A very busy printing press, which offers all kinds of printing start from visiting card to banners. But cost seems to be on higher side and waiting time also more due to heavy rush. Overall a good option for printing

Good printing quality, but
Very bad in customer interaction, no manners or hold on Language while interacting with customers.

Absolutely no respect for customer. They speak very rudely and make you feel that they are doing you a favour. Today their staff asked me to learn Kannada and then speak to him. This is just not done!

I've taken their services for over a decade and their quality has been excellent and consistent throughout this time.

They not only cater to those who visit their office but now you can simply email them the file and they will send you the printed matter. Excellent service and pricing is absolutely fantastic as well.

A very professional set up I could see in Futura. Excellent designers who extend good service in a courteous and efficient manner. Quality of work they maintain well here and are fast too!

We are customer working with them many years. This time horrible experience and Staff need to be train properly while communicating with customers.

Waiting for Designer is very high and services are overpriced. But no comments about quality.

Arrogant people. We had been there to print few textbooks initially the person gave us a different estimation and once the print was ready he quoted a different one which was costlier than the estimin even the pages were lesser than the estimation. He argued and flip the topic finally he did not agree about the actual estimation he had given in the beginning. Even the finishing was not good the binding was not at all good. The mining was not glued well it just came out the very next day itself.

Good quality things will get.behaviour is also good. All type of press work Xerox, scan, print possible.
I love the place.

Despite the availability of the wide variety of printing services they provide, everything is overpriced. So, unless you can avoid it, I would not suggest this place for any print-based works.

The best thing I like about this business is, we can design visiting cards, flex boards, etc and get it printed immediately and take with you.

This evening i have visited this place to get letterhead designing. Enquiery counter staff didnt care.after asking 4/5 times they asked to wait and kept me blank. There is no proper system to meet anyone who is concerned.
Atleast in saloon we can go one after other.but total mess here and a confused atmosphere.after asking 4 times they told to meet a lady who later told designing logo would cost 3000 to 4000.even topmost creative agencies vl not charge this much.after making me to wait for 1 hour they told this charges. In the beginning itself i have asked how much they didnt tell.these people need to improve a lot.working staff is interested in watching cricket rather attending customers.
I vl never visit this place again and would spread word about this disorganised set up.

Extremely disappointed, never met any staff that is soo rude
Cashier is extremely short tempered and lacks the professionalism required to handle the counter.
I would advise against visiting this place and being a student of architecture, I often visit different printing stores around Bangalore and I would say that this is defiyone of the worst.

Staff are rude. Owner is an amazing guy, he is very customer centric, But staff behave like how some govt office staff used to behave 20 yrs back. They dint even care for the owners words. They need some training on customer interactions.

Always too crowded. Still they manage to get things done quickly.

Have internal issues among themselves (Printing guys and designing guys). They accept card, cash and Paytm. Comparatively it's a good place.

Pioneer in print business. Staff show high attitude. They should understand how thr boss Mr. Shivakumar has built up the business. Staff behaviour should be tuned up from designer level to cash counter.

End to end design and printing.
Better at printing than designing. Good quality, above average prices, friendly service.
They have to work on the design part.
