and we had a good service support from the team even after 4 years

Ordered a standard queen size bed with the shelf option first. Delivery, installation and quality were perfect. Went on to order a custom size bed and requested for expedited delivery. Great Product. We thought of putting murphy bed in guest room as that bed hardly gets used for a month in year and rest all the times it just occupies space.
After doing lot of research we found that invisible bed is making these beds and then we visited their office in Koramangala and really liked it.
It took them a month to get it installed and it looked very nice and everyone who saw it really liked it.
Though we had a issue with one of the hydraulics but invisible bed people got it replaces in 3 days after logging a complaint.
I will rate them 4/5. They can improve on clean installation

Have been using it for the last 2 years. Working in good condition so far. Good customer support. Installation takes up about 4+ hours to install a bed. A little pricey but worth the product if you want to save & utilize space.
